nuLine 34
Safety Instructions
- Turn off the amplifier before connecting the speaker cables.
- Ensure the speaker cables are securely connected.
- Place the speakers only in a dry location.
- Do not expose the speakers to direct sunlight.
- Ensure stable mounting when using stands or wall mounts.
- Overloading: The nuLine 34 features internal fuses to protect against amplifier overload. At high volumes, weak amplifiers can cause distortion that places extreme stress on the tweeters. Reduce the amplifier's volume if the sound becomes distorted.
Connection Instructions
Ensure that your amplifier/receiver is turned off before connecting the speakers. Refer to your amplifier/receiver's user manual for specific connection instructions.
Bi-Amping
Caution!
Do not forget to remove the bridges on the connection terminal! In bi-amping, bass/midrange and treble areas are supplied with separate signals. This setup requires a preamplifier and two stereo power amplifiers: one for the bass/midrange and one for the treble range. Bi-amping can result in better driver control and improved precision. However, the effort and results should be carefully considered.
Care and Cleaning Tips
Caution!
Improper handling of the speaker may result in damage.
- Turn off your amplifier before cleaning the speaker and disconnect the speaker cables from the terminal if necessary.
- Before resuming operation, ensure that all connections are correct, no short circuits exist, and the speaker is completely dry.
- Never use harsh cleaning agents or solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, or similar substances.
Cabinet
We recommend using a standard glass cleaner sprayed onto a cotton cloth for cleaning. This will effectively remove fingerprints and dirt. Alternatively, you can use window cleaning foam. Avoid using microfiber cloths as they may cause micro-scratches. For veneered cabinets, we recommend using appropriate furniture care products.
Membranes and Speaker Drivers
Use a lint-free cotton cloth with gentle pressure to remove dust from the speaker driver. The tweeters in Nubert speakers are protected by a grille and can also be gently wiped clean. For stubborn dust, a makeup brush can be used.
nuLine CS-64
Safety Instructions
- Turn off the amplifier before connecting the speaker cables.
- Ensure that the speaker cables are securely connected.
- Place the speaker only in a dry location.
- Do not expose the speaker to direct sunlight.
- Overload: The nuLine CS-64 is equipped with internal fuses to protect against amplifier overload. However, note that even a weak amplifier can endanger a speaker. At high volume levels, weak amplifiers tend to distort, which can severely stress the tweeters. If the sound begins to distort at a certain point, please reduce the volume setting on the amplifier.
Cold Weather and Sound
If speakers are shipped and delivered during the cold season, they must acclimate to room temperature before use. Low temperatures significantly affect the moving parts of a speaker box, such as the diaphragm/voice coil, surround, and centering spider. These components’ ability to respond to quick vibrations or make large excursions is greatly reduced. While this is not dangerous, "frozen" speakers are far from their acoustic peak performance. Our tip: If your new speakers arrive on a cold winter day, give them a few hours to acclimate. Your Nubert speakers will reward you with the superior sound quality you rightly expect from us.
Connection Instructions
Ensure that your amplifier/receiver is turned off before connecting the speakers. Refer to your device's user manual for instructions on how to connect the speakers to the amplifier/receiver.
Care and Cleaning Tips
Caution!
Improper handling of the speaker can cause damage.
- Turn off your amplifier before cleaning the speaker and, if necessary, disconnect the speaker cables from the terminal!
- Ensure that all connections are correct, no short circuits are present, and the speaker is completely dry before using it again!
- Do not use harsh cleaning agents or solvents such as gasoline or alcohol!
Housing
We recommend using standard glass cleaner sprayed onto a cotton cloth. This effectively removes fingerprints and dirt. Alternatively, you can use foam-based glass cleaners. Avoid using microfiber cloths, as they may cause micro-scratches on the surface. For veneered housings, we recommend using suitable furniture care products.
Membranes and Speaker Chassis
To remove dust from a speaker chassis, use a lint-free cotton cloth and gently wipe the membrane with very light pressure. The tweeters on all Nubert speakers are equipped with a protective grille, allowing them to be wiped gently as well. If the dust cannot be completely removed, a makeup brush from a drugstore is suitable.
nuLine WS-14
Safety Instructions
- Turn off the amplifier before connecting the speaker cables.
- Ensure the speaker cables are securely connected.
- Place the speaker only in a dry location.
- Do not expose the speakers to direct sunlight.
- Overload: The nuLine WS-14 has internal protections against amplifier overload. However, it should be noted that even a weak amplifier can damage a speaker. At high volume levels, weak amplifiers tend to distort, which places extreme stress on the tweeters. If the sound reproduction becomes distorted at a certain point, please reduce the volume on your amplifier.
Connection Instructions
Please ensure that your amplifier/receiver is turned off before connecting the speakers. Refer to your device's user manual for detailed instructions on connecting the speakers to the amplifier/receiver.
Care and Cleaning Tips
Warning!
Improper handling of the speaker may cause damage.
- Turn off your amplifier before cleaning the speaker and disconnect the speaker cables from the terminals if necessary!
- Before resuming operation, ensure all connections are correct, no short circuits are present, and the speaker is completely dry!
- Do not use harsh cleaning agents or solvents such as gasoline, alcohol, or similar substances!
Cabinet
We recommend using a commercial glass cleaner sprayed onto a cotton cloth. This easily removes most fingerprints and dirt. Alternatively, you can use active foam window cleaners. We advise against using microfiber cloths as they can cause small scratches on the surface. For veneered cabinets, we recommend suitable furniture care products.
Diaphragms and Speaker Chassis
To remove dust from a speaker chassis, use a lint-free cotton cloth to gently wipe the diaphragm with minimal pressure. The tweeters of all Nubert speakers are equipped with protective grilles, allowing them to also be wiped gently. If the dust cannot be completely removed, a makeup brush from a drugstore works well.
nuLine RS-54
Safety Instructions
- Turn off the amplifier before connecting the speaker cables.
- Ensure the speaker cables are securely connected.
- Place the speakers only in a dry location.
- Do not expose the speakers to direct sunlight.
- Overloading: The nuLine RS-54 features internal fuses to protect against amplifier overload. However, note that even a weak amplifier can endanger a speaker. At high volumes, weak amplifiers tend to distort, which places extreme stress on the tweeters. If the sound becomes distorted at a certain volume level, reduce the amplifier's volume setting.
Cold Weather and Sound
If speakers are shipped and delivered during the cold season, they must acclimate to room temperature. Low temperatures significantly affect the moving parts of a speaker box, such as the diaphragm/voice coil, surround, and spider. These components' ability to follow rapid vibrations or make large excursions is severely limited. While not dangerous, "deep-frozen" speakers will not perform at their best acoustically. Our advice: If your new speakers arrive on a cold winter day, give them a few hours to acclimate. Your Nubert speakers will reward you with the outstanding sound quality you rightly expect from us.
Connection Instructions
Ensure that your amplifier/receiver is turned off before connecting the speakers. Refer to your amplifier/receiver's user manual for specific connection instructions.
Wall Mounting
Use screws appropriate for your wall type and ensure they are securely fastened to prevent the speaker from falling. Drill horizontal holes in the wall with a spacing of 90 mm. Also, ensure there is a few millimeters of extra space above the mounting screws so the speaker can be hung and locked onto them securely.

- The greatest possible protection against damage can only be achieved with the complete separation from the mains supply. In case of thunderstorms or danger of lightning strikes, disconnect the mains cable from the socket and any antenna plugs from your hi-fi system!
- If the speaker is not used for a long period of time or is unattended, the power supply should be disconnected. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket!
Care and Cleaning Tips
Caution!
Improper handling of the speaker may result in damage.
- Always unplug the speaker before cleaning it!
- Before recommissioning, make sure that all connections are correct, that there are no short circuits and that the speaker is completely dry.
- Never use strong cleaning agents or solvents such as petrol, spirit or similar!
Enclosure
We recommend commercial window cleaner sprayed onto a cotton cloth. This allows almost all fingerprints and dust to be easily removed. Alternatively, you can also use window active foam.
We advise against the use of microfibre cloths! These can cause mini scratches in the surface.
Diaphragms and Speaker Chassis
To remove dust from a loudspeaker chassis, a lint-free cotton cloth is sufficient to wipe the membrane lightly with very little pressure.
