The history of Musical Fidelity

The Dr. Thomas power amp followed in the same year. One of the most important products was the A1 integrated amplifier, which suddenly became a household name. It was launched in 1984 and sold extremely well. Other amplifier models followed over the years. Musical Fidelity pioneered high-quality D/A converters with the Digilog in 1987. To this day, the company continues to rely on its hobbyhorse to reproduce sounds as faithfully as possible.

Today, Musical Fidelity is one of the top brands in the hi-fi sector and more than lives up to its name, which translates as sound fidelity. With its wide range of products, the company claims to serve both the classic way of enjoying music on CD and wireless music transmission. Since 2018, it has been part of Audio Tuning, another well-known brand that includes Rekkord Audio and Pro-Ject.
