The switching amplifier technology enables high performance and low power consumption. Thus, up to 340 watts per channel and a particularly high load stability are possible. The heat can be dissipated completely passively to the cabinet. Thus, it provides more than enough power even to supply full-grown floorstanding speakers such as the nuLine 334, nuVero 140 or even the nuVero 170. Your advantage: compact dimensions with high power and low heat generation.
Connection diversity
The nuConnect ampXL manages the balancing act between a classic hi-fi amplifier and modern connections: From record players and digital inputs such as HDMI ARC to wireless connection via Bluetooth aptX HD and WLAN, a wide range of devices find their place on our new high-end amplifier. The ampXL is now ready for streaming services and the fully digital age. The wireless connection with X-Connect further expands the possibilities by either receiving or sending signals that are compatible with our active speakers of the nuPro X series. The coaxial output allows you to digitise records and the SUB-Out enables a 2.1 system.
Modern DSP technology
The heart of the nuConnect ampXL is the DSP: a digital sound processor that operates at 768 kHz and 32 bits for maximum precision. The completely digital mode of operation allows different settings to be made, all of which work in parallel without any loss of sound. Your advantage: Hi-Res processing at the highest level.
App control with X-Remote
The nuConnect ampXL comes with an ergonomic remote control with a metal surface. But the smartphone can also take over the control. Our Nubert X-Remote app works with the power-saving Bluetooth LE standard and provides access to all functions. Your advantage: full control at all times.
Colours and design
At 7.0 cm high and 43.0 cm wide, the amplifier is a very inconspicuous representative of its guild. More conspicuous is the OLED display, which is responsible for the information. The rotary control contrasts with the housing and is used to control the unit. The finish is classic black with silver accents. This puts the nuConnect ampXL in the tradition of its siblings nuControl 2 and nuPower D.

Never operate the speaker unattended!

Connection Instructions
General Connection Guidelines
- Unplug all system components before changing any wiring!
- Ensure all connections are secure and properly connected before powering the device!
- Only use designated cables and connectors for the connections. Improper usage may result in damage or malfunction.
- When disconnecting the speaker, always pull the plug, not the cable!
- Ensure all plugs are securely seated in the connectors!
- Use only cables and accessories recommended by Nubert!
Risk of Electric Shock!
Faulty power supplies or overvoltage can cause electric shocks.
- Ensure all power supply or antenna systems connected to the device comply with legal regulations and are professionally installed by licensed technicians.
- Use only the included power cable to connect the device. Do not modify the cable or plug.
- Verify that the mains voltage matches the device requirements. Refer to the specifications on the back of the device.
- Devices of protection class 1 must be connected to the protective earth conductor of the electrical installation. Ensure proper grounding at the installation site!
- Ensure power cables are not damaged (e.g., through heat or mechanical stress). Pay special attention to connectors and distribution points!
Remote Control and Battery
The product includes a remote control and a battery. Please observe the following:
- If the battery is depleted, the remote control's range will significantly decrease. Replace the battery promptly in such cases.
- Always use high-quality CR2025 lithium coin cells as replacement batteries.
- Ensure correct polarity when inserting the battery by aligning the + and − symbols in the battery compartment.

- Keep the remote control and battery away from water and liquids!

Bin begeistert - Perfekter Klang und nun auch mit TIDAL - Spitze
Nach langem Suchen, Vergleichen und Überlegen habe ich mir vor einem guten halben Jahr den nuconnect ampXL zusammen mit einem Paar nuVero 140 gekauft. Und ich bin sowas von begeistert von dem Klang der beiden Nuberts. Das war eine meiner besten Investitionen. Schon beim Probehören in Schwäbisch Gmünd hat mich das Zusammenspiel der beiden Komponeten überzeugt. Nachdem ich nicht unbedingt der bin der die Musik voll aufdreht, brauchte ich eine Kombi, die auch bei Zimmerlautstärke einen guten Klang rüberbringt. Deshalb auch die Kombi mit dem „kleinen“ Verstärker und der großen Box - was soll ich sagen - es harmoniert wunderbar. Primär höre ich Rock, Pop und ab und zu Klassik - und alles klingt sowas von überzeugend und stark. Bass bis in die tiefsten Tiefen - Subwoofer definitiv nicht notwendig - und ein sauberer Klang in den Mitten und Höhen - der selbst in bekannten Stücken immer wieder neues entdecken läßt. Ich nutze die RoomCalibration und bin auch hier begeistert und überzeugt von die Klangverbesserung in meinem Hörraum (30 qm). Üblicherweise werden ja alle Tests in einem „neutralen“ Testraum gemacht, den wohl kaum jemand zu Hause hat. Bisher hatte ich über einen BlueSound Node Musik meist in HighRes gehört - und ab heute kann es der ampXL dank Softwareupdate direkt über Tidal Connect - und es klingt nochmal eine Stück besser. Also 5 Sterne mit Auszeichnung für den Verstärker. Hatte bisher 2 Fragen an den Support per Mail gestellt - und auch hier ist Nubert Spitze - innerhalb kurzer Zeit hatte ich die passende und voll zufrieden stellende Antwort. Auch dafür 5 Sterne!

Super!
Betreibe den nuConnect ampXL zusammen mit unseren Revox Prestige 02 und dem Nubert Subwoofer AW-443. Nach nun fast drei Monaten (und diversen Feineinstellungen via Nubert-App) bin ich mehr als zufrieden, das Teil liefert wirklich - viele Musikstücke geben Details her, die mir völlig neu sind. Höre Progressive Rock, stressfreien Jazz und Musik aus Klaus Schulzes Dunstkreis, in allen drei Genres leistet der ampXL erstaunliches, auch bei ziemlich hoher Lautstärke. Sehr detailreich, starke Trennung der einzelnen Instrumente und klare Darstellung. Whow! (Nutze mein 2.1-Setup auch für Filme, auch bei z.B. Interstellar mit Musik von Hans Zimmer: grandios!) Vielen Dank!

Kraftpaket
Habe nach langem hin und her auf den Bestell-Button gedrückt...,und dass war auch gut so. Warum? Ich habe einen kompakten Verstärker/Streamer mit genug Leistung gesucht und gefunden. Laut spielen ist das eines, aber er kann auch sehr fein und detailliert, dass hätte ich so nicht gedacht. Ich streame über Chromecast ( deezer ) und habe auch einen Plattenspieler über MM angeschlossen, dieser klingt über den nuconnect ebenfalls wirklich Klasse. Über den HDMI Adapter ( separat erhältlich )habe ich den TV angeschlossen, daran meine Passiv Lautsprecher, funktioniert sehr gut und ersetzt die Soundbar. Klang top, Installation einfach, Optik Klasse, Preis / Leistung mehr als gegeben. Für mich hat sich die Anschaffung gelohnt.

Top mit kleinen Abstrichen
So, dann werde ich mal meine subjektiven Eindrücke zum Klang schildern. Der Nubert ist angeschlossen an ein Paar Dynaudio Emit 30. Zum Vergleich steht hier mein ein Jahr alter Marantz Model 40n. Bevor sich jemand beschwert, ja ich weiß der ist um Längen teurer und hat ein anderes Konzept. Dafür hat dieser auch einen HDMI Eingang. Warum ich diesen als Adapter beim Nubert dazukaufen muss, erschließt sich mir nicht so ganz, zumal dieser beim billigeren AmpX mit dabei liegt. Verarbeitung vom Nubert sehr gut, kann aber natürlich an den Marantz nicht rankommen. Der Marantz Made in Japan, Nubert AmpX China. Die Einrichtung von Chromecast ist grausam. Die Heos Geschichte bei Marantz ist relativ einfach dagegen. Bei Chromecast musste ich erst Google Home runterladen, dann noch DS Audio um Dateien von der NAS abzuspielen. Bis man da erst an seine Dateien kommt ist in meinen Augen zeitaufwändig. Aber Gut letztendlich hinbekommen, läuft. Nun zum Klang. Erstmal wie gefordert eingemessen. Laut Kurve hat das angeblich was gebracht. Im Vergleich klingt es etwas anders. Groß war der Unterschied allerdings nicht. Ich habe mir ein paar Musiktitel angehört, von denen ich glaubte ich kenne sie. Ähm, nein. So nicht. Der Nubert bringt Details zum Vorschein, die ich vorher nicht gehört habe. Der Marantz ist sehr gut, keine Frage, aber mir kam es bei manchen Titeln so vor, als ob er gewisse Sachen nicht reproduziert. Stimmen wurden in den Vordergrund gestellt, der Rest der Musik spielte irgendwie im Hintergrund. Schwer zu erklären. Beim Leisehören kam das sogar noch mehr zum tragen. Der Nubert hingegen erweckt selbst meine Mittelklasse Lautsprecher zum Leben. Es sind Details hörbar, die der Marantz, rein subjektiv, unterschlagen hat. Dafür klang der Marantz etwas wärmer. Drückte aber im Gegensatz zum Nubert beim Bass nicht so. Geschmacksache. Egal ob man Laut oder leise hört. Die Integration der Loudness Funktion ist gelungen. Heute Mittag mal kurz einen Film laufen lassen. Voice+ sehr gut integriert.
