The Rega Planar 2 with elaborate acrylic lacquered frame in high-gloss white or black and decoupled acoustic feet. Patent-pending, self-locking platter bearing. Completely new on the Planar 2 are the RB 220 tonearm with new bearing and the 24-volt motor with even less vibration. And with the Rega Carbon, the Planar 2 | 2016 comes with a pre-mounted MM cartridge, which immediately makes it the plug-and-play top offering in its class.
