3. Participation, duration, validity and prize determination

Anyone who makes a purchase at Nubert in the period from 29/05/2024 up to and including 14/07/2024 and redeems the code ‘EM2024’ is eligible to participate.

The code ‘EM2024’ is only valid for Nubert items, excluding 2nd choice and B-goods items, as well as already reduced items and third-party brands. Furthermore, the code cannot be combined with other discount promotions, such as corporate benefits.

4. Premature termination, exclusion from the promotion

Nubert has the right to terminate or interrupt the promotion at any time in the event of malfunctions, faults, forgeries, manipulations, viruses or damage that affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or running of the promotion. The same applies if there are legal reasons that prevent proper implementation. No claims can be derived from premature termination.

In the event of suspected manipulation, Nubert reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion at any time without giving reasons.

Nubert reserves the right to amend or correct these conditions of participation at any time. If the participant does not accept the change to the conditions of participation, he/she may withdraw his/her consent by sending an e-mail to info@nubert.de. In doing so, they lose their eligibility to participate.

Legal recourse is excluded. Any liability for damages on the part of Nubert electronic GmbH and its organs, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the promotion, regardless of the legal grounds, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
