• Contact an authorized service center if the device is installed in a location with a high concentration of dust particles, extremely high or low temperatures, high humidity, or near chemicals, such as at a station or airport in continuous operation. Improper installation can cause severe damage to the device.

Mounting the Device on the Wall

If the TV is to be mounted on a wall, the manufacturer's instructions must be strictly followed. Improper mounting may result in the TV falling, causing damage to the device, or severe injury to a child or adult.

• Contact the Samsung service center to order the Samsung wall mount.
• Samsung is not liable for damage to devices or injuries to individuals if the wall mount installation is carried out by the customer.
• Samsung is not liable for device damage or injuries if a wall mount is used that does not comply with the VESA standard or specifications, or if the product's installation guide is not followed.
• Mount the wall mount on a solid wall perpendicular to the floor. For other surfaces, consult your nearest retailer.
• We recommend tightening all four VESA screws when installing the wall mount.
• Do not mount the screen at an angle greater than 15 degrees.
• Do not use screws longer than specified in the VESA standard. Excessively long screws may damage the internal components of the screen.
• Do not overtighten the screws, as this could damage the device.
• Mount the TV on the wall with two people. For models 82 inches or larger, the wall mounting should be carried out by four people.

Adequate Ventilation for Your Device

When placing the TV and installing the One Connect Box, maintain a distance of at least 10 cm from other objects to ensure adequate ventilation. Insufficient ventilation may cause a rise in temperature, fire, or a problem with the device.

• Only use Samsung parts for the stand or wall mount to avoid issues or injuries.

Warning: The TV can tip over if you pull, push, or hold onto it. Do not hang on the TV or destabilize it in any way. This can cause serious or fatal injuries.

• Always use Samsung-recommended cabinets, stands, and installation procedures.
• Only use furniture that can securely support the weight of the TV.

Climbing Hazards

• Educate others about the dangers of climbing on furniture to reach the TV or its controls.

• Never place the TV on tall furniture without securely anchoring both the furniture and the TV.
• Do not place cloth or materials between the TV and the supporting furniture.
• Do not place items on the TV or furniture that might encourage climbing.

Using the Anti-Tip Device

1. Attach a bracket to the wall using the appropriate screws.
2. Attach a bracket to the TV using the appropriate screws.
3. Connect the brackets with a sturdy and durable cable and tighten it securely.
4. Ensure the brackets are at the same height to provide proper stability against tipping.

Precautions When Setting Up a TV with a Stand

(Only for The Frame Series)

• Do not place the stand on the rear edge of the table surface to avoid affecting the motion sensor functionality.

Function

• Dispose of batteries properly according to local environmental regulations.
• Keep accessories out of the reach of children.
• Do not expose the device to impacts or drops. Contact a service center in case of damage.
• Do not throw batteries or the remote control into fire.
• Do not short-circuit batteries or expose them to heat.
• Never remove the polarizing film after removing the protective film.
• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type to prevent the risk of explosion.
• Do not use liquid fumigants such as mosquito repellents or air fresheners near the device.
• Keep the device away from open flames, candles, and fire sources.

Maintaining the TV

• Unplug the power cord before cleaning and use a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid using chemicals such as wax, benzene, alcohol, or thinner, as they can damage the surface.
• Do not spray water or cleaning agents directly onto the device, as this can lead to malfunctions or hazards.
• Gently wipe the casing and screen to avoid scratches.
