With Bluetooth aptX HD, music from your smartphone finds its way into the active speaker.
The home PC or CD/network player can be connected via two digital or one analogue connection.
To adjust the sound to your own taste, there is a tone control for bass and treble as well as a sound widening (Wide-Sound) or a voice enhancement (Voice+).
Control is via the enclosed high-quality remote control with metal surface.
FiiO E10K Type C - USB DAC with headphone output
The FiiO E10K is a high-quality USB DAC with 96kHz/24bit. It also offers a coaxial digital output, via which the signal can be output unchanged, for example to our nuPro SP or nuBox A models.
In addition, the headphone output with separate volume control and optional bass boost function can be used independently. This makes the Fiio E10K the ideal complement for all laptop users who prefer to rely on a cable instead of Bluetooth.

Risk of Electric Shock!
Faulty power supply systems or excessive mains voltage can cause electric shocks.
- All power supply or antenna systems connected to the speaker must comply with applicable legal regulations and be professionally installed by a certified installation company.
- Use only the supplied power cable to connect the speaker. Do not modify the power cable or its plug under any circumstances.
- Ensure that the mains voltage at your location matches the speaker's requirements! The correct power supply can be found on the label on the back of the speaker. Do not connect it to other power supplies.
- Class 1 devices must be connected to the protective conductor of the electrical installation, which is at earth potential. Ensure that the grounding at the connection point is properly installed!
- When laying power cables, ensure they cannot be damaged (e.g., by heat or mechanical stress). Pay special attention to the areas around plugs and distribution points!
Caution!
Power surges in the mains (e.g., due to lightning strikes) can damage or destroy the device and power supply.
- A surge protection device can provide some protection against excessive voltage in the power supply.
- The highest level of protection can only be achieved by completely disconnecting your devices from the mains and antenna systems. Therefore, unplug the power cable from the socket and disconnect any antenna cables from your Hi-Fi system during thunderstorms or the risk of lightning!
- If the speaker is not used for an extended period or left unattended, disconnect it from the power supply. Unplug the power cable from the socket!
Remote Control and Battery
This product includes a remote control and a battery. Please observe the following precautions when handling them:
- If the batteries are depleted, the remote control's range will significantly decrease. Replace the batteries immediately in such cases.
- Always use high-quality CR2025 lithium button cells as replacement batteries.
- When inserting the battery into the battery compartment, ensure the correct polarity by following the + and – signs inside the compartment!
Caution!
Improper handling can cause damage.
- Do not drop the remote control!
- Keep the remote control and battery away from water or other liquids!
- Do not operate or store the remote control and battery in high humidity or extreme temperatures!
Danger!
Leaking or exploding batteries can pose a health risk and cause damage. If the device is not used for an extended period or the batteries are depleted, remove the batteries from the remote control to prevent discharge, leakage, or explosion.
- Replace leaking batteries immediately.
- If you find a leaking battery, avoid contact with the material and dispose of the batteries immediately!
- Do not touch leaking batteries!
- If the material from leaking batteries comes into contact with your skin, eyes, or mouth, rinse the affected area with water immediately and consult a doctor!
Risk of Internal Chemical Burns!
Swallowing batteries can cause severe internal burns within a short time and may result in death.
- Ensure that batteries cannot be swallowed or enter the body in any way!
- Keep new and used batteries out of reach of children.
- If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
- If you suspect that a battery has been swallowed or entered a body or any body opening, contact a doctor immediately!
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on batteries reminds you that they must not be disposed of with household waste. Refer to the section on Disposal and Battery Return at the end of this manual.
Care and Cleaning Tips
Caution!
Improper handling of the speaker can cause damage.
- Always unplug the speaker before cleaning!
- Ensure that all connections are correct, no short circuits are present, and the speaker is completely dry before using it again.
- Do not use harsh cleaning agents or solvents such as gasoline or alcohol!
Housing
We recommend using standard glass cleaner sprayed onto a cotton cloth. This effectively removes fingerprints and dirt. Alternatively, you can use foam-based glass cleaners. Avoid using microfiber cloths, as they may cause micro-scratches on the surface.
Speaker Membranes and Chassis
To remove dust from a speaker chassis, use a lint-free cotton cloth and gently wipe the membrane with very light pressure.
