I've owned two nuline cs-72 front speakers for about a month now and an aw-560 since yesterday and I'm really impressed with what this "small" sub can achieve in combination with the two cs-72s.
delivery both times within 24 hours. it couldn't be better.
i think i will be using this service more often. 😉

Dear Nubert Team,
I bought a stereo set of NuLine 122gern from you the day before yesterday.
Yesterday was New Year's Eve and there were only 5 of us. You know what parties with 5 people usually look like - pouring lead, going out at 12, getting drunk and lying down. Actually a typical case of "nice evening".
Of course, everyone shook their heads when they saw these huge speakers. For me, this New Year's Eve was of course an opportunity to sound out the speakers a little.
To cut a long story short, at 12 o'clock my girlfriend (who was of course initially against these big speakers) asked whether we wanted to watch the fireworks or listen to the speakers. The unanimous opinion: BOOOOOXES!!! We danced like we were at the best party of the year! We had an unforgettable evening thanks to you.
I am a sound engineer myself and was thrilled with these speakers right from the start. But the fact that my friends also commented: "Why go to the club when the club comes to us?" or "I've never had an experience like this before" and that everyone really wanted to listen to their favorite songs through these speakers shows how touching the sound from the 122 speakers is.
I unplugged the aerial cable from the TV on the very first day - now we only need it for BluRays because entertainment is now Nubert for us. Never again without your speakers. Thank you very much and good Nubert!

I have been impressed by your products and your service for several years now. Yesterday I was once again able to experience the service for myself. I ordered the NuVero 7 online around lunchtime. After ordering, I quickly contacted the hotline for replacement packaging for my "old" center speaker (nuBox CS-411).
I ended up with Ms. Dietrich who promptly dealt with my request.

To be honest, I no longer expected to receive the new NuVero 7 this year. This morning at around 9.30 a.m. I was amazed when the friendly UPS delivery man drove up to the yard. That's what I call prompt and super-fast delivery in less than 24 hours. I'm already looking forward to testing the newly purchased CenterSpeaker over the next few days.
However, there was one small fly in the ointment. I had been looking forward to a "new" Nubi to join my numerous "old" ones. Unfortunately, there wasn't one this time. But that didn't dampen my anticipation !!!
I wish the entire Nubert team a happy new year and continued success for 2011!!!

Dear Nubert Team,
You have impressed me once again. I had ordered the CS-72 Center in cherry by mistake. In a short email to Nubert I described my problem and two days later the center was delivered.... in black, just as I wanted it. That is a top performance and deserves my great respect.
But there's more: I took the center out of the professional and absolutely shock- and pressure-resistant packaging, plugged it in and... Now I have a problem (or maybe not), because this center plays my large, bi-amped floorstanding speakers from a well-known manufacturer simply against the wall (I had switched all the speakers to MONO for comparison) - simply gigantic - now I'm saving up for 2 new front speakers, from Nubert of course.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your excellent work.
I had ordered a subwoofer which unfortunately did not work. As I didn't know exactly what to do next, I called the service hotline.
After the telephone team answered my call in an extremely friendly manner (many thanks for that, which is unfortunately not always to be expected these days), I was forwarded to a technician without having to wait long.
Mr. Steeb helped me in a very competent (which is now the exception rather than the rule) and extremely friendly manner.
I haven't experienced such a service with such courteous staff for a long time and I have missed it in Germany. I can only warmly recommend Nubert to everyone. You can argue about speakers for a long time (I'm VERY satisfied, by the way), but the service and friendliness of the team is unbeatable and would always be the deciding factor for me to buy from them again.
I'm glad that there are still companies that actually focus on sustainability and customer satisfaction; and employees who are willing to support this concept.
My heartfelt thanks once again to Mr. Steeb and the unknown telephone voice on the service hotline!
