I enjoyed the excellent telephone advice from Nubert just as much as many others. You just don't have to stand in a typical hi-fi store and talk endlessly - very often without too much substance. There's hardly a salesperson who can tell you the characteristics of a device off the cuff, apart from the familiar platitudes about the British, the analytical, the xyz sound. You can get very plausible explanations on the phone from Nubert that enable you to make an accurate decision. It wasn't quite the same for me. Nubert was initially too modest. I bought NuVero 4, then I saw the 11 and exchanged. Everything worked out perfectly. The extra effort was extremely worthwhile, at least for bass.
A superlative for acoustic jazz and modern low basses. Never heard music so exciting before.
I listen from the iTunes database at a high data rate and was therefore looking for an amplifier with a DA converter. Extra converters were too overdressed and expensive for me. I can highly recommend the ARCUS DPA 300 with 2x250W, which I bought at the expense of my Denon. The Denon PMA 1500 RII really didn't exhaust the speaker. With this purely digital ARCUS I can hear so much that hardly came out before - the speaker flies!
I'm a pragmatic music listener who doesn't sit in front of the altar with folded hands and celebrate records. I hardly ever sit in a triangle, I walk around. But now I sit there more often and enjoy what is pulsating and swinging far too loudly.
A thousand thanks to Günter Nubert and people whose love of detail drives them to perfection!
It's a waste of time to do something mediocre. (Madonna)

I've known Nubert since 1999, when I helped a friend with a listening test in Aalen. I had never heard of Nubert before. He ended up buying a pair of NuLine 80s or NuWave 8s (I don't remember exactly).
But I remember one thing like it was yesterday: these speakers reproduced all kinds of music better than I had ever heard before. It was clear to me at the time that if I ever needed new speakers, they would be Nubert.

Now, 10 years later, my bookshelf speakers are also 17 years old and I finally wanted a pair of Nubis.
After a long back and forth with my better half, the decision was made in favor of NuLine 102.

But the inevitable happened: nuVero 11s were on offer as a second choice. And then there was the fact that they go down to 32/30Hz  that got me thinking

After a detailed phone call with Mr. Bühler, I ended up getting the nuVero 11 after all.

Well, what can I say, in terms of sound, they have completely, I hope I can say it like this, "bombed away" my old British bookshelf speakers (which weren't bad either).

With the Nu Vero 11, you don't have the feeling that the music is coming out of the speakers, but rather that the music is standing detached in the room!!!

Then there's the bass foundation, that's amazing!!! And I don't even have the bass switch on full.
With the NuVero 11 I finally know what the PureDirect button on my amplifier is for...
...exactly for speakers like the NuVero's

So I can say that I have no regrets whatsoever about choosing the 11s. In my opinion, it's the best box you can get for the money!!! 😬

There's just one more thing to say, I can't really find anything about my NuVero 11 that justifies the 2 choice in my eyes. In other words, the quality standards at Nubert are top!!! 😉

After much deliberation, I decided to upgrade from my NuLine 82 to NuLine 102 on Saturday and went to AA for a trial listening session. After receiving the usual very nice advice and comparing both speakers, the purchase was clear to me. The difference was particularly clear in the mids and highs, but also in the stage and bass 😱 I have to say that I now enjoy listening to music even more, especially as I can now finally use the Pure Audio mode on my 876 without any compromises.
But what I found absolutely amazing was that an undecided customer pointed out my "old" 82s and so their flash sale was initiated. That's what I call customer service ❗
Nubert proved to me once again that I'm in good hands with them and that I get first-class goods, personal advice AND service, and I also gained a new customer who bought my used 82s but will certainly reward such service in the long term and come back.

Thank you 😬

I first heard positive things about the quality of Nubert speakers from friends.
A little later in Stereoplay I became curious about the nuVero 14.
I took the opportunity to test the object of my desire in SGM
extensively with my own CD's, namely with recordings
with my old speakers (T+A T 160E) both good and less good.
less well. Particularly praiseworthy is the fact
that the listening test even took place with an amplifier from T&A
(the PA 1530 integrated amplifier plays in my own 4 walls).
I was completely convinced by the sound characteristics right from the start and in the meantime the nuVero's are also in use at home, where they also sound excellent.
where they also sound excellent. The best for last:
My wife also shares my enthusiasm.

After listening to the nuVero 4 in the listening studio, I just had to sell my nuBoxes (AW 400 and AW 440).
This is where Nubert's value retention and solid pricing policy became apparent:
Within a week, the speakers and the sub were sold at the correct price.
The nuVero 4s are now in the room and the improvement on the nuBoxes is enormous (sorry nuBox).

Greetings

Hello everyone,

As I've said sooooo often here about the great service, I'm going to add my two cents.

When I recently realized that the bass of my right nuVero 11 had started to "fart", I was very shocked!

I checked it out, gave it a quick test run and sure enough, the middle bass speaker was making the farting sounds! I called the hotline and after a short conversation with Mr. Siegle, the result was clear. Woofer broken!
As an alternative to picking it up, I was asked if I would have the confidence to install a new one myself, as a soldering point would also have to be removed/reattached. Of course!!! That's what I've been doing since I was 15 years old :-)
Mr. Siegle told me it would be out tomorrow and I was relieved again.
The replacement was there the next day. Yay.
I immediately opened the package and what did I see?
A bottle of nuWein was also included and the delivery bill said: as a little soldering aid :-)
What attention. I was really happy about it. So first I drank the bottle so that I could solder better :-)))
(no no, just kidding) hi hi.

Nothing like soldering iron out and 15 minutes later music on and???

Everything is perfect again, like new!!!
Now I can have my ears filled with music again :-)))
I've often had such a great and uncomplicated process here but I still have to repeat it here!!!
Which other manufacturer would have done this? I think almost none!!!
Once again a big thank you to NSF and especially to Mr. Siegle with whom everything went very fast and uncomplicated!

Nobody beats you!!!

My motto remains the same this time:
Once Nubert, always Nubert!

I wish you good business and also a greeting to all other employees,

Bruno

Yesterday I ordered the Boliden shock absorbers in chrome over the phone. Today I already have them in my hands. A great delivery time and the absorbers can really be described as bolides.
After work, they will be fitted under the AW-880. The only thing I don't like is that the AW-880 is so solidly built *sweat* ;-)

Best regards from Wuppertal

I've had my pair of nuLine 102s for two weeks now and have been very satisfied. I have three comments for the public to make life easier for other buyers:

In the documentation, Nubert recommends using the amplifier's loudness filter. I had read this and therefore paid no further attention to this filter; it is adjustable on my amplifier (Yamaha AX-592) and has always been in position 3 of 10. With the previous loudspeakers this was also okay. But the nuLines didn't sound good at all - far too thin and sharp. It was only after a long time that I figured it out and switched off the loudness filter - finally everything was fine. Conclusion: Be careful with loudness filters!

After I had connected the ATM module, a low hum was audible in the speakers. At first I thought the ATM module was poorly shielded - rather unlikely given the price, but when I placed the module as far away from the amplifier as possible, the hum was gone, but later returned. It was completely independent of the volume setting; the Yamaha has the volume control before the loop-out point. When I switched the source switch of the ATM to an open input, the hum was gone. - Finally, it turned out that the audio cable between the amplifier output and the ATM input was running too close to a mains cable. Apparently, this cable is extremely sensitive to interference. Is this the fault of the ATM module or the Yamaha? I have never had this problem with audio cables from external sources.

One last note: the documentation states that the low bass is only audible if the source delivers sounds in this range. Sure, that's logical. But that doesn't mean that the source has to deliver these low tones as a musical fundamental. Any impulse-like sound event consists of all frequencies simultaneously, as Mr. Fourier teaches us. This is why instruments such as a guitar, for example, which produces a high note with a sudden onset, require a playback channel with a frequency range that extends far beyond the playable tones in both directions.

I bought the nuline 122 a week ago and have to express my respect for Nubert Speaker Factory! The sound that these speakers produce is simply unbelievable.
(And of course the workmanship is incredible. One thing is for sure, I will only buy my speakers from Nubert. Many thanks Nubert
