A friendly hello from Saxony,
When I was looking for new home theater speakers, I came across the Nubert company by chance. I would classify myself as technically inexperienced in the field of home electronics. However, I was able to find a lot of information on Nubert's very informative website. The many entries in the forum were also helpful. So my plan slowly took shape. Any final questions about possible compatibility problems were then clarified by telephone. Thank you very much Mr. Siegle for your competent advice 🙂 I then decided on 2 nuBox 381 as front speakers and the nuBox CS-411 as center. The AW 991 sub will follow in a few days and I'm already looking forward to the thunderstorm! I ordered the 381s and the CS-411 on 22.04. and they were delivered on 23.04.!!!! This has nothing to do with praise, it was like this 😂 After setting up the speakers, the first test run. I was a little disillusioned. However, I knew from the forum that there were still some settings to be made on the AV receiver. One day later, I took my time to adjust the settings and try them out, and lo and behold, the hoped-for results were achieved. The result? I am thrilled. I've never heard my favorite music like this before and especially when watching DVDs I now feel like I'm in the middle of it instead of just there!
I called the support team again today to clarify two questions (without any technical knowledge). Cleared up the last ambiguities and am simply happy and more than satisfied. As the crowning glory of my "project" I will treat myself to the nuBox DS-301 as a rear speaker later (on the recommendation of Mr. Siegle)! So the nuBi virus has caught me too. Ice cold and quite honestly 🙂

Moin moin Nubert friends!

In the course of researching before buying a speaker, you're bound to come across Nubert at some point (as a beginner). In addition to all the speaker tests and forum posts, I naturally also read through this guestbook. And at first glance, it all looked a bit like a lot of "smearing honey on the beard" (as a North German, these expressions of emotion are less my thing anyway 🥴 ).

After a lot of back and forth, I decided to start with the nubox 381. The speakers have been connected since yesterday afternoon - and now I finally understand all the praise here! It was like entering a completely new world of sound! THANK YOU! 😬

Perhaps a positive word about the delivery time. Ordered last Friday (17.04.), Monday (20.04.) the speakers are out and Tuesday the DHL man was already standing in front of my (unfortunately locked) door. But they finally arrived yesterday.

Wow!!!! Even a choleric guy from Berlin takes the time to reply to such an entry!!!! I am impressed and hereby make a peace offering: two hours ago I connected the nubert 311 and am extremely impressed: it is advertised as optimal for smaller rooms, we have just under 18 square meters in the living room and I had to fear that the ceiling and tenant would come down over it!!!!! THE HAMMER!!!!!!!!!

And of course I know that nobody at nubert can do anything for DHL, I would like to apologize for my ranting and from now on I am a convinced "nubertificionado"!!!!!!

Hello dear Nubert team,

I've had my nuvero 11 for a little over four weeks now and I'm delighted to be able to give you a big thank you.

The workmanship is excellent, even my wife likes the design (she has always complained about the large speakers that make the living room look like a warehouse) and, above all, the sound is perfect. My fear is that with the nuvero 11 you have created a tough competitor to the nuvero 14. The nuvero 11 is at least ideal for our 38 square meter living room.

It wasn't quite so nice that I had to wait four weeks after ordering until the speakers were finally available and I wasn't really convinced by the hassle of paying in advance. As there is a right of return for the speakers anyway, the option to pay on account would be a real alternative.

Apart from that, the service was very good, a big compliment to Mr. Kellner. I have seen that there is another way with your competitors. Defective amplifier delivered and then endless problems with the reversal. Here, too, Mr. Kellner helped out and sold me another amplifier at the same time. For all those who are looking for an amplifier in addition to the speakers, I can only recommend the Yamaha A-S1000. It goes perfectly with the nuvero 11 and is just as perfectly finished as the Nubert speakers.

Finally, thank you very much for the bottle of wine you sent us as a gift. The wine was delicious, even if it is still a little too young (the vintage is helpful here). We will definitely pay a visit to the Ellwanger winery in the near future.

Thank you for your enthusiasm about our nuVero 11. Unfortunately, we were positively surprised by the demand for the nuVero - hence the delivery times.
times... But we are working on it!

Unfortunately, this is not possible - we do not want to be in the situation of having to pass on the inevitable payment losses to our prices at some point.

Hello dear Nubert friends,
I too have now fulfilled a long-cherished dream and ordered my dream boxes. As they are already at a friend's house and are always causing storms of enthusiasm, I'm not worried about the quality of the goods!!!!!! However, I would like to comment on the jubilant arias here ala "I ordered online on Sunday and had the parcel label in my letterbox on Monday!" etc.: I ordered online on 14.04. and apparently outed myself as a second-class person by choosing "payment in advance": on 20.04. I received an e-mail from nubert that the goods were being delivered. Since 19:07 on 20.04. the package was at the DHL delivery center. Today - 22.04.!!!!! - it arrived at 05:31 at the delivery center just outside Berlin. Firstly, I'm impressed by the speed and secondly, I'm curious whether they'll manage to get it to Berlin today:o(((((((

Hello Mr. Ay!
You are certainly not a "second-class person" for us! However, we ask for your understanding that, due to our (very expensive) experience, we can only send prepayment orders once the bank has credited the payment to our account. This can sometimes take several days! (as announced in our payment instructions, by the way)
How quickly UPS or DHL then get the parcels to the customer is beyond our control...
By the way: We cannot understand the delivery from Sunday to Monday reported in a previous article - we don't work on Sundays either...

I bought a Nubert system after a lot of research and am more than satisfied. Impeccable service and great sound. This is workmanship at its best.

Recently had a problem with my subwoofer. One phone call, return label, repaired in no time and delivered again. That's unbeatable and definitely worth recommending!

I can only confirm everything that has been said about NUBERT's good service.
The customer is treated in a very friendly and competent manner. Returns also work perfectly!

And once again, many thanks to Mr. Höfer for his goodwill with my ABL module !!! This is no longer a matter of course.

Now I have really achieved my sound dream:
The Nubert 360 with ABL 3/30 on a Nubert stand. (Yes, the 3/30 fits!)
Unfortunately no longer available to order, but believe me: it's a pleasure!

It's unbelievable what an ABL module can do! The bass is a whole level lower and the treble can be lowered according to personal taste. Even the spatiality, e.g. in live recordings, comes out.
Don't think twice, test ABL / ATM modules for your NUBIS!

Hello Nubert friends
Now I have to say a few words about the Nubert Speaker Factory.
Over the years I have built up a surround sound system with Nubert speakers (2 x NuLine 120; 2 x AW 1000; 1 x AW 560; 2 x NuLine DS-50; 1 x NuLine CS-70; Yamaha DSP-AZ 1 amplifier and Technics DVD-A10 DVD audio/video player).
I prefer to listen to rock music in stereo and multi-channel recordings, but I also like to watch good movies in 5.1 sound sometimes. The Nubert speakers deliver fantastic performances in both disciplines. I often go to live rock concerts and I have to say that the Nubert speakers come damn close to the live feeling and since I've been listening to Nubert's, I've been satisfied with the music world and it's always a lot of fun to drive the system.
But now to the actual reason for my letter.
Now it can happen that something can break, as happened about two weeks ago, an AW-1000 stopped working - what now? I quickly called the hotline at Nubert and Mr. Timo Lang took care of it competently. A few days later, the subwoofer was back in its place, freshly repaired by Mr. Tobias Höfer, and listening to music was once again a real pleasure.
I would like to thank NSF for this friendly and super-fast service (which is second to none), especially the two gentlemen mentioned above.

I would also like to take this opportunity to share my first & positive experiences with Nubert & their products...

I am a hobby DJ & play records.

I bought the nuBox Sub/Sat combination nuBox 381/AW-441 for my DJ booth. Without listening to it beforehand... Just because of the good test results & the very good price-performance ratio.

First of all, a huge compliment for the delivery service! I ordered online on Sunday afternoon & on Monday afternoon the parcel was already in my letterbox. Brilliant! The fastest delivery time I've ever experienced.

When I connected the 381 & the AW-441 subwoofer, I was initially very dissatisfied with the sound of this combination. The frustration was great...! After sleeping on it for a night & trying out a few things with the combination, I realized that the room acoustics were playing tricks on me & the subwoofer was defective. A conversation with the very friendly & competent Nubert hotline confirmed my impression. The hotline apologized to me immediately & sent me a new sub. Everything worked with the new sub & I smiled for the first time. The Sub goes off like Schmidtz's cat. Awesome!
Nevertheless, I was still dissatisfied with the sound of the combination. It was clear to me that the miserable acoustics of my "music room" were to blame. Nevertheless, something was still not right.
I borrowed another DJ mixer from a friend and tried it out again. And lo and behold... The sound was immediately noticeably better! I came to the conclusion that the nubox 381 plays so neutrally that my bad old DJ mixer is absolutely garbage. After I bought a new & very high quality DJ mixer, the sound of the combo is what I imagined & wanted.
Now I am 100% satisfied with the sub/sat combo!!!

My conclusion:

Price/performance ratio: very good
Sound & performance: very good for this price range
Nubert hotline service: extremely friendly & competent - very good!

My next step is to improve my room acoustics in order to achieve a further increase in sound quality. But this is independent of the speakers used.
