Hello,
I've owned the nuWave 85+ABL, RS-5 and the CS-65 for a few weeks now. The speakers are powered by a NAD 325-BEE and a NAD t 744. This combination is unbeatable in terms of sound quality, price and performance, and that's what matters to me. (as far as my sonic taste is concerned) (What do I need DSP's of any churches, halls etc. with reverberation of the umpteenth order if I don't know the building and these noises only disturb me anyway? Should I try everything that is obviously wrong in order to end up with the right one? )
I'm a student - around 9-10 weeks of my vacation job are spent on my system. Others buy a car for it. Fortunately, I don't need one - and I'm happy about music, not noise.
But the system also has a disadvantage. It awakens longings, or intensifies them.
When I listen to Die toten Hosen, I often think: why have I never tried my hand at drumming?
I want to be there for the Scorpions' "One night in Vienna", Vienna is a beautiful city.
In the last few days I've been listening to "compressed pop music" and was surprised. I listened to Alizeé earlier and longed to be able to speak French better. (The song is really fun with the nuWaves, I'm delighted. Bryan Adams is also interesting when not on the radio).
I naturally get upbeat when I'm in company and listening to positive tunes. When I relax to Ray Charles, I can quickly move on to new things.
But it's also amazing how loud I can turn up the volume and still enjoy listening to music. Especially how long I occasionally maintain this volume. Instead of distortion, it really gets you in the mood. With 2*50 watts, the sound is good, but now I know why many customers want more power. Good loudspeakers make it fun to listen to louder or more intense music.
(In general, however, I am not an absolute loud listener).
For the sake of completeness: I also have an AW-440 and an NAD T514 in my system.
I have also heard better systems and know what is actually in some data carriers. With Master and Commander, the creaking planks and footsteps ABOVE the listening position, every single step can be located, etc. (Heard with Avantgarde-Acoustic Duo. Also the Uno Nano and the Trio with 6-fold bass horn). But I am absolutely satisfied with what I have bought and what I get for my money from Nubert.
I already suspected that a short project would turn into a medium-length article, but when the music is playing on the side.... I generally prefer to listen to my LS consciously.
Have fun with your Nubert speakers, thanks to the NSF.
Greetings, Sebastian

Hello,
I have now received my new AW-441 subwoofer. It was so straightforward that I'm really impressed with Nubert's service. I received the nuBox311 and the aw-441 on Saturday. Unfortunately, the AW-441 was defective and it was already too late for the hotline. So I called the hotline on Monday shortly after 10.00 a.m., discussed with the very competent hotline what was possible and we came to the conclusion without further ado that the aw-441 was defective. So a new one was sent out immediately and it was already with me on Tuesday.
Now I could finally try it out, because the 2 nuBox 311 in a 25m2 room lacked a bit of depth and I was very excited. The music I played was a CD by Greg Brown, guitar and bass. What comes out of these speakers compared to my old Canton satellite subwoofer is simply gigantic to my ears. If you want, you can push the aw-441 so far that the bass goes through the whole body, simply brilliant, and it still sounds brilliantly great, just a real bass with no rums.
Once again to the hotline here at Nubert: A BIG PRAISE!!! Very nice, very obliging, very helpful, simply put, other companies can take a leaf out of their book.
Thanks again to the admin of the guestbook for answering even at the weekend.
Greetings
André

I added an ABL Module 381 to my NuBox 360 as there was no room for a subwoofer. Fortunately, my Luxman L410 amplifier has the option of separating the preamplifier from the power amplifier. Integrated in this way (i.e. looped into the signal path), the ABL module extends the bass range in an amazing way. And the Nubert hotline with its competent advice is still worthy of praise. Simply recommendable...

Hello!
I would like to thank Mr. L. Schneider at Nubert in Aalen for his very friendly and competent advice. The Yamaha RX V1800 is a very good match for my Nulines. I am very satisfied with the service and the device.
Thank you very much!

I bought a pair of nuBox 311 and the AW-441 last week. I had high expectations of the sound quality and I have to say, despite the fact that I have only been able to test the speakers on a Sony mini system so far, I am very satisfied with the sound and feel that my expectations have been confirmed. The sound is very direct and clear, the subwoofer is capable of quite impressive performance, but I think it needs to be set at a lower level than recommended so that it really blends in harmoniously with the sound of the 311s.
I'm also very happy with the look and finish.

Hello Admin,
Thank you for writing answers here at the weekend. I had the same experience in the forum. I connected the pre-amp output of my amplifier to the line-in of the subwoofer with the Nu-Cable 8. First the LED on the subwoofer was red, after turning on the music it went green, but no sound. Now I thought maybe there wasn't enough sound coming out of the pre-amp, so I used the high-level inputs and outputs on the sub. Unfortunately no sound again. The Nubox 311 works perfectly, no matter where I connect it. The aw-441 always turns red then green, but no sound.
I will call you on Monday and hope for the good service you have described. The advice I received before buying was first class, your consultant on the phone seemed like a walking encyclopedia.
Greetings
André

Hello everyone,
Last Tuesday, after a long trial period ( other manufacturers ), I decided on a Nubert set. ( DS-22 and AW-560 ).
Came home in the evening, inspected the packaging and was pleasantly surprised by the perfect packaging. Then unpacked, enthusiasm continued, inside it looked exactly the same. I didn't really expect anything else. Then I connected everything to my system and switched it on. What came out of the small speakers and the subwoofer blew me away 😱 😱 😱 .
The set played so airy and then the bass, wow. I listened to different CDs for hours and heard new sounds everywhere.
The only negative is a defective DS-22 on which the dipole switching does not work. But no problem, it was immediately exchanged for a new one. Just perfect service. Previously I had a good set from another German manufacturer (unfortunately no name) that was in a completely different league in terms of price. But Nubert has convinced me otherwise. Perfect price and performance. THE NUBERT VIRUS HAS INFECTED ME !!!!!! 😂
Praise also to the hotline, which was very helpful. Further orders will follow. 5.1 here I come.
Thank you Nubert
Greetings Markus
