In December 2020, I replaced my 15-year-old system with a new soundbar
AS 255
After several attempts, the HDMI connection is still not connected. I asked customer service in February and the problem is that my almost 4-year-old Panasonic TV is not compatible with the soundbar in 2020.
😈 😭

Hi Holgi, unfortunately some devices connected via HDMI do not actually "get along" with each other. This is rare, but it does happen. In such cases, we recommend using one of the other connection types available. For example, a connection from the headphone output of the TV set to the RCA input of the Nubert soundbar practically always works and usually also offers volume control via the TV remote control. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team again!

Guys, I just wanted to thank you 1000x. You are the best. 1A advice in advance including analysis of room measurements by your support employee Sebastian H. Absolutely competent, it couldn't be better. Thanks again. I now have the XS-7500 and have never heard anything better. The sound is incredibly present across the entire spectrum and at the same time wonderfully transparent. A woofer made of velvet, but with substance. I'm a highly trained classical musician and the NuPro is by far the best I've ever heard in the home. Honey on the ears. Thanks a million, you guys are great! PS I've just ordered another one for a friend, I think he'll be delighted! :-)

I now have the nuProo X-4000 as the successor to the A 200 (?) on my computer, where I spend a lot of time when I'm working from home. The change doesn't mean that the old speakers were bad - but the new ones are simply much better. They're just a lot of fun!
I've just read the book "Technik satt" and it reassures me that there are still experts for whom measured values are worth more than esoteric claims. There are also said to be experts who can hear the difference in sound quality in digital transmission. :-)

Hello Team Nubert,
Yesterday I received the AS 3500 I ordered from you, set it up and connected it straight away. Thank you so much for the permanent grin on my face, not just mine, but that of my whole family. We are having incredible fun with the soundbar, the crystal-clear sound, the bass, whether for music or TV, the workmanship, simply the overall package is absolutely coherent, even the packaging is more solid than some competitor products :-)
Thank you, you have done a great job, we are thrilled.
Best regards from Friolzheim

Hello Nubert Team!

Today to the day (04.02.2021) my nuVero11 speakers have been with me for 6 years. I haven't regretted buying these speakers for a single day!!! 😂
I've heard a few sound systems from friends so far. None even come close to these speakers! I'm always happy about it. It just makes me happy. Many people who have visited me have spoken highly of these speakers, sometimes without even having heard them.
I've just listened to "Birth of a hero" by Thomas Bergersen! On the birthday of these boxes, I would say: "Birth of a hero in 2015"

Great work! Keep up the good work.
Greetings Johannes

Dear readers,
The nuBox A-125 sound pair arrived today.
As always: fast delivery and perfectly packaged.
Unpacking, connecting and setting up the Bluetooth connection was done in record time.
After acclimatizing, they were switched on: WOW!!!!!
Simply incredible.
Workmanship, features and sound: outstanding!
They provide excellent sound for our 20 square meter dining room!
We previously had WLAN speakers from an American company, which often failed and were therefore annoying.
These two are on a much higher level in terms of sound.
They sound seriously no worse than our WS-14 with subwoofer in the living room.
Best regards

The purchase of the 60 NuVero and subsequent expansion of my system was a very pleasant experience. Many thanks for the very friendly and competent advice from Raphael Bretzler! It wasn't just a matter of upgrading and selling, rather my 'old' equipment was integrated in a sensible and value-enhancing way ö and the acoustically difficult room architecture was perfectly taken into account. Since then, I have been experiencing music in a truly new way ö at a sensational level! Pure enjoyment! The investment in the NuVero was absolutely worth it and has proven itself 100%.
I would therefore like to briefly tell you my little Nubert story: It all started with a friend of my daughter's from university. It was there that I first heard about Nubert and, above all, experienced what the speakers could do. After that, I often browsed the Nubert website and read the exclusively positive reports. One in particular stuck in my mind: A buyer wrote: 'I connected the speakers and had tears in my eyes ö suddenly the music was so beautiful! I felt like the woman at the next table in the movie Harry and Sally ö I wanted to experience that too!
Unfortunately, I hesitated for a while to treat myself to this pleasure ö what a pity for the lost time. Now ö at the end of last year the time had come ö and it has been absolutely confirmed: I am absolutely thrilled ö the result is sensational ö listening to music is a pleasure I have never experienced before! And yes, I've experienced it: you get misty-eyed with joy. The only regrettable thing is the time you were still 'without'. There are now music evenings instead of TV evenings ö the other day we cleared out a bit in search of the sweet spot and were spontaneously inspired to dance by the wonderful sounds in the open space.
The speakers tell you what kind of 'food' they prefer to process. You can hear clear differences between feeders that shouldn't really have any, because they have similar values and are rated similarly. That's why I was forced into action and added a suitable network player and record player. Perfect advice there too, problem-free exchange when I made a mistake and didn't listen to Mr. Bretzler's advice, fast delivery, always super friendly and individual ö purchase just like from the guy next door.
Incidentally, the acoustic difficulties in the room have proven to be unproblematic, or rather are more than easily compensated for by the NuVero. In fact, even in the adjoining open kitchen, you get the impression that Norah Jones has dropped by in person.
In short: Buying from Nubert is a pleasure ö experiencing Nubert afterwards is a pleasure and a gift! Thank you - you at Nubert are obviously doing your job very well and absolutely right!

Hello Nubert team,
I've owned a pair of X3000 RCs since mid-December and I'm absolutely happy. Previously I had a combination of Naim Unitiqute 2 + KEF Q300 which wasn't bad. But the RC's ability to eliminate room modes (I had a nasty boost at approx. 70 hertz in an acoustically unfavorable L-shaped room of approx. 24 m2) and to adjust the different sources in advance using the 3 presets with the sound balance is amazing. As my hearing is deteriorating more and more due to my age (I'm 63), I can use the various intervention options offered by the X3000 RC to adjust my hearing much better than would be possible with a normal combo. I've discarded the KEF for now, and I only use the Naim as a streamer to access my I-Tunes media library. I couldn't connect it as a preamp because the audible hum was unacceptable. I connected it to the coax input of the X3000 via its digital output. Works smoothly. Otherwise I connected the TV via the HDMI port, an old Squeezeboxtouch digital optical, an old Sony CD/MD player analog, as it unfortunately has no digital output. If I want to listen to records, I connect a Project Phono preamplifier analog. works like a charm. BT etc. -> all good. I don't need SW in my apartment. The little thing can play low and loud enough for me, my wife and our neighbors. I haven't been able to extend it yet. Incidentally, it's suitable for all styles of musician. We have listened to entire operas. Jazz, rock, pop, electronica-> nothing to complain about either. But, as in the advertising, they are honest speakers. Good recordings sound great, but they don't make bad recordings any better. Incidentally, they are not demanding in terms of placement. I have them on a sideboard about 2.5m apart next to the TV. Listening distance about 3m. Conclusion: top product. I can only recommend it. Greetings from Cologne

nuConnect ampX
Really cool piece. Combined with the nuSub xw-900, it makes a great team. However, the music and continuous output power is a bit weak. High-quality speakers are often power guzzlers. A little more power would therefore be appropriate. More or larger capacitors could also help to better reproduce the impulses of large orchestras. I would be prepared to pay twice the price for such a device. Are there any plans in this direction?

Answer from the Nubert-Team

Hello Katrin,

A similarly constructed amplifier with significantly higher power would actually be much more complex and expensive to construct (and probably no longer feasible in this compact format). For the highest performance requirements, our nuPower D and nuPower A power amplifiers are an excellent choice. Only time will tell whether there is room (and a need) for another amplifier between these two powerhouses and the small nuConnect ampX.

2x X-4000 RC, living room approx. 40sqm
The speakers are great and are completely sufficient.
The AirLino is no good, such a grotty sound and you're just fiddling around.
I left it out.
Best directly from the (same) cell phone via BT into the speakers.
Hammer !
Calibration must be, 3 presets with lougnes and bum bum, 2 with less and done.
(Music is designed differently)
Hammer sound directly from the cell phone.
I'm satisfied and that's enough for me, I'm glad I didn't take the small floorstanding version, they're enough.
2-3 cm twisting higher you immediately.

Answer from the Nubert-Team

Hello Mr. Mausman, thank you very much for your pleasant and positive feedback on the nuPro X-4000 RC, we are very pleased!
About the AirLino: Yes, the BT aptX-HD chip in the nuPro is definitely (still) better than the BT chip in the AirLino, but as soon as it is connected to the network and high-resolution music is played, it should sound at least as good (or even better), just give it a try.
Greetings from the nuTeam
