Although I have recently praised their products, I would like to once again express my gratitude and amazement at their service.

A few days ago, one of my nuBox 311s, which was only four weeks old, broke. I contacted the hotline on Monday and the new replacement box arrived today - without a cent extra charge or any other costs. Top ! I will remain a customer here.

I wish all Nubert fanatics 😂 and especially the Nubert team a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Hello dear Nubert team,

It's not usually my style, but I wanted to take this opportunity to praise you for the incredibly fast shipping (just 2 days) and the incredibly great sound quality of your products by my standards.

I've been running a pair of Nubert 381s and a Nubert AW880SE on my Yamaha AX-596 for a few days now and I'm simply thrilled.

I mainly listen to very hard music - that means some types of metal and rock.

I've never heard speakers or subwoofers that reproduce this kind of music so precisely and powerfully - and sometimes at very high volumes.

So, I've had my Nubert system for about a week now.
After a short conversation with the brilliant hotline, I ordered the following components.
2x nubox 381
2x nubox 311
1x nuBox CS411
1x AW880SE
These arrived after a super-fast 2 days. I also treated myself to the Yamaha RX V661. I have to say, I'm thrilled.
I have never heard such a sound (hi-fi and surround) in my 4 walls. ...and the better I get to know the receiver, the more I get out of the speakers, although I always think that this is the optimum now

I would do it all over again. Huge praise.
I just hope that I'm not now infected by the Nubert virus like many others here and strive for more and more ..laugh..., but am satisfied with the ingenious set I have ..laugh....

I really have to say, just perfect. Great support and advice before I bought my speaker. The website was particularly helpful in my decision-making, as I didn't understand much about the subject beforehand.
The delivery time was unbelievable: I ordered on Friday morning and by Saturday lunchtime the speakers and the receiver I had ordered were there and the installation could begin. 😬
During the consultation, I was recommended the Onyko TX SR 505 in combination with the Nubox 381.
I can only say that the Nubert team is super competent. They know what they're talking about.

Hello,

with the new Nubert speakers, all cinema evenings with friends will now only be held at our house. 😉 The one real annoyance for us was the banana plugs, or rather the moment when we laboriously fitted banana plugs to the cable ends for all seven speakers, only to discover that they didn't fit the Nubert speakers at all. **ARGH ** This caused a lot of frustration and the pincers had to become active. But once we had overcome this hurdle, everything worked perfectly.

THANK YOU ! I would like to express my joy and thanks for winning third prize in the Nubert home cinema competition. I was really delighted, especially as I wasn't expecting it. As I don't have a "real" home theater due to my limited space, but what I call a "living room theater", I'm particularly pleased to receive this award. Hello, this is very close to "it couldn't be better". Super support and advice, great website, absolutely exhaustive information pages, problem-free ordering, delivery within 24 hours (on a Saturday!!) and last but not least an AW 560 subwoofer that really exceeded all my expectations! Precise, deep, clean and simply audiophile (no boominess but dry and clean bass). In stereo mode as support for my floorstanding speakers and with a living space of 36m²! An absolute top device! I am finally completely satisfied with my system. As I said, I only use the system for hi-fi and not for movies or surround sound. The sound gain is extremely good. While I was still skeptical beforehand, the AW 560 absolutely convinced me. My wife was particularly impressed by the size of this little genius. The device can stay in our living room without restriction 😉 . It is so inconspicuous that only the sound has changed - otherwise everything is the same as before. So - many thanks and great praise to the technicians. A great device!

On Monday 03.12. I sent my defective NuWave subwoofer to Schwäbisch Gmünd for repair. Today on Friday 07.12. it arrived back to me fully repaired. The repair was even carried out free of charge under warranty. I'm speechless and absolutely thrilled. Fabulous service for fabulous loudspeakers. Thank you Nubert team! A unique service that you can't get anywhere else.

Today I finished the final tinkering with the new Nubert system and I'm really impressed with the sound. A big thank you goes to Martin Bühler for his competent and patient advice!

On the subject of banana plugs (see entry by Gerd from Cologne), I would like to point out that this is a serious problem with some of the smaller Nubert speakers, which I have also had to deal with over the last few days. As already mentioned, the screw nuts are simply not deep enough! I have numerous variants of pin, clamping and expanding banana plugs lying around here and have connected countless speakers with them over the last ten years. Unfortunately, not a single one of my banana plugs fits into the CS-65 or the nuWave 35, for example. Only the aforementioned BFA plugs in serrated sleeve form can be used here and hold reasonably satisfactorily, but not nearly as "bombproof" as, for example, any expansion plug in the nuWave 125, as this speaker has a suitably deep screw nut.

Since I use soldered banana plugs that are permanently connected to a flush-mounted cable, I had to provisionally lay a second cable across the room because I didn't have the heart to pinch off the plugs. Basically, all it would really take is a deeper screw nut and the problem would be solved once and for all. Personally, I would at least be delighted if Nubert were to solve this issue in a sustainable manner and catch up with or - as in many other respects - even surpass the competition. Needy customers can then be sent a replacement nut on request 🙂

Basically, I have to say that my Nubert combination easily outperforms all previous speaker variants and with this unbeatable price/performance ratio I will continue my purchase shortly! Banana plugs or not! 😂
