I've owned a nuBox Sub/Sat 311 AW 441 system for a few days now and I'm absolutely thrilled. The tonal and dynamic spectrum achieved in the reproduction of Mahler's 8th Symphony, which I actually had difficulties with on other systems, is truly wonderful. Many thanks to the Nubert team, and also - and I almost forgot this in the midst of all the listening bliss - for the extremely friendly, pleasant and expert service on the phone and the over-punctual delivery.

The delivery times and the quality of Nubert's products are really good. But when I, as a new customer, get the wrong item delivered with my first order and another item is charged at too high a price, you can imagine how high the probability of a second order is.

In my case, this probability is exactly zero.

Too bad Nubert, but the first impression was unfortunately a total disaster. From now on, I'll be taking my money to the competition.

Such competent, friendly and, above all, 100% customer-oriented advice and such incomparable service is truly unparalleled in Germany.
For me, Nubert as a company and of course its products are absolutely unique, and not just in the hi-fi sector.

A big compliment and thank you for the first-class service from Nubert.
In an accident, one of my nu Wave 105 speakers tipped over and the tweeter and midrange driver were broken. After a quick call to the friendly Nubert hotline, 15 minutes later I received a shipping confirmation for 2 replacement speaker chassis, which were delivered to me the very next day. Quickly unpacked and installed and lo and behold, not even 24 hours after the mishap, I can once again enjoy the great Nubert sound to the fullest. That's what I call really perfect service. Thanks again and best wishes to the whole Nubert team,

The absolute professionals are at work here! I received the Nuline 122 with ATM yesterday and have to say that I can't think of anything that could be better!
Very friendly service, fast shipping, great packaging, excellent workmanship and absolutely brilliant sound.

Like many others, I have been eagerly awaiting the DXD module and now that it has finally been completed, I have taken the opportunity to order 4x nubert AW-880 SE.

Of course, like many others, I experienced a problem-free process except that the gentleman from UPS was not exactly thrilled that his vehicle had been delivered by the large 4 packages and he therefore decided to start the tour early in the morning.

Now I hope that it won't take so long until the DXD module is for sale and I can finally get a double bass array under my control.

It's frightening what happens with an AW-880 alone...

The Swabians are unbeatable. RESPECT

From a recent experience with the customer hotline and a small misunderstanding on both sides, it is my concern to mention publicly that after such an incident the company Nubert tries to contact the customer and tries to clarify the misunderstanding.

I have received my AW-1000. And after only 24 hours! Delivery, packaging, processing and device... everything was great! The sub is mighty big and with its 35 kg it was a lot of work to transport it to its installation location. But what can I say - the sound is fantastic, absolutely brilliant! To the Nubert team: please keep up the good work!
