Hello,
I would like to thank you for the great handling. The delivery arrived within two days. Thanks to Ms. Grau and the rest of the team.
I haven't heard the nubox 311 before, but my expectations have been fully met.
It probably won't be the last Nubert speaker I buy.
Regards
Reiner

Hello, I just wanted to introduce myself, I've recently become a Nubian.
I'm from Moers, NRW, and have always regarded music as a hobby.
When I was looking for new speakers, I came across Nubert, just like anyone else who is interested. After some minor discussions with the boss, I was able to convince her to place an order thanks to the 4-week right of return.
Then THEY arrived. NuLine in cherry, the boss was thrilled with the look, 1:0 for me.
Everything was wired up and then the 122s got going, AND HOW !!!!! This is how I always wanted to listen to music.
The 5.1 mode is also great, abysmal bass, effects 1A.
Even the boss is thrilled and hears a DIFFERENCE, unbelievable.
NSF, sorry, the speakers stay here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:p
I can't stop grinning...
At the beginning of the week I made my way to Schwäbisch Gmünd to get some advice on new speakers.
After a very detailed and friendly consultation, I was sent back to Munich with a NuWave set (NuWave 35, CS-45 and RS-5), the matching wall brackets and a new AV receiver.
When I had unpacked everything and heard the first sounds for the test, I was really impressed. Both surround and stereo sound are brilliant.
Before that, I had a 5.1 system from another German manufacturer in conjunction with a receiver from another brand and I have to say that the sound here is worlds apart, especially when listening to music.
Unfortunately, the new receiver had a small defect. But after two e-mails and a phone call, the replacement was initiated immediately. I bought it on Monday, discovered the fault on Tuesday, made a complaint on Wednesday and received the replacement device on Friday.
This is what customer service is like! Simply great!
A very big compliment to Mr. Reichelt for his competent advice and for the prompt replacement of the receiver.
Customer service really is a top priority at Nubert.

I would like to thank you for the excellent handling of the order.
Although I have not heard the NuLine 102 before, I am really impressed by these floorstanding speakers. Good, clean bass and great mids. Nice resolution with all the details. They are slightly oversized for my room, but on the whole they work great.
I have not regretted the purchase and will continue to be a satisfied customer of your company.
best regards and many thanks!

Dear Nubert team,
Two years ago I bought my first NuLine 100 speakers from you.
Since then, I have only used Nubert speakers.
I don't want to say anything about the excellent quality of the products today, because we all agree on that.
Two days ago I ordered new elements for my system from you and they have already arrived today. In this context, many thanks to Mr. BÜHLER, who advised me with so much friendliness and competence and made sure that everything went smoothly. THANK YOU!!! This is customer service in a very clear "reference class". Please keep it up.
Best regards from Lake Constance

Dear Nubert team,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the exceptionally high quality of your products. I don't just mean the excellent sound of the speakers from Schwäbisch-Gmünd, but also their beautiful appearance and reliability.
I have six AW-1000s in my hi-fi system to achieve a very even and high-quality bass reproduction. I bought the first AW-1000 on September 2, 2003 ? it fitted into my chain perfectly right from the start. The adaptation to the listening room and the existing system was successful from an acoustic and visual point of view, and my wife was also quickly able to make friends with these dignified subwoofers.
Little by little, I was able to steadily increase the quality of the low bass reproduction, whereby I was never interested in ruckus, but exclusively in sound quality.
The family has long since become accustomed to the numerous 1000s and we like them even when they are switched off. The beautiful real wood, the well-designed shape and the boldly curved front grilles are pleasing to the eye. They are real eye-catchers when cleverly placed!
Another feature that cannot be taken for granted is the absolute operational reliability of these active loudspeakers. They switch on perfectly and, of course, switch off just as easily via a wireless socket. Absolutely suitable for wives.
So: No work for the Nubert service department!
The nuBox CM-1 active PC monitors, another pair of nuBox 310s and an ATM-120 tuning module work just as reliably.
And also the Marantz amplifier PM-14, which I bought in 2000 in the Aalen store on the recommendation of Mr. Hutter.
I am so very satisfied!
Best regards
J.P.

Dear Nubert Team,
I've got these horrible laptop speakers squawking at me in my hotel room again. When will the new active speakers finally be released? I know from Mr. Spiegler that they are in the works, but please, please hurry up. After all, I can't always pack the NuBox-400 ;-)
I am eagerly awaiting the release date! Herewith you have the first pre-order ;-)
Best regards,
Michael

P.s. The NuBox 481 loudspeaker pair exceeds all my expectations.

First of all, I can join the long line of satisfied - no - enthusiastic customers.
As this is my first entry here, I am still a little hesitant - but I would like to address a few points now:
a) If you follow the relevant trade journals, or those that think they are, you will notice "peculiarities" here and there that are not apparent, at least to me, by rational means. For example, the current nuBox 381 is (certainly rightly) rated with 40 sound points in STREOPLAY. But so did the "old" nuWave 35. The inexperienced reader now wonders whether it makes sense to upgrade from 380? to 530? for this pair of speakers!
b) NUBERT promises honest loudspeakers, offers very good service - before and after the purchase, informs the prospective buyer in the best possible way, except for one point where they don't seem to take all this honesty very seriously:
The website quotes excerpts from specialist magazines. Unfortunately, the entire test is not made available, but this is understandable due to possible license costs. The marketing department's decision to list only the test winners or purchase tips and to mention only the positive aspects (scores) is also understandable. Any "suggestions for improvement" or negative reviews are "forgotten" by NUBERT - these can then be read in the original booklet.
I think this is a great pity, as NUBERT doesn't really have to "hide" anything. It is clear that a box is rarely optimal and can therefore still be improved. You can also be open and honest about this point. In Günther Nubert's technical explanations, these things are dealt with openly. So dear marketing department: "More courage to tell the whole truth."
c) Depending on which NUBERT consultant you speak to, you will get different conceptual statements: one is in favor of a solution with two floorstanding speakers, the other calmly recommends the 2.1 solution with bookshelf speakers. For me as a customer, however, this is not a problem at second glance, as it is precisely these different points of view that show me more aspects than just one.
d) I'm also interested in the countries of origin of the NUBERT speaker components - I've heard the keyword "Denmark" mentioned before. But maybe that's all a company secret ;-)
Summa Summarum: Except for the - in my opinion - small slip-up in marketing (I hope that this article will not now be shortened to the positive aspects ;-)) it is an all-round successful achievement!!!
I wish NUBERT and its employees a continued successful future with enthusiastic customers.
