AW 880 defect - repair under warranty - THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

The customer is king - at least that's what they say - the reality, as we all know, is that this is no longer the case almost anywhere.
I have now been convinced of the opposite. My defective AW 880 subwoofer was repaired within a very short space of time and without the usual fussing and tugging about whether or not it was covered by warranty. Even the freight costs were covered!
Herewith my sincere respect and heartfelt thanks to the Nubert team.

One more note on the AW 880: BUY! This thing is absolutely awesome!

For more than five years, I had been looking for replacement speakers for my relatively high-quality sub/sat combination. This could no longer be placed satisfactorily in our new home, both in terms of sound and interior design (booming or inhomogeneous sound). Attempts with bookshelf speakers up to the EUR 2,000 class were extremely frustrating, as the bass foundation was usually missing or other discolorations occurred.
On the occasion of a comparatively small advertisement, I remembered Mr. Nubert, whom I met briefly many years ago as an interesting developer. So why not try out his now highly praised shelving systems with ABL/ATM. NuLine 30 should fit the bill in terms of dimensions and design. Ordered on May 2, delivered the next day. What can I say: amazingly dynamic sound with a wonderfully dry bass foundation and differentiated high frequencies up to volumes above our tolerance threshold. And all this from these small speakers. So physics is no longer what it used to be.
Nubert has made a decisive contribution to the fact that our music system is now almost only allowed to rest at night. Many thanks for that.

I would like to praise the nubert support team.
My nuBox AW-850 had a defect in the control panel, so I quickly checked the warranty period. Lucky me! 2 months left. Wow, I thought to myself, almost 5 years of music enjoyment with nubert speakers (nuBox 360 surround set). I then called the support hotline, who helped me in a very friendly and competent manner. Two days later, I promptly received a replacement control unit, which was quickly replaced and went into service in the AW-850. World class! nubert - Forever number one (it's the World Cup soon).

After several telephone consultations, I made my way to Aalen to see and hear the speakers live. The aim was to upgrade from stereo to 5.1. Both on the phone and in the store the advice was very good, and after about an hour the car was loaded with a nuLine center, 2 nuLine rearspeakers and the stylish nuLine AW560 subwoofer plus various cable accessories. I left the wiring to my husband 🙂 , but the effort was worth it: super surround sound, the Nubert speakers harmonize well with my old B+W speakers (which I just didn't want to part with, maybe later), and the sound has cinema character. Everything is fine.

I recently became the proud owner of an AW 75. I thought about this purchase for a long time (even as a trainee, you don't buy new speakers every day). In the end, I have to say I should have bought one of these sooner. Before that, with my self-built infernal machine, I thought what can such a \"small\" Nubert can do compared to my giant box. Fortunately, I never said that in public. Phil Collins is no longer drumming on the TV but in front of my sofa. Great device. Many thanks to nubert!

And another real hit from NSF, the new CM-1. Arrived today and connected immediately. It's great what you can get out of a 310 with the addition of an amplifier. It's actually too good to just connect it to the PC. Also ideal for MP3 players for listening to music at home.
The workmanship is once again excellent and visually very successful.

Not too long ago, while looking for good loudspeakers, I ended up here in the guestbook. My first feeling was that there was no such thing as 98% approval - I only knew that from manipulated elections.
Well, nobody likes to admit it, but you still look in the trade journals
trade journals and found that Nubert was not too well represented.
Nevertheless, I dared to call, asked carefully and developed a good feeling during this consultation with Mr. Siegle. So I ordered an AW 560 +Ds50
against my wish for the giant sub, which would have been the first mistake. In any case, I was really surprised by the first loudspeaker, the look, the sound and the whole chain from the hotline to shipping was simply perfect.
So from then on, more speakers, more entries in the guestbook and suddenly I'm in the 98%.
It's simply unbelievable, the service desert of Germany is alive and well and has an oasis in Swabia.
In the meantime, my dream home theater plus stereo system from the NuLine series is in Kirsch.
Then the next surprise: Nubert advises and also sells the right electronics. What else can I say (hot tip, always ask questions), here too the advice, price and service are totally convincing.
In short, everything I've read here is right, simply incredible!

I can only agree with my predecessors here. After looking for a subwoofer about 1.5 years ago, I came across the test winner AW 550 from Nubert.

I was impressed by the workmanship and the damn good sound, and above all by the Nubert company concept.
A very direct contact with the customer is rather rare these days.

Then came the CS150 center and now, after much deliberation and 0.0% financing, I've ordered the remaining "Nubert's". (Nuline 30 and DS-50 with the elegant speaker stands.) Unfortunately, the BS-70 are still on backorder and will be delivered later.

But the sound and bass reproduction is now so great with the NuLine30 that I can't get enough of the music.

DVD playback gives you the feeling of being right in the middle of the action. The speakers are not cheap but definitely worth every penny.

I will recommend Nubert to others, keep up the good work.

Unfortunately I don't have much time to write, but this much has to be said.
First of all, many thanks again to the consultants Mr. Armin Siegle and Steffen Härer. Everything worked out wonderfully, a new record for me, the goods were delivered in less than 24 hours, so big praise to the whole Nu team, thank you very much! After all, there were 7 different items and a total weight of approx. 130 kg. The nice UPS man helped me carry them up a pole and was even surprised to receive a tip! So another exceptional performance from everyone.
Can't go into all the items now, just as the customer who wrote before me, it works very well on 16m² with the Nuline 120, even with ATM!!!.
Apart from that, all the parts are a feast for the eyes, even the rollers on the 120s, and are extremely practical, especially when aligning on oiled parquet. So you were absolutely right Mr. Siegle, they are stable, my 9 kilo Katers have tested it. Let me get back to you with some long-term experience, first impression of the 120s, very neutral, balanced and excellently processed, so as always \"dreamlike\" and worth every penny.
