yesterday, shortly after 1pm (almost exactly 26 hours after ordering!!) my nubert parcels arrived.
everything was beautifully packed, so the first half hour was almost taken up with unpacking.
as i had been waiting for the ups man all morning, i had enough time to dismantle my previous bose system and pack it for shipping - as it had already been sold.

the first thing i opened was the big box - the aw 880 subwoofer. huge compared to my previous bose woofer.

then I tackled the other packages. everything was delivered as ordered, including the wall bracket and y-cable for the aw880.
first impression: everything looks quite high quality and smells like it was just screwed together yesterday.

then the loaded tv rack a little from the wall and the receiver to the front to do the wiring (today i have a good muscle ache from the bending).
the rear dipole speakers against the wall and the two front 310s on the existing stainless steel stands.
oops, they bend a bit in the wind...
the 310s are quite a bit heavier and bigger than the tiny bose cubes - the bose woofer even fit under the tv rack.
the aw 880 is now standing big and fat next to it.
first test: the 310s sound good, perhaps still a little thin, but no sound from the subwoofer...
so operating instructions from the receiver. ah, right, subwoofer must be set to \"on\".
too bad, still no sound.
read on, change surround speaker from \"large\" to \"normal\" and wham...
impressive how the 880 suddenly kicked in.

so then I tried a few more things, gladiator, jazz, hip hop etc. now even the 310s no longer sounded thin and the surround effects were amazing thanks to the rear dipoles and of course the aw 880.

by now it was almost 7pm and my wife came home... (that was my only fear).
little tip: women who are used to small things have a hard time getting used to bigger things!!! (i'm talking about loudspeakers here!;-)
so i think it will take a few days for her to get used to it, no amount of persuasion, e.g. \"wait and see, with the plasma we also said after a week that it could be a size bigger....\"

but i think the absolutely brilliant sound will also convince you after a few days! everything takes time...

i had already ordered the system 5 from the other well-known german manufacturer with the red lettering. here, however, the delivery time suddenly fluctuated from 3-4 days (telephone inquiry shortly before ordering) to 5 weeks (immediately after ordering).

the nubert system is now my third surround system.
my first came from orbid sound, which was very good in itself, but quite large.
the bose system was really small and unobtrusive and for the really small cubes the sound was ok!

but the nasal sound and the lack of REAL boom when listening to music made me sell the bose system.

i am extremely satisfied with nubert! good and unobtrusive telephone advice, extremely short delivery time.
really an absolute recommendation.

my system:

2x nuBox 310
2x ds 310
1x aw 880
1 pair of wall brackets
1 y-cable

total price incl. shipping 1347,52.
there is little better for the money!

Yesterday I was in Gmünd with a friend and we were able to listen intensively to everything Nubert produces.

\We were "advised" by Michael Kellner (he largely left us to our own devices), who had so much confidence in us that he left us alone with two listening rooms full of valuable loudspeakers etc. Many thanks at this point for all the information, for "rebuilding" a little and for the coffee.

It was a very intense experience that was definitely worth it - also financially! (probably for both parties, because... )

In the end, we took 2 Marantz stereo amps (one large + one small), 2xNubox 380 in beech and 2xNuLine 80 in cherry.
These two combos are now rocking at home and they sound extremely good there too!

If you're lucky, you can also see Mr. Nubert in Gmünd. Unfortunately, he had already left by the time we had completed the formalities, so I would like to thank him here in the guestbook for the speakers and the lovely atmosphere - you quickly feel at home there.

Greetings
Matthias

🙂 As a Thuringian, I'm not one to praise the Swabians as local patriots. But the "praise" comes from the sum of all the features of Nubert products. Many years ago, an older colleague raved to me about Nubert speakers, which he had owned for a very long time. Now I got around to checking it out. Anyone who is dissatisfied with their system or wants to improve it should first of all test the Nubert speakers with proper cables on their existing system. Then you can decide whether you need to change anything in front of the speakers and whether you still want to. How do you in the Nubert team actually do this, because the company also has to earn money? Thank you very much for your work. Thomas Timmel

Hello everyone,

After reading about Nubert in the trade press, I was inspired to go to the Nubert homepage and found my way from the product and technology pages to the guestbook.
Only satisfied and praise-filled contributions ;D
Then I wanted to find out for sure. With many questions in my head, I visited Nubert in Schwäbisch Gmünd.
What can I say, after a very competent and individual consultation, which was by no means aimed at selling only the most expensive products, I left the store about 100 kg heavier. OK, I didn't have to carry everything. Some of the boxes were not available on site and were forwarded free of charge within just 2 days.

Now the Magnat Omega 380 has new company:
2 x NuWave 85,
1 x NuWave CS65
3 x NaWave 35 (I rotated the tweeter 90° on the rear center speaker)

A completely new feeling of sound and space. These speakers are worth every penny.
The workmanship is first class and the sound ... how do you describe that in a text?

My recommendation: listen to it for yourself.
The visit to the listening studio alone is worth the trip. (Take your favorite film or CD with you: goosebumps guaranteed)

For my part, I now understand the good press and the praise in the Nubert guestbook.

At Nubert, everything really fits together, from the product to the price to the service.

Best regards from Lippstadt?

Moin,moin

a belated happy new year to all nubis and the rest of the world. 😉
After a lot of research in trade journals and internet forums, I decided to pay a visit to nubert in schwäbisch-gmünd and see the highly acclaimed tinkerer and his crew from swabia for myself.
On 30.11.05 the time had come. With Nubox400 and 380 already in mind, I went into the store and was not disappointed.
Good advice and an hour of listening later I took the nubox400 with me.
Set up at home and then 😱 .
Just swapped the old ls for the 400\'s and kept all the settings.
Mr. spock would say fascinating. No more booming. Clean and dry bass. Precise reproduction of the music.
And now comes the nubert saying that probably best describes the speakers from swabia: You hear passages that you didn't hear before. Simply great. 😂
I didn't think I'd ever be so full of praise myself. Everyone hears things differently. But I've found the speaker that reproduces the music the way I want it to.
Many thanks to all nubis and keep up the good work. You have a new and very satisfied customer.
😬 New orders are guaranteed to follow.

The aim was to create more space in the dining area, where my old Heco's were still located. In order to remain in harmony with the rest of the system (Nuwave 100, 3 x RS 5, CS 4 and AW 7) in the living area, only the Nuwave 35 could be considered. I ordered from the bargain corner to conserve my limited funds. Ordered at 15:00, delivered the next day at 10:00, that's what makes ordering fun! 😬 The small faults on the back of the box aren't really a problem, so I wouldn't call this 2nd choice. First connected to my Denon 3803 as a 2nd surround speaker and in 6-way stereo mode I was more than disappointed. No comparison to my 8000 Heco's.
2nd attempt: Connected as pair B to my Yamaha M65 power amplifier, which is operated with an ABL module for the Nuwave 100 on the Denon (here only preamplifier) for front operation, and operated in normal stereo mode.
Well, what can I say? Despite the wall bracket, the small Nuwave 35s suddenly have a dynamic range even at low volume levels that even my beloved Heco speakers can't keep up with. Of course, with around 220 watts plus the ABL module, the small speakers also have to cope with some power, but even at higher levels, things remain completely under control. I have to admit: I would not have expected this positive result. As always with Nubert, the purchase was a complete success.
So even if you've been a satisfied Nubert customer for many years, you can still treat yourself to a new treat. :p

Dear Nubertitians,

I have been a happy nuLine100 owner for 2 years. After getting my brother a pair of 380s last year, my 310s have now arrived for the \"office\". I was a bit shocked at how small they are!!! But as soon as they were plugged in, there was the normal "Nubert feeling of happiness". Fantastic!

Music is so important to me and I thank you for supporting me so much!!!

A happy listener from Maastricht - Your Jan

Hello Nubert team and all enthusiastic Nubert fans,

I've had a 5.1 set (4x nuBpx 310, CS 330 and AW 880) for about a year now and I'm absolutely thrilled. I've already hosted a few DVD evenings with friends at my place and have only received positive feedback (\"...is better than in the cinema (I can only confirm this, no annoying constant chatter)...\"), except for.....
My neighbors (\"...watched another DVD yesterday...\")!!!! Well, unfortunately I don't have my own house, just my own apartment. I can't imagine how I could turn up the volume if I had my own house 😂 😂 😂
All I can say about the service: exemplary, ingenious, super fast: ordered on Monday 2.1., goods (mini absorber) arrived on Tuesday 3.1.
😂 😂 😂
Unfortunately I can't buy any more speakers at the moment....although 5.1 in the bathroom would also be brilliant....mmmh let's see...
So Nubis keep it up!!!!! I am an enthusiastic customer/fan of your speakers.
Greetings Svenna

I received my nuBox 310 yesterday, well packaged and delivered in record time. I am delighted with the sound of the speakers. I have never heard my CDs like this before. So clear and differentiated. Piano, wind instruments, chamber music, everything sounds great.

Many thanks and best wishes from Vorarlberg 🙂
