Hello everyone,
My ordeal with the nuWave 105 once again confirms my reservations about any kind of mail order business.
I ordered last Thursday evening and hoped that the speakers would arrive on Saturday. Ok, that wasn't the case because UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays, no problem. So Monday it was. After a weekend full of impatience and anticipation, nothing arrived on Monday either, or on Tuesday. When nothing arrived on Wednesday, I called Nubert and asked if my order had been dispatched yet. The nice lady on the phone was able to find my order details and address, as I had received them in the confirmation email, but no shipping process. The system must have "swallowed" it. Good morning! She assured me that the boxes would go out immediately, which is what happened. Yesterday morning at 9:00 a.m. UPS was there. Of course, that was the only morning in the entire time since the order was placed that neither I nor my wife could be home at 9.00 am. Never mind, I thought to myself, after all UPS makes three delivery attempts on consecutive days. And so the notification note that UPS had left yesterday said that they were planning another delivery today, at about the same time as yesterday, i.e. around 9:00 am. After waiting at home from 8:00 to 10:00 and still no one from UPS had shown up, I had to go to work. My wife has to leave soon too. No boxes. So I also kept this weekend free for nothing. Nubert can't be held responsible for the delivery problems, but they are just a peculiarity of the mail order business. In the meantime, I'm so annoyed that I'm not very happy about my new purchase. I no longer expect to ever receive the speakers. They probably got lost somewhere. Or they've been damaged in transit. Or the wrong color. Or a piano spontaneously falls from the sky and smashes them.
I've had similar experiences with my mountain bike (damage in transit), my monitor (defect), my motorcycle boots (wrong size) and many other shipping items. The shipping method is apparently simply too prone to errors. Since then, I've tried to buy from my local store whenever possible. But unfortunately there are no Nuberts there. What a pity.
Maybe you just can't get too excited about something, because then something always comes up.
Greetings from the rack
U. Walsch
P.S.: I offer every shipper the opportunity to test their shipping system for a fee. If there is a source of error somewhere, it is guaranteed to bubble up with my order. 😟

Hello Fatih,
We are very sorry that your delivery did not arrive on the expected Thursday and that you were inconvenienced as a result!
As we ship almost daily via UPS to Berlin, we know that a delivery from Schwäbisch Gmünd to Berlin practically always takes (at least) 2 working days.
The transport companies we work with are usually quite fast, but cannot normally guarantee a binding delivery date. This would only be possible with much more expensive express shipping.
The experienced colleague who accepted and processed your order is sure that she did not give you a delivery promise for the next day.
We assume that this is a very annoying misunderstanding.
The Speakerfactory team hopes that your enthusiasm for your new speakers will soon make you forget your annoyance.
Best regards
Nubert Speaker Factory

Hello dear people,
there are only great reports from the buyers.
Unfortunately I have to tell you something negative, because this has upset me very much.
I ordered the nuline 100 series on Wednesday morning. I was told that the delivery would arrive the next day, on Thursday.
Sooo of course one of mine has to take leave from work to receive it. Apart from the fact that I don't want to wait a day longer, I don't feel like picking up this whole set myself from UPS outside of Berlin. After all, they weighed almost 170 kg...
To my disadvantage, the boxes didn't arrive that day but one day later. Now I have had a lot of trouble with my employer because I had to take another vacation from one day to the next.
On top of that, I also wasted a day's vacation. Imagine you have one day less in Mallorca...
Quite apart from the financial disadvantages, it was really very annoying...
GRRRRRRRRR
How would Nubi like to make up for it ???
I hope that when everything is settled I can post something positive like everyone else...
Until then

Unfortunately, I have to agree with Udo from Vienna on one point (06.11.2005 16:20): at room volume, the Nubox 360 L.E. unfortunately lacks some of the \"size\" that I was used to from my 20+ year old Quadral floorstanding loudspeakers. But if you want a little more, the small speaker gives it its all. Precision, crisp, deep bass - simply a lot of sound. And the workmanship is superb. I'm sticking with it! And in combination with a great sub (unfortunately I have the big one from Canton - far too massive and the sub is booming - I like to call it an \"earthquake machine\") it's certainly a first-class choice. I will probably replace my other speakers with Nubert speakers in the future.

Hello,
my nuBox 360 arrived yesterday, the delivery was super fast, ordered on Friday and they were there on Monday.
I connected them to my Marantz PM7200 yesterday and what I heard was not annoying at first, nice bassy sound, but unfortunately a bit thin overall. Given the size of the speakers, I was expecting a bit more. However, I will still test them for a while, because I find them very unobtrusive, which is not a bad thing.

Now I have to write an entry in the guestbook... because this time the NSF has outdone itself.
I ordered an AW-75 by phone at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, and exactly 27 hours later on Friday at 2:00 p.m. the nice man from UPS rang my doorbell 😱
... So sub unpacked, connected, set up... and the grin hasn't left my face since 😬 😬
Best regards from Karlsruhe
