Hello, unfortunately I can't get through to the telephone hotline. I therefore hope that someone here can help me. I'm exchanging a speaker because Nubert sent me the wrong color. Should I now send the old speaker back on its own or with the speaker grille? Many thanks for the information

Hello Nubert team! I don't own too many Nubert speakers (that's because I wouldn't know where to put the others!!), but the NuBox 360, which I've been using as part of my surround set for a few years now, continues to impress me with its sound. Almost 10 years ago I owned a Nubert sub set, which was one of the most painful losses when I got divorced a few years ago. Incidentally, I can only say that your newsletter is simply good and informative. I hope you stay on the ball for a long time to come ❗❗ With this in mind, best regards Norbert Stramka

Hello! After being the proud owner of a NuBox 580 set for about a week now, I can only say: Absolutely great! The speakers, especially the NuBox580, sound even better than in the listening room in Schwäbisch-Gmünd! I also really liked the service you provided. Every question was answered with patience and competence and I was able to listen to my music in peace and quiet over a cup of coffee. I can only say: Keep it up! Hello Nubis , first of all, before we forget, many thanks to all Nubert employees, starting with the telephone switchboard (very nice ladies), the production, the packaging, the shipping, the very informative tips from the product consultants, all of whom must be mentioned, starting with Mr. Bühler, Mr. Siegle and of course Mr. Schäfer, simply great and many thanks again that Mr. Nubert exists and that you all sell the world's best speakers etc. !!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! But now to the point. Once again we have to fill your guestbook, as we simply have to write down and record the events in our house. So: Wednesday subwoofer AW 880 ordered, arrived Friday, as always super fast processing, packaging etc. When I get home, I can't believe my eyes. I didn't know that my wife had bought a living room cabinet, no wait - it's the AW, WAHNSINN, gigantically large and heavy, so now quickly unpack and connect. Done, here we go. A quick tip from Mr. Schäfer and off we go. Seriously, there's no such thing, it borders on madness and neighborhood warfare of the highest order. It has to be said that the dimensions of the AW 880 are far surpassed by its room-enveloping and comprehensive low bass!!! The StarWars trailer was again the start of the test. Nubert Nubert, you should have said that every picture has to hang on screws and that nearby vases should be better secured, we couldn't believe it. Pure ventricular fibrillation, it's unbelievable. We thought it was war. My best friend Olli happened to be here and we had to order him a cab because he couldn't drive any more, no joking aside, just excuse the expression GEIL GEIL GEIL Thank you and many greetings to all Nubert employees up to the happy cleaning ladies who are allowed to clean such a great company. Your loyal Nubert fans from Braunschweig😱😱😱 --------------------
