People, buy the nubox 300! I bought these speakers on 31.12.2000 and the new millennium got off to a good start. My friends say that the sound is amazing for these little boxes. Can friends lie? Listening is a real pleasure.
I have been an enthusiastic owner of a pair of nuwave 3 and a nuline aw900 for more than 2 years now! i am amazed how you can offer them so cheaply. the sound, the workmanship, the optics, the service everything was/is impeccable (delivery after 2 days, although i was told on the phone that there would be delivery problems!).a Nubert surround set is already planned 🙂
One purchase usually leads to another, at least for me. As soon as the new DTS reciever was installed, the glaring weaknesses of my simple center became apparent. The decision to buy was quickly made, but what next? The price of a Dynaudio center that matched the front speakers was a league too high for me. The Nubert homepage was just a click away and, excited by the service praise in the guestbook, I dialed the service hotline to get advice on whether I should go for the CS-3 or the CS-4 and I have to say, the conversation was over quickly. The CS-4 does everything even better than the CS-3 and neither my primary application (music or movies) nor my existing system (amplifier, speakers), let alone the placement, was an issue. It was also impossible to find out for sure whether the CS-4, like its little brother, has a switchable sound adjustment. In my defense, however, I have to say that I probably wouldn't have taken the risk of not buying the best Nubert center anyway: I called on Thursday and the good piece would probably not arrive on Friday, but I was told that it would definitely arrive on Saturday. I didn't venture out the door on Saturday, worried that I would miss the delivery. Instead, I found a letter from Nubert on Monday (postmarked with the date of my order). Due to the high demand, there could be a delivery time of up to three weeks. If I had known this when I placed my order, I would have known what to do with Saturday. In the end, however, the delivery was delayed by less than a week, and from this point on, this entry agrees with all the others. This center will never leave my living room again. Since this post is already long enough, I'll just say: Thank you Mr. Nubert for this brilliant center.
Hello Nuberts. On February 24th, 2001 the time had come: loaded with my speakers (B&W 601S) and accompanied by a knowledgeable friend, I went to your place for a speaker test. My (our) choice fell on the NuWave 8. At home, it confirmed the first impression: a dream of a loudspeaker! In my search for suitable speakers over the last few months, I have tested quite a few and the NuWave 8 were BY FAR the best! Even well-known manufacturers at SIGNIFICANTLY higher prices were left behind. Listening to music has reached a new dimension for me. Friends who are more serious about HiFi are just amazed. I would like to thank you very much for the great service (Holger Nubert), the competent advice (Mr. Reichelt) and the fantastic product, and I will warmly recommend you to others, as well as the nice, competent advice.
Friday, 09.03.01 approx. 11.15 a.m. - on Saturday at 8.30 a.m. the doorbell rings and the postman brings the delivery - super !!!! (as always). I ordered the PW 550 to go with my already existing AW 550 and I'm delighted with it - very nice, deep and clean bass for music and cinema sound, and all in compact dimensions. Another advantage is that I can distribute the woofers nicely around the living room, as unfortunately I can't place the woofers in line with the main speakers for space reasons. I am completely thrilled. I already have Nubert (RS 5) as rears - the only things missing are the front and the center - but they'll come too if anyone wants my old speakers !!! I have 2 things to mention:1. the fantastic price/performance ratio of the Nubert speakers. I added a CS-4 and two RS-6s to my hi-fi system (Focal Onyx) about a month ago. They simply sound great as a surround system or in 5-channel stereo. The only thing missing is a good subwoofer, which I will definitely buy from you. 2. the excellent service First of all, great technical advice on the phone, then the speaker stands didn't arrive and were supposed to be delivered later. I promptly received a letter from you with an apology and an offer to get alternative stands at the same price! I just hope they arrive soon so I can dismantle the box construction. I have to say, hats off to this company! I don't think there's anything I could improve on your company! Thank you very much, Helmut Bialluch
