Hello dear Nubert team, I would like to thank Mr. Bitsch very much. The problem with my AmpX amplifier was quickly resolved. I was sent an original box and the replacement arrived a week later. The AmpX has an incredibly good sound in combination with the Nubert speakers. And now the Bluetooth input is also working perfectly again.
You are doing a great job! I will gladly recommend you to others! Your service is really very good! I just wanted to say thank you.

Madness ! AS 425 max ordered on Friday at 11 a.m., arrived the next day at 12 noon. How do you do that ? Nubert and DHL, a great team!
Incidentally, the soundbar is awesome, it easily outshines the AV receiver and the good Magnat speakers that used to provide the sound.
Now I'm happy with the TV sound. Thank you !

Dear Nubert Team,
I have enjoyed many of your products that I have bought over the years.
Now I am sending back the first speaker, the Nugo One.
I find that it sounds too dark at low levels and is too limited in volume. In the mid-range it plays nicely balanced and is a good device.
I think good products can only get better with constructive feedback.

First of all, it is important to emphasize the excellent customer service today!!!

In the end I decided on a nuBoxx B-70 and I am absolutely thrilled!
Excellent workmanship meets sound enjoyment! Very clear and voluminous bass, paired with impressive dynamics and very clear highs!

A really extremely good speaker!

I would like to thank Mr. Aydin for his excellent technical advice and the best technical explanations during a repair service (antenna system in an apartment building) and the installation of a new TV set with various additional devices.

I bought the nuBoxx AS-225 max and am very satisfied with the sound and operation.
I would suggest 2 small improvements:
When connecting via Bluetooth, a direct volume control would be nice, otherwise you have to make an adjustment on 2 devices.
As I switch all my hi-fi/audio components off and on via a power strip that can be switched off, I think it would be better if the nuBox went into standby mode after switching on the power strip/power supply and did not switch on immediately.

1 A customer service Nubert, constantly at a high level!

I am always amazed at how Nubert's customer service has been so great and super for years :) No matter what request you come with, whether advice / defective speakers or any other questions, the customer service remains and is consistently at a high level over the years :) Thanks this time to my excellent customer advisor Mr. Thomas Plett :))))

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the quick and uncomplicated repair of my 8-year-old nuPro A-200 active speaker!
The fact alone that the pair has entertained me with its fantastic sound for the last 8 years without any problems is worth a big thank you. It's understandable that after this time the electronics can have a few niggles. But I think it's really great that repairs can still be carried out so quickly and easily! Not such a good deal for you, though, as it will hopefully run for at least another 8 years without any problems ;-)

Dear Nubert team! I would like to thank you very much for the very uncomplicated and fast handling regarding the replacement of the very slightly damaged speaker. Your service and customer care are excellent. In addition, your products are fantastic. I have had great experiences for many years. Now I have arrived at the Nuvero 60 "". Although I bought a second-hand Nubert component, I received calm, professional and very friendly help with configuring and wiring the electronics.
