Hello everyone,
I have decided on the Nuvero 5 and a subwoofer. I am absolutely satisfied with the products, but what I am not at all satisfied with is the staff in the store.
I didn't feel welcome as a customer, the staff left me and my companion standing there unnoticed for a very long time, no "we'll be right there for you", nothing to drink... Walking past without saying hello and literally fleeing from the customer... he might want something... Then, when we were in the studio after standing there for a long time and wanted to listen to the speakers, the "consultant" disappeared after we switched it on and never showed up again.
We then had to beg someone else to help us.
An arrogance that I haven't experienced for a long time.
I'm completely disappointed, especially because I wanted to convince a friend of Nubert, but it didn't work out. Because a top product needs to be treated appropriately by customers. We didn't even feel treated like "I'm not stupid" in large chains...

We are extremely sorry that you have had such experiences. However, if this situation were "normal for us", we would no longer exist. You will also find plenty of positive feedback in this guestbook regarding customer service in the stores. However, this is not to deny your negative experience on a particular day. We will sensitize the employees again and apologize once more!
I started getting interested in HIFI about 10 years ago and started with a fairly inexpensive set from Teufel and a Yamaha 4 series. I quickly realized that this was not the answer. After hours of listening to a very renowned HIFI specialist in Kassel and several specialist stores, I simply couldn't find the right thing for me. I didn't feel comfortable with Klipsch and Elac didn't inspire me either... Even with loudspeakers in the price range of over 1000 euros each, I couldn't find what I was looking for. Finally, a desperate employee (after several hours and loudspeaker variations) recommended that I go to Nubert.
I ordered the nubox 381 just for fun, as I would never have thought that this little speaker could excite me. I just wanted to get an idea of the sound and workmanship of the nubox series. And what can I say, I've now owned the 381 for 8 years and have added a few 481s, cs411s and an aw 880. My conclusion is: for this budget, there are no better speakers in the world for me to buy! Thank you Mr. Nubert for making me happy every time I listen to your speakers!
How high your quality standards must be if you sell me my new, absolutely flawless Jubilee 40 as B-grade goods!
The sound of the speaker is also a pleasure, it clearly outperforms my old Nulinie 32 and forms a dream team with the Cocktailaudio X12 (an egg-laying wool-milk sow). I can only recommend this combination to everyone!
If I could award stars here, the possible ones would not be enough.
Ordered 2x nuLine 84 yesterday morning at 11am and this morning at 9.15am the UPS courier is at the door with 2 boxes.
Unpacking, connecting, inserting my favorite CD (in my case Johnossi - Mavericks) and then that WOW feeling. Thank you Mr. Nubert!
After 6 years of trouble-free operation of my NUVERO 4, I replaced the cables and only later realized that one of the tweeters was no longer working. I tried to replace the working tweeter to find out whether I would have to send the whole speaker for service or whether I could simply order a tweeter to replace it myself. When desoldering the cable lugs, I destroyed the still functioning tweeter. After consulting the Nubert service team, I was advised to tighten all the screw sockets on the speaker. Bingo! Suddenly the supposedly defective tweeter was working again. Nubert replaced the tweeter I had destroyed as a gesture of goodwill after 6 years! Where else can you find that in today's business world!
Everything went well with the installation of the tweeter in my Nuvero 4. The speaker sounds wonderful again. I would like to thank the whole Nubert team for the always very friendly contact, the competent advice and the excellent, accommodating service. I feel that I am in good hands with you and will always recommend your company to others.

Let's start with the bad: You can leave a lot of money here, but for the good: it's worth every penny! I now own nine Nubert speakers and am very amused! Great quality, an outstanding listening experience, competent staff and super service!

I've had the Nupro As 250 for just under two weeks ... and I can only say one thing. ...
suuuuper cool. .... 1A sound. ...I enjoy it every day. .... Class optics. ...super easy to use. ....there's absolutely nothing to complain about. ...rich bass....I now perceive completely new sounds, especially when watching TV.....not to mention watching DVDs or blurays. .... have heard various soundbars for comparison. ...in my opinion, the Nupro As 250 performs much better..... have already recommended it to others. .... 🙂 if you don't want to be totally wired up but still want a great sound, this is the best choice. ...

I received a nuPro AS-250 two weeks ago.
All in all I am satisfied with the quality, the sound is excellent.
However, I have to add a small fly in the ointment.
Unfortunately, the operating instructions do not clearly state how to access the menu mode in order to make the settings.
I managed to do this using the carefree trial and error method.
It is also possible that I did not read carefully enough.
Please give me a short answer.

You are right, we do need to make some improvements to the menu description. However, everyone seems to have been able to access the menu so far, as we have not had any complaints. We will of course amend the description text at the next opportunity. THANK YOU for your comment!
Nuline 34
After 6 months of research and many sample boxes, I decided to order the Nuline 34. First of all, I have to say that the telephone advice (and also various emails) was really great and this is rarely found with other manufacturers. The aim was/is to put together a new 5.1 system around my Denon x4000. I don't have space for large floorstanding speakers, the new living room is about 25 square meters. Ordered via inet and super fast delivery. When unpacking, I found a few paint defects on one speaker, called the hotline immediately and received a replacement speaker 1.5 days later.
days later. Great, mistakes can happen. Now that the break-in phase is over, I can only say: perfect!!! I will definitely order the nuline 24 as rear and the cs 44 as center when the new living room is finished! for the sub I decided on a competitor product....The 34 plays really big for my understanding, with a lot of sensitivity and super highs! There is nothing more to say, NUBERT= best quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
