nuJubilee 40

Ordered the day before yesterday, received yesterday, it couldn't be quicker.
Very good sound, despite the supposedly worse values compared to the
nuJubilee 35 (smaller dimensions, 110/140 watts for nuju 40, 150/210 watts for nuju 35, efficiency 84 to 85), the 40s sound just as good and loud as the 35s.
I would even say that the bass is a touch crisper and similar to the nu Pro A-200. The tweeters are about the same.
But if you run them together as stereo 4.0, the sound is very impressive,
The ATM-35 also works with the nuju 40 and even provides good sound for both pairs of speakers at the same time.

Negative: the black sound sail of the 40s is totally scratched, you can hardly see it in normal daylight, only on closer inspection and with the help of a flashlight can you recognize the scratches. I'm not talking about three or four scratches, no, the black front and top are ALL totally scratched, there is virtually no surface without fine scratches.
Is that in the nature of high gloss? I don't think so

I'm keeping the speakers because of their outstanding sound quality, but I would have preferred to pay 50 or 100 euros more per speaker if it weren't for the scratches...

Greetings
Christian

We are pleased to receive a lot of positive feedback on the sound performance of our anniversary speaker. Unfortunately, however, this extremely inexpensive loudspeaker is occasionally subject to technical processing demands that are often not met by much more expensive loudspeakers. High-gloss acrylic lacquers are more sensitive than matt lacquers. However, we are certain that the "scratches" you mentioned are not "damage" or "defects", but rather the "micro-scratches" that are unavoidable with this type of lacquer. A more scratch-resistant "piano lacquer" would have drastically increased the price of this box...

A big compliment for the processing of the orders. Ordered on 20.01.15 and delivered today 22.01.15. That's great.
I ordered 2 nuLine 24 + one nuLine CS-44 + wall brackets WH-N 1. Unfortunately, one wall bracket was missing from the delivery. This is due to the fact that I assumed that the quantity was a set and not just a single wall bracket. At a price of 95? I thought that it was 2 pieces (one set). Unfortunately this was not the case.
But this is the case with the BT-77 wall mount.
Sure, the mount is of a high quality, but the fact that the price of the mount is practically the same as 2 glass and aluminum stands with a cable feed-through, such as the BS-1000, is pretty hefty. So I had to order another one. Again 95?
Once again to let it melt in your mouth. 190? for two wall mounts. Phewhhhhhh......... You have to digest that first.
I wish there was an explicit reference in the description to the fact that it is only a wall bracket. This was not clear to me.
They could also have asked me, as I also ordered 2 nuLine 24s. This would have led to the suspicion that I wanted to hang the speakers using a wall bracket. Unfortunately, this did not happen.

One more comment on the BT-77 brackets: During a phone call with the customer service department, I was told that the BT-77 does not have any paint-protecting pads (fabric or rubber) to prevent the paint from being damaged. We should think about improvements here. After all, almost everyone knows that metal on paint is not a good combination. The holes in the cheeks for screwing to the housings are also absolute nonsense. Who is going to ruin their new loudspeaker enclosures by attaching them to wall brackets with screws?

Answer from the Nubert-Team

Dear Mr. Oisch,
Thank you for your feedback. We will try to make it clearer in the description that this is the unit price. The WH-N 1 is an elaborately designed wall bracket that is produced for us by Novus in manageable quantities in Germany and therefore cannot be compared in terms of price with products that are mass-produced in low-wage countries.

So actually I wanted to write something bad to prove that this guestbook is not fake........
But I can't do it. I bought my 683 series in the summer and wow......
Then I treated myself to the outgoing A-20 and I'm so thrilled with what's coming out of it. I thought, if the small ones can do that, then the 683 series is lax in comparison... So I called the service department and a patient, nice man went through all the settings with me, which really helped as I had no idea until now.... But somehow it was still not ideal, so I called again and was advised to buy a power amplifier and what can I say WAHNSINN everything is great except that my wife wants to buy a watch and new boots to compensate....
But it's worth it....
Top service, top speakers and, as I've often said, worth every penny (I also thought it was expensive at first).

Hello,
Sop, now I have to write a contribution!
I have been dealing with HiFi for 17 years, from Quadral, Magnat to Canton incl. Sub, I have several pairs of speakers behind me. Since the Canton LS, Nubert has always caught my eye, I was suspicious of the many positive reviews in forums and magazines. For 2 weeks now, used nuBox 681 (from 10.2013) have been connected to my Nad c355 integrated amplifier, - it's a real delight, hi-fi can be so much fun, I'm still overwhelmed by how calm, stress-free and in what bandwidth they play 😂 - to all those who are skeptical about the many good tests, awards and reviews, because you soon can't believe them anymore:
Nubert is really very GOOD ❗ ❗ ❗

Hello and congratulations on your 40th birthday!

As a "birthday present" I would like to say that I am an extremely satisfied customer (nuPro A-300, which I have owned for a good year now): When I wanted to order an A-200 almost 2 years ago, I was told in a somewhat disguised manner that an object would be offered in the foreseeable future that would be worth waiting for. So I gladly accepted the tip and waited. It was really worth it. Time and again, I discover sonic treasures in my rather extensive music collection that I simply couldn't hear and enjoy with the much more expensive Dynaudio loudspeakers I previously owned.
Excellent quality and a high level of customer friendliness - what more could you want?

Thank you very much for these wonderful speakers

Congratulations also on the 40th anniversary, this alone speaks for itself.
Everything was as promised, delivery on time.
The service is just as first class as everything at nubert, honest and competent advice.
My Nuline284 and Nuline24 together with the NuLineCS-174 and NulineAW-1100
gives an unprecedented sound experience.

In the truest sense of the word, 'I hear what you don't hear'
It is difficult to put into words, perhaps comparable to a blind person who can see again.

Last but not least, the packaging is something I've never seen before, just as perfect as the speakers themselves.

Please keep up the good work

Greetings from Lake Constance

Congratulations 😂

I have speakers from your NuBox series and I am thrilled with them every day.
I use them to listen to music, watch TV and play games, so they are on every day
and the sound of the speakers and the bass from the subwoofer... Just to kneel down
Thank you for this huge fun every day 😬

Congratulations Mr. Nubert - the two photos of you show how 40 years have passed. Your style has remained the same - that's what I call attitude - nature has only taken something away and discolored the rest a little in the direction of 'grey eminence'.
It's exactly the same with me - I'm 62 years old and my appearance has changed in practically exactly the same way (less and more gray).
There are fewer and fewer tinkerers in the south-west, you've done an excellent job of translating the Swabian way of life.
Best regards, Wolfgang (born in Freudenstadt in 1953; now Landau in der Pfalz)
