Dear Nubert Team!

First of all, I would like to thank you again for the great service and the great advice !!!! They take time for the customer here! You don't find that everywhere!!! For this I give 5 stars out of 5!!!
Now to the order. On Friday I added the 2nd AW 1100 to the existing 7.1 Nuline 284 set ......uuuuuuuunbelievable what happens!
This precision, HAMMERHART, dry, everything blends in much better and music feels even more voluminous ..... In short, the almost 1,000 euros are definitely well invested, even if it hurts for a short time;-)

I can only advise everyone to try a 2nd sub!!!!!!
I have put photos online at Nubert!

Insight of the day, after having the speakers since Wednesday, connected on Thursday, they now play (almost) 24 hours a day

Life without my Nubis is possible, but pointless 😂

I've owned the Nubert speakers for six months now and I'm extremely impressed.
I was even able to get my neighbor to buy his sound system from Nubert as well.
Great speakers, super service, fully satisfied
Thank you Nubert
If my wife lets me, I will soon expand my range 😂 😂 😂 😂

I ordered 4 Nubox 301 units. They were delivered the next day. It could hardly be quicker. Thank you very much. Speakers connected, receiver switched on. Wow what a sound. Previously had Heco Victa 300 and 200, no comparison. You can actually hear sounds that you didn't hear before. My enthusiasm knows no bounds.
Thank you again.

Dear Nubert Team,

I bought the 511 about 3 years ago. It was quite an expensive purchase for me as a student at the time. But I can say that it was probably the best investment of my life.
My flatmate at the time didn't think it was such a great purchase. But now that we're a couple, she sees it differently. Even if she denies it, I think she was secretly just jealous and maybe she got together with me because of my speakers.
In any case, we are now enjoying your successful piece of work together.

Thank you very much.

Hello dear nubert team,
I've had the 284s in my living room for about a week now.
I should perhaps add that my entire 7.1 system consists of speakers from the nuLine series, which I have gradually acquired over the last 8 months.
I now use the aforementioned 284 floorstanding speakers as front speakers.
(Center = CS174, Rear = Dipol 24, Wide = WS-14, Sub = AW-600)
The combo is driven by the Marantz 1604 AV receiver.
To my shame, I have to admit one thing up front:
I didn't even know the company "nubert" until a year ago.
It was only on the recommendation of a friend that I had the idea of going to Schwäbisch Gmünd and listening to the speakers directly at the manufacturer's premises.
And lo and behold, it was love at first sound!
Initially, with the sole intention of improving the poor sound of my LED TV, I used the WS-14 as front speakers in combination with the CS-174 and AW-600.
My intended goal would have been achieved to my complete satisfaction.
But then the urge to make full use of all the technical possibilities of a 7.1 receiver gradually set in.
So the range was continuously expanded until the nuLine-284 arrived as the crowning glory.
And I have to say, I am completely thrilled.
I would never have dreamed of achieving such an overwhelming soundscape before.
Of course, I had high personal expectations of the result to be achieved right from the start.
However, the subliminal skepticism about the capabilities of the product, which was still unknown to me, initially curbed my euphoria.
Completely wrongly......!!!
The stage that now opens up for me in my living room is simply indescribable.
Determined by a perfectly resolving clarity, an immensely stunning precision and level stability, paired with an incredible depth, you are overwhelmed by the 284 in such a way that it brings tears of joy to your eyes and at the same time gives you goose bumps of respect. Wonderful......!
Both when using all speakers in surround mode and when the 284s perform solo in stereo playback, it is simply a great pleasure to be intoxicated by the sounds of these wonderful speakers.
In view of the frequency response, down to 33 Hz, the use of the AW-600 is almost superfluous.
It is now only used to support the smaller speakers in surround reproduction.
The 284s cover the necessary bandwidth so well that they are easily capable of enchanting their listeners on their own.
I am so enthusiastic about these speakers that I have decided to make a statement here.
With this entry, I would also like to express my appreciation to the entire nubert team, who, with their constant passion, have actually managed to combine so many positive things in one product.
Unobtrusive beauty, super performance, perfect workmanship and all this paired with an extremely fair price simply deserve great praise.

With kind regards,
Your fan, H. Schanz

Audio review of NuLine 264 with ATM

Dear fellow listeners and audiophiles, dear Nubert team!

Having not regretted my purchase of the NuLine 264 last year, I have been eagerly awaiting the release of the matching ATM module (for months!). I had one of the first ones sent to me straight away. Here are my impressions so far (after about 2 weeks of extensive listening):

Despite my own "trimmed" expectations ("the difference can't be that dramatic..."), I'm glad that the difference is so big after all.

I know that describing listening impressions is one of those things - but I tried anyway. Maybe it will help some of you.

The increase in low bass - actually just an "increase" in the volume of the low frequencies - is clearly audible, everything sounds "juicier", but not swollen. But that wasn't really the main feature I had expected. Well, of course it was, but not the main feature.

What is really striking and what I have already experienced on other occasions is, on the one hand, the increase in spatial information / spatiality and, on the other hand, a greatly increased naturalness of all vocal and instrumental layers.

Whereas previously (before using the ATM-264) I was delighted at how strictly neutral and analytical the NuLine 264s reproduced certain passages, now the joy at noticing the neutrality has given way to astonishment and enthusiasm at the fact that there is no longer anything that makes you think: "Oh - that's just right" when listening to music. Without having to think about the technical intricacies or get carried away - it's just music. Really strong!

I'm thrilled all round.

I made a small change to the system beforehand (some people may be interested in this...): I swapped my Rotel RB-981 power amplifier for a NAD BEE 245 (in bi-amping) - this already resulted in a much(!) more precise bass reproduction. The Rotel was simply too soft - a beaten drum didn't "hit the spot".

But only with the ATM-264 is the music "just there" without discussion and intensive listening. You don't miss any frequencies and none are "added".

It is also very nice to be able to hear the bass a little more clearly when you are "only" listening quietly / at "normal" volume. And that doesn't mean that you "twist" anything in the frequency response, it just prevents the low frequencies (which the speaker - despite its pleasingly unobtrusive "size" - can do!) from dropping "below the hearing threshold" too early, so to speak.

What's more - since I had to place the speakers "critically" close to the wall and corners due to the geometry of the living room :-(, I can now activate the lowering of the low frequencies and the settings on the ATM still prevent the lower frequencies from being "undersupplied". Very successful!

Finally, I would like to say that I am not related to Mr. Nubert or his team by blood or marriage and I have not received any money for this statement. But I would gladly accept it :-))).

Many thanks for this excellent speaker/electronics combination. I can thoroughly recommend the NuLine 264 without ATM - with ATM it is a small revelation. And I'm sure you won't need the NuLine 284 anymore.

Many greetings to the team,
Peter

Thank you very much for your detailed report on the new ATM for nuLine 264! With regard to your (certainly not serious) comment about "accepting money", we would like to point out that all entries here in the guestbook were written voluntarily by our customers and that there is no remuneration for them. And we are proud of that.

Dear Nubians,
I found you on the Internet by chance and became more and more curious. Since I had been wanting new speakers for some time, I started with the Nubox (2013) W-201 as a center. I was really surprised how much more I could hear after the first exchange. Then the AW-443 followed as a subwoofer - no more booming, just rich, dry bass! I then replaced the feet with the large "coasters" from you, and no more annoying resonances are transmitted at all. Then I bought the Nubox 513 directly in Aalen - returning from the Allgäu. Very nice, slim speakers with a great sound volume. The 303s have now been added as rear speakers.
have been added. Very airy sound in dipole mode, which helps movies as well as music from records or CDs. And all this with an ancient AV receiver from Marantz! What will the sound experience be like when this is also replaced...
In short: it's true, I can hear what I couldn't hear before! And I can now also see that there are some simply bad recordings in my collection that are exposed by really good speakers.
In any case, I am totally thrilled and have and will always recommend you to others.
A big thank you to you all.

Hello,

the Nupro A-200 are great, but if they run for longer than 3 hours, they get really hot on the metal plates where the connections are attached.

Of course there are amplifiers built in that generate heat, but is that normal?

thanks+greetings
Christian

Answer from the Nubert-Team

Hello Christian,
yes, the power amplifier reaches a temperature of approx. 40°C during operation, but this is well within the CE standard, so in this respect everything is fine :-)!

Greetings from the team
