I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy and, above all, healthy new year.

But now to the actual topic. I would like to say a big thank you and praise for your service. I have already used several of your boxes and have had a problem here and there. No matter what I had. I was always helped 100%. You also provide great advice, which I really appreciate. You really take time for every customer. Alongside your fantastic boxes, that's THE reason why I love being your customer and why I'm absolutely happy to recommend you.

I have just had a new candidate, the nuSub XW-1200, move into my house. Fantastic sub with brute force. Just the right thing for my movie sound. :-)

I just wanted to share this here again, because in my opinion this is no longer a matter of course these days.

After trying several soundbars and even a sound deck, I felt like I was in a fairy tale (The Emperor's New Clothes).I couldn't understand the highlights specified by the manufacturer.I crossed the wish off my list.Secretly, however, I couldn't switch off and tried to familiarize myself more with the matter as a layman.That's when I suddenly came across the brand new NUBERT 425.
NUBERT 425 came across my path and I ordered it completely impartially, with the option for me to send it back after I had connected it,
After connecting it optically to the Internet radio and the TV via HDMI, I started a test run and it knocked my socks off.I've never had anything like it.I was able to understand all the sound settings and use them positively for me and my listening experience.
The speech intelligibility in the appropriate setting is simply fantastic.
I experience a new world that I can't really describe yet. Of course I'm listening to the NEW YEAR - NUBERT 425 - today. Thumbs up for NUBERT. Happy New Year.

First of all, many thanks to your team here in Duisburg. They gave me a little listening session on December 23rd and added the Nuvero110 to my choice.
What a blast.
Wanted to order my Christmas present there on the 24th😢😢
So it was done online...

Hello Nubert-Team-Happy Christmas!
This is my first ever entry in a guestbook - I'm an older person.
After a long search and research, I came across the Nubert company.
I'm not an absolute all-round listener, but I'm still demanding.
I was looking for a new soundbar for my brand new Pana after
was no longer satisfied with my 'old' bar - not a cheap part. Before that, I had already tried a 5.1 system that had been running for a few years. Well...
I ended up with the AS-3500 and was immediately impressed.
My brother, who was listening to the system, said that he had never heard TV sound or music so clearly. That absolutely confirmed my choice, I felt the same way.
But then came the downer: after about 4 weeks, I noticed a miserable 'buzzing' in the bass range. You sometimes doubt yourself, but it really was like that. So I got in touch. And that's when I realized the added value that Nubert offers, in addition to the top advice before the purchase (Mr. Schneider). If a problem arises, you really do get help.
The device was replaced without any complications and I am completely satisfied again!
This is how I imagine customer loyalty and I can only recommend Nubert!

I bought the Nubert AS225 about 3 weeks ago and wanted to connect the 441 subwoofer to it. Unfortunately, nothing came out of the subwoofer. After a lot of searching around and trying things out, I decided to call the Nubert hotline. HR Bitsch called me back after a short time and went through all the scenarios with me again. Unfortunately, no result either. In the end, he offered to replace the device I'd bought without asking me and immediately set things in motion as his analysis indicated that the sub output on the AS225 was faulty. Believe it or not, 1 day later the new AS was with me as promised, and what can I say!!!! Everything works perfectly. All in all, I can only say that this is the best hotline I've had in a long time in the service desert that is Germany. That's how you win new customers and it certainly won't be the last purchase. Thank you very much for that 🤗

A few years ago, I bought an SW-250 subwoofer from the store in Schwäbisch Gmünd. The sound is still very impressive. A month ago, I ordered two nuBoxx B40 speakers, which were delivered promptly one day later. Their quality is also impressive. For me, Nubert loudspeakers are among the top products and I can recommend them without reservation.

Hello everyone, I have just bought the nuLine 244 speakers. At first I had doubts because of the small volume and possibly moderate bass response. But it was the right decision! I even have to turn down the bass boost on the Denon DRA 800H. Rich bass! Very high quality sound in general and design. German engineering at its best.

A CS 46 Center in black was ordered on Wednesday and the purchase price was paid in advance. On Thursday afternoon, I called the hotline to request a change to a CS 174 Center in white. The change was made promptly by e-mail, only the difference to the larger box had to be transferred. The transfer was made the same evening and the box was dispatched on Friday afternoon.
Delivery was on Saturday morning
In short: A textbook process for customer orientation, great! This is how you win regular customers.
