Hello Nubi team!

Today I received my two NuLine WS-12 in silver (unfortunately this color won't be around much longer). Originally only ordered for testing, it was almost clear as soon as I opened the box that they were here to stay!

Originally, I thought that 250 euros for a single "piddly" wall speaker was quite a lot of money. Well, these WS-12s are definitely not cheap. They seem much more grown-up and valuable to me than I would have expected from the product descriptions and photos. The weight alone ..... immediately makes you realize why these things cost so much.

After attaching the very decorative grille covers (silver on silver simply looks classy), I quickly connected them and played with the "old" settings of the receiver.

Result: 2 hours later, I ordered another WS-12 and 2 additional DS-22s for surround operation over the phone!!!

Now I've spent a lot more money this weekend than I intended, but it's worth it!!!!

In addition to the quality of the speakers, I'm also delighted with the speed of delivery: ordered on Friday around 11am, delivered on Saturday around 11am. SUPER !!!!

I bought the Center nuline CS42 last year to replace the old T+A Center. The difference was striking. I also listened to the nuLine 102. I liked it very much. This year the time had come, but wait, suddenly there was the new nuline 284. Without hearing it beforehand, I ordered a pair of nuline DS22 as rear speakers + brackets. What can I say, I was speechless. Ordered Wednesday lunchtime, Friday morning the UPS man was at the door. Everything was perfectly packed, unpacked and connected. Then the sun came up, my wife and I stood there and got goosebumps one after the other 😱 What a sound, we were speechless. Highs, mids, basses, the overall package is hard or impossible to beat in this price range. The old T+A TB100s are now going into the bedroom. The CD collection now needs to be listened to again. By the way: listened to music until 2am last night, just great. The subwoofer is coming in the 35KW, after that, cinema outside is probably a thing of the past. 😬 Many thanks again to the Nubert team 😂 You build really fine, honest loudspeakers. Anyone who buys other overpriced speakers has only themselves to blame.

nuLine 82 + CS-42

In May, my wife and I moved into a new (larger) apartment. After that I finally got "permission" to buy floorstanding speakers for the front. For me, this always includes a matching center.

Until then, I used 4 slim columns from a Berlin manufacturer + sub and matching center. That was fine for TV and movies, but for music enjoyment it wasn't the best system. The center also lacked depth (which I only realized today).

I don't know many people who have my standards of music and TV quality. Not because I'm such a great guy, but simply because I happen to know only two people who own decent speakers and for whom it's important to have more than just a lot of bass.

So I wasn't able to test them on other people. Too bad, because I like to buy on recommendation. So I asked one of the two people mentioned above which 3 speakers he would buy for around 600 ? He then recommended 3 systems to me. Among them was the Nubox 481+Center, which was immediately my favorite. It didn't matter that they were around 750? with a center. I always say that my budget is too low.

This tip led me to the manufacturer Nubert. Before that I only knew the typical Me.Markt manufacturers. After 2 months of intensive deliberation, I decided to order 2 nuLine 82s and a nuLine CS-42. I have now owned the trio for about 3 weeks. I continue to use the previous woofer and the old columns as rear speakers. You can work out that I paid around 1,400 ? with the appropriate cables. I think it's a lot of money for speakers, but in relation to my 1,300 ? closet that I had to buy because of my wife, I think it's very reasonable again. 😈

Delivery no problem ? Everything is fine!
Assembly without any problems ? I can set up a great stage in the new apartment
Phil Collins in the CD player
? Album: But Seriously
- Songs: Thats just the way it is, Do you remember ?

The very first moment (both songs begin with bass-intensive intros) was simply awesome. The nuLine sound so loose and clean and voluminous and are so good that they completely overshadowed my subwoofer (without ATM). I was immediately amazed. So what does the matching Nubert bass or an ATM do? I'm tempted, but I live in a rented apartment. So I don't need high levels ? I love loud music, but I don't like to torture others. So monster bass is not necessary either.
I'm not sure yet whether I'll upgrade in this area, as I don't know whether I'll be able to use the potential. But it should also become much more voluminous at normal volumes. (Since you can test it for 4 weeks, I might just give it a try, but I still have to save up a bit, because I want the AW 1000).

The big surprise came with the song All of my life, which until then wasn't exactly my favorite song. Short and sweet ? with the Nubert's it is! Just give it a try. Goosebumps for minutes!

My fear that my many old mini-discs would not sound good because the speakers are "honest" was not confirmed. Either I'm not that much of a subtle person, or the quality isn't bad enough yet. So far, at least, I haven't played anything that sounded worse than before. With some sources, the positive listening effect is simply less pronounced than with a perfect CD, like Uncle Phil's.

Thank you Günther Nubert, you won't get the speakers back, because I want to experience many more goosebump moments with my NuLine 82 + CS-42.

Dear Nubert team,

I would like to thank you very much for the great service and the ingenious products.
I already own a small collection of Nubert loudspeakers and electronics and am completely satisfied. I have even had the pleasure of listening to the NuVero14, which has left a lasting impression on me.

I would like to leave some feedback or suggestions here:

Firstly, I think it would be a very good idea to design a fully active floorstanding loudspeaker, e.g. along the lines of the NuVero10. I've only ever heard the Teufel Raumfeld Speaker L and would like to see a counterpart from Nubert here

A few other things I noticed when testing the NuPro A-20:

If you buy a pair, which will probably usually be the case, I think it's inconvenient to have to control the volume on both speakers. The same problem with the sound control. A connection that makes it possible to control both speakers simultaneously would be desirable here, as is the case with the volume control on the Adam A5X, for example.
In addition to using the A-20 as PC speakers, I also tested it for use on the TV, where it would have been really desirable to have a remote control for the A-20, as unfortunately I can't control the output on the TV using the TV remote control.

Otherwise - please keep up the good work and please us with your products 🙂

MfG Paul

ps: form follows function - you can see how small speakers sound at B... Take the space you need to continue producing convincing sound. An expensive subwoofer can also be big 😬

Thank you very much for your praise and suggestions!
The channel-individual control has its critics, but is also highly appreciated by many customers (especially the sound control).
Tip: With some TV sets, it is possible to connect the nuPros via the headphone output and then adjust the volume using the TV remote control.

Hello Nubis

How about a "Compare" button in the product overview and the individual speaker series? This would make it much easier to compare the speakers directly without having to click back and forth. Otherwise your homepage is really great
Keep up the good work

Greetings Markus

Hello Markus,
Thank you very much for your tip! Due to the individual programming of our webshop, it is not easy to establish a comparison option. However, we will discuss this again.
Our tip: On the "Box overview" (download) the most important data of all boxes are visible on one page. It can also be helpful to open a second browser window for the box you want to compare.

Best regards from the nubert team

I started with the NuBox 381, which put the proverbial grin on my face. My girlfriend can testify to this only too well 😉 Before that, there were the infamous roaring cubes for movies, the change was triggered by a test with old hi-fi speakers and Vivaldi's 4 Seasons.
I don't really want to repeat here what so many others have already experienced and written - but it's just like this: you really rediscover your music!
I've now arrived at the NuBox 511 in my new home and was a little disappointed at first. Little volume, no power, but wonderful with the AW 441 for movies...but I don't like CDs/LPs with a subwoofer, so I got a new (older, higher quality) amplifier second-hand and cheap. The result: Stunning!!! The 511 needs adequate power, which is not just on paper - then everything is really right and you wonder how this is possible with such a dainty speaker. The ABL is absolutely unnecessary with a good amplifier with adjustable loudness. My comment after 'Rock im Park' on Facebxxx: "Goosebumps, doors vibrate, dust swirls, cat stays anyway!, Nubert makes Linkin Park Live @ Home..."

I am an absolute Nubert fan!

The products are technically absolutely oversized and perfect.

But I do have a small (critical) comment to make:

Nubert has been following a very difficult path in recent years. The speakers are getting smaller and smaller, the bass speakers too, and with enormous and (Nubert ingenious) effort, the absolute maximum is extracted from the minimum size.

But why are subs getting smaller and smaller? And why is everything becoming more and more technically complex in order to imitate a large speaker with a small chassis?

Where is a Nubox subwoofer with 2*22 drivers?

NuVeroAW12 for almost 1000 euros with 2*18!cm chassis. It's certainly impressive what comes out of such small woofers, and the electronics are certainly perfect, but in the past people would have laughed at 18 cm subwoofers. And I would never buy one.

Where are the new big subs? 2* 25cm or 2*30 in one cabinet? There is also no new 25cm woofer. Why?

I don't understand the small nuBox AW-331 either. Designed to be small, it doesn't really seem to work with the drivers. Who is seriously going to buy this when the AW-441 only costs a little more? You can't replace cone area and volume, you can only compensate for them.

I know that Dr. Nubert loves the challenge of pushing the laws of physics to the limit. But what would be possible if you concentrate on price/performance again?

I think an AW 440 X2 with 2* chassis from the AW-441 and revised electronics for 699 would be a big hit.

And where is the Nupro-AW30? With the 381 chassis, and why is there no Nupro Dapolito speaker. An absolute hit for sound engineers.

Use your drivers more. They are good enough.

:-)

So basically, I can't think of much more to say...

I had no idea what HiFi meant... I wouldn't describe myself as an audiophile and extremely attentive either; BUT

What I can hear now thanks to my new NuBox 481 set is awesome!
Simply super great and I would spend every cent again and buy the same set!

I'm using the set with a Yamaha RX V573 and will definitely be ordering more equipment from Nubert after I move! The balance and coordination of size and performance are simply perfect. The sound for movies is certainly the system's greatest talent, but I don't have to hide in stereo playback either!

Delivery time was fantastic!

A new Nubert fan is born!

Hi folks,

I bought 2*NuPro A10s three weeks ago at the Boxen Schnäppchen Markt.
As I have experienced with my NuLine pair before: I couldn't detect any defects.
Unfortunately, the auto power-off did not work with one NuPro.
No problem with Nubert: a quick call and 3 days later I had a new speaker.

With these "Böxle", audio and video on the PC are now really fun.
I keep looking at them in amazement: IT'S INCREDIBLE WHAT THEY CAN DO.
It's hard to believe that this sound comes from the little ones.

The noise that has been criticized in the forum is barely noticeable with the volume control set to maximum and no signal. The A10s are right next to the monitor, maybe 60 cm away from my ears.
However, the 12:00 o'clock position is enough for me in normal operation and by 15:00 I have to get my ear very close to hear the noise.
There may be particularly sensitive ears - for me this is not a problem.
Nobody should let these forum reports put them off from trying it out!

Best regards,
NuFan
