I've owned a Nuvero4 for about 9 months, Nu, what can I say.
I can't get rid of the NuVirus, I researched for months before I bought it,
until I bought the Nuvero4 and now this. An alcoholic always needs more, that's how I feel now. Already saving up for the Nuvero 14 with Marantz combo, the 4s were a bargain 🙂

!!! I WANT THE DAMN NEW COMBO !!! 😈
Sorry, take care of yourselves! The NuVirus is EVIL 😉

Best Regards
St. Bernard

"The NuVirus is EVIL"
Objection! The nuVirus is completely harmless and even after decades only leads to feelings of happiness when listening to good music. (I speak from my own experience of over 35 years with this "virus")

Hello nubert team,

just a quick note to say thanks for the great tips and the clear website. Still struggling with buying new boxes, but will definitely browse around here for a while.

Thank you!

Bad Nubert, bad Nubert!!!!
The term "honest speaker" is "unfortunately" true...
A week ago, my partner took delivery of the Nuline 122 in my absence and, after a short vacation, I was full of anticipation as I pounced on the two mighty packages that were to decorate our living room. Busy unpacking, hasty plugging in, a slightly alcoholic drink and the obligatory cigarette.
Disappointment, frustration and blushes were the result.
Every weakness in my chain is mercilessly exposed.

Well then, I will probably have to invest further and build a suitable framework around the nuline 122. My bank thanks you!!!

A new fan

Soo... I must also express my praise here.

I have owned a Kenwood KRF-X9050D for about 10 years. Unfortunately, I never bothered to buy "decent" speakers. I have now bought two Nubox 311s and I have to say that I am simply thrilled. Thanks to these speakers, the receiver can finally show what it can do - the music sounds fantastic! And that for the price.

A word about the service. One of the speakers had very slight damage to the bottom left front of the decorative foil (barely visible). I called Nubert yesterday at noon and the new speaker was delivered to me today. Super fast and, in my opinion, it's not a matter of course that the replacement unit is delivered before the faulty product is returned.

Great service, very good price and, above all, simply great speakers!

A Nubert AW-440 is (temporarily) working in my home studio, together with two Genelec 1030A studio monitors, actively (after various measurements at exactly 54 Hz) separated via a Xilica XP4080 loudspeaker controller. After cabling, calibrated with Pink Noise and an SPL meter. Then loaded Chris Jones - No Sanctuary into the audio editor, volume control to the right 🙂 I was completely blown away - the Genelecs normally manage to completely blow me away with this song alone, but the Nubi goes one better - barely bigger than the Genelecs themselves, it elicits even the deepest bass structures from the music material with ease - simply impressive. Considering what it achieves in relation to the price, that's really impressive!

It will soon be moving into the living room for home cinema, but I'm already thinking about getting another one for the studio 😉

😬 So first of all, something about the service at Nubert. I ordered the nuBox AW-991 on Monday 11.07.2011. Tuesday 12.07 in the morning around 11 o'clock it was there! It was a huge package! Of course I opened the package immediately. The part that was in the package was not much smaller than the package itself. I immediately connected the AW-991, calibrated it and popped in the Blue Ray Terminator 4 as a test. What can I say: My living room theater started to shake, even though the volume control was only at 9 o'clock. I can only recommend the AW-991 to anyone who loves abysmal bass. And the AW-991 sounds really clean.

So go to Nubert and buy it!

From fridge to shoebox. (From nuErnie)

I have been involved with hi-fi both privately and professionally for around 40 years. My
stereo system has always been a means to the end of reproducing music as
as good as possible within the limits of my financial situation.
Over the years, the system got better and better and the speakers got bigger and bigger
bigger (according to the motto: lots of bass only from big speakers).
The last speakers were KS 4 active (dimensions in mm [WxHxD]:
280x1030x360). So a good 8 times the volume of the nuPro A20.
My two "aha" experiences were a Mission PCM 7000 CD
player (my entire CD collection was suddenly brand new) and, since
10.6.2011 the nuPro A20 (my entire music collection is suddenly
suddenly brand new and with a lot of more than often heard music
I get goose bumps again).
I have never had such a precise speaker in my home.
apartment. Also: 'Where is the subwoofer?

Congratulations to the Nubert team and many thanks.
thanks.

Therefore: From the fridge to the shoebox.

Best wishes from Hamburg

P.S. Please don't take nuErnie too seriously. Since I am a Sesame Street
Sesame Street fan, a big, serious nuBert must of course also have a
small, cheeky nuErnie. I will gladly take over this one.

Hello nuErnie!
nuBert / nuErnie - we are happy about such puns. And of course we're also pleased about the nuPro praise. Keep up the good work!

After 6 weeks of intensive use of my 681, I can give a clear recommendation for these speakers with a clear conscience. My requirement was a clear, powerful stage with reserves for when it needs to be more. I don't miss anything with these speakers, as I also checked out the competition. The price-performance ratio is excellent. B&B also has the right look. Thank you for the unprecedentedly excellent service.

I ordered the nuPro A-10 in anthracite on Friday, July 8, 2011.
They arrived this morning!

I ordered them for my son as a birthday present.

I unpacked them briefly to test them and connected them to my laptop via USB.

Of course, my nuLine 102 with ATM play more powerfully, but the small active speakers have
surprised me all along the line.

My first impression: not only a perfect finish but also a perfect sound.
Bass at 10 o'clock, mids/treble at linear and the volume on the speakers also at
10 o'clock.
These speakers are tremendous fun.
Clear highs and mids and a crisp bass, which is amazing when you consider the size of the speaker.
And that's despite the fact that the speakers play free-standing on my living room table, i.e. virtually in a free field.

The only drawback is the missing Nubi, which was otherwise included with every speaker delivery.

Best regards from Austria
N. Ulbrich

Answer from the Nubert-Team

"The only drawback is the missing Nubi"
As already discussed in the nuForum, it was unfortunately not possible to include a Nubi with the nuPro. However, we do offer the option of requesting a Nubi using the enclosed reply card. Have fun with the nuPros - for you and later for your son!
