I spent months researching and looking for a high-quality surround set that wasn't too big or too expensive (you guessed it - I'm married?). In addition to an impressive cinema experience, the main aim was to be able to listen to music DVDs in very good quality and the speakers should also be convincing in stereo mode.

Test listening, talking to experts, reading forums, going mad in between ? the research took me a lot of time. In the end, I decided on the nuLine 32 set (2 x nuLine 32, 1 x nuLine CS-42, 2 x nuLine DS-22, 1 x nuLine AW-560). Advice, order, shipping ? everything was perfect, I can only agree with the previous speakers. And then the sound experience when I put the speakers into operation ? I know I'm not telling you anything new, but I was simply thrilled to hear instruments with a clarity that I had never heard before. I was also fascinated by the surround sound. The fact that the speakers are also reasonably petite, could be easily integrated into the living room landscape and were also reasonably priced really rounded off the whole thing.

But that wasn't enough ? I had also ordered a new AV receiver and a record player. Why Nubert and not an internet store or a dumping market? Quite simply ? because Nubert was the cheapest. And because I had come to trust the competent and friendly staff.
However, the most impressive experience was yet to come: A slight scratch on the edge of the turntable had put me back in touch with the service hotline. I could have exchanged the device or kept it with a discount. I opted for the latter and expressed my wish to receive a good HDMI cable in return. And here it comes: Mr. Härer said that I should just see the cable as a small compensation for the scratched turntable. However, he thought they should also transfer a few euros back to my account? I can't remember ever having experienced anything like this before.

I think a company has simply realized something here. I can recommend Nubert without exception and would especially like to thank the two employees, Mr. Härer and Mr. Siegle. I hope that this company's investment in motivated employees and excellent customer service will pay off many times over.

I would also like to pay homage to the great Nubert company and write an entry in the guest book.

It all started with a purchase from a competitor in Berlin. I always had the high-quality systems from this company. Somehow I was never really satisfied with my purchases and so one day I simply browsed through various forums and exchanged ideas. The name Nubert came up again and again and I thought to myself ? they sell furniture, don't they? No, there is a fine music smithy in Schwäbisch Gmünd. Then I googled for the Nubert company and lo and behold, another direct sales company (as I said, my last experiences weren't so great). Then came the guestbook and at first I thought ? They write themselves in the guestbook? such a good company in Germany ???. Customer service in Germany often leaves a lot to be desired, even with very high-quality companies. After these first impressions, I wanted to know more about it and again exchanged information in forums. I was assured in the nuForum that the service was really brilliant. I couldn't find anything negative in these and other forums either. After a lot of back and forth, I placed my order via the hotline. Here I was already positively surprised. Very friendly and you really don't feel like you're being talked into anything. The staff are very well trained and every piece of advice hits the nail on the head. My first order was the nuLine32 +ATM, stand, Yamaha AS 700 and the Yamaha CD S 700. I sent off my order and now I thought ? It will probably take 1-2 weeks? Well, the next morning the good UPS man stood in front of my door and said ? You have mail ;-) ?. I looked at my wife in amazement and just said ? What is that supposed to be? The speakers are here ......hahahah I'm going crazy so fast......that's amazing..... So Nubert has already performed above average here. Everything quickly connected and the first CD inserted. Here I used a CD by Andy McKee. Like most of the previous speakers, I can't put into words what happened next. The sound was simply amazing and the homogeneity of the whole thing was simply awesome. The music finally came away from the speakers. Enchanting. I have to say that I already had a few well-known manufacturers in my living room, including the overpriced roaring cubes. I was super happy, finally a great system.

But then I got ambitious and thought what if I ordered the nuLine 102 and listened to it once. I thought it was a great idea and ordered it without further ado. And again the same game. Nice and friendly lady on the hotline and highly competent advice. And then !!!!!!! again this fast shipping. I said to myself ? They have the location somewhere near us, how do they do that? I live about 500 km away from Nubert.

The good UPS man (the same one from last time) then said they no longer have mail, but you have something ;-)))))). Hauled everything up with the good man and just looked stupid. You too sh..... my wife is killing me. What kind of battle ships are those? They just looked monstrous and super nice in the church. Everything reconnected. I should be right, the whole thing is even more awesome. I just don't have the words to write it down. All I can say is great LS.

My calculation worked out wonderfully until then. I sat there and listened to the honest music. I just had a strange feeling in my stomach the whole time and couldn't put my finger on it and didn't pay any further attention to it. No, it definitely wasn't the 12 finger intestine ;-).

When it bumped and rumbled, I quickly realized what it was. I'm married (which I completely forgot). And then the hurricane came over me (my wife). Do you still have them all......
They're far too big......
My living room.......
Beep, beep etc. etc.

I should have discussed it beforehand.

Yo, what does that mean? (Me) My wife Yo, they have to go back. How now??? I need music, I say. My wife, then order smaller ones. Said gentann.... Ordered nuVero 4 + ATM (she wanted it that way). Called Nubert and????? Again this brilliant service.

Now I'm happy every day about these great speakers, which outshine everything I've heard so far. This dream duo has now been supplemented by an AW-560 (change of apartment 40 sqm living room . The set harmonizes like a dream.
Two days ago, something happened that made the color run out of my face and put my body in a state of illness similar to the flu. I already have the nuVirus.

A quick chat with the hotline and Mr. Härer (hopefully the name is spelled correctly). Here I thought for the first time that they would certainly not be able to help me and that the service here would reach its limits. But I was wrong. The service offered by this company is beyond words. Even the biggest players in the automotive industry can take a leaf out of their book. All my initial concerns about direct sales have disappeared.

This company not only has a good internet presence, but I think it has the best customer service I have ever experienced.

My special thanks go to Mrs. Dietrich and especially to Mr. Härer. These people were always very friendly and courteous and know what customer-oriented work means.

I will recommend Nubert to others and my audio system will be upgraded to a home theater system. I will only order from Nubert because everything is just right here. Great LS, super service, best quality and competence. Other companies are lacking in some areas.

Many, many THANKS, a fan and loyal customer.

I have enclosed a small thank you note with the return shipment.

Best regards
Marcel Manczak

Dear Nubert !
On July 30, 2010 I ordered 2 nuLine 82 and the CS 42 more or less on spec,
to replace my 11-year-old speakers (also floorstanding speakers and matching center).
The following day - it was Saturday - I had concerns about the size of the front speakers and changed my order over the phone to the nuLine 102, as this seemed more suitable for my living room due to the higher positioning of the tweeter with the same width (which subsequently turned out to be the case).
The change request was received in a very friendly and competent manner.
What can I say, the following Tuesday, as agreed with the Nubert order hotline, I received a call from UPS saying that my parcels had arrived.
I left work and went home (5 minutes on foot 😬).
I went a bit pale at the sight of the huge parcels - together with the UPS lady - yes, they employ women too 🙂 - I dragged the speakers into my apartment and then sat in front of them for 10 minutes, wondering how I was going to unpack these monsters without destroying anything.
When the speakers were finally unpacked - only the nuLine 102 for the time being, yes, I got the right speakers straight away - were in place and connected to the Onkyo, I put the first CD - Beto Vazquez Infinity, my reference CD for testing the speakers - into the player, exhausted.
Now I understood what was meant by honest speakers, the sound was crystal clear, I got a slight treble overemphasis under control with the treble switch, that was it.
With the music playing in the background (break-in time - does that even make sense??), I unpacked the CS 42 and was initially disappointed.
While the finish of the 102 could be described as perfect, that of the CS 42 was clearly inferior.
The varnish was clearly uneven and rough when I brushed over it.
A few days later, I finally found time to discuss this with the hotline.
Again, I received a professional, friendly response - the center would be replaced immediately. The crooked Nubert sign on the front grille of the right nuLine 102 was also discussed and a solution found.
Shortly afterwards, the new center arrived - not as perfect as the big nuLines, but nowhere near as annoying - you don't constantly stroke your speakers, even if the flawless, silky paint always tempts you to do so 😂 .
What's more important is what comes out of the transducers, and for me that's simply beautiful - an enormous improvement both for the eye and above all for my ears compared to my old speakers.
The day before yesterday I received another letter from Nubert. A new Nubert company logo to replace the old crooked one as discussed on the phone - free delivery included.
This is perfect customer-oriented service combined with German thoroughness, thank you.
Now, of course, I have a problem.
After the calibration, the front sounds more homogeneous to me than ever before - I don't even want to talk about stereo, there are others who have already described it better than I ever could.
Back to the problem, which is not a technical one, but "only" a financial one.
I will now have no choice but to replace the rears as well, which is not so good for my wallet 😬
Let's see, Christmas is coming again this year ...........

Kind regards
N. Ulbrich

...and suddenly my Iphone rang on Tues...
I was already wondering about the number - couldn't take the call for scheduling reasons...
The friendly Nubert employee had left a message on my voicemail asking me to be so kind as to call him back...

No sooner said than done... Hello Mr. Schneider from Aalen:-)

He had read my GB entry about the newly purchased center speaker and the quiet criticism about the lack of suitable stands for center speakers.
He could help me, he said...
If I was interested - he still had a BSC-58 in black in his store...

The price alone blew me away... 66 euros for a center stand?

And I said yes:-)

Many thanks for Mr. Schneider's efforts!!! Maine respect for this brilliant customer service!!!

By the way... The price tag with the original price was still stuck to the stand... 169 Eurons!!!

What a bargain...

It's just a shame that I've already attached the adhesive feet to the outer ends of the center...
But I'll get new ones today and stick them on the stand:-)

Now I have no more time to write... Must listen to SACD's!!! Allan Taylor and the whole Stockfisch program;-)

LG from Hamburg!

Yesterday (17.08.10) my nuline 102 per ups arrived and today I have to give my opinion here (of course only a short test without long-term experience): Superb!
Absolutely convincing! I don't tend to use superlatives or exaggerate too much - so let's take it in turn: Delivery very fast; packaging couldn't be better (which is actually a matter of course, but not with all shippers) - boxes unpacked and first swallowed: they're thick, man - I knew the dimensions, but when they were standing in the room like that... But they were easy to place in the place of the old boxes (quite a lot of crunching, they're already heavy) and the connection was also done quickly. The first impression was convincing; the workmanship was impeccable, the surface (beech) was of a quality I had never seen before on speakers - the only point of criticism (and I had already asked nubert about it) was the lettering on the covers (silver), which had been placed upside down - but that didn't really detract from the overall impression. And then the most elementary moment: switching on the receiver (Yamaha R XV 1400, I still have to calibrate it to the speakers)! First the radio, well, it was just a radio, but it was still so good that I could hear station noise that I couldn't hear with the old speakers. So I put in a CD: Kelly Joe Phelps - Hard Time Killin' Floor Blues - yeah, man, that's it - you really have to hear it for yourself, it can't be described like that. What I had previously heard from my old speakers (no, I won't mention the name, but they weren't roaring cubes) I thought was quite good - now I was really gobsmacked by what else was possible. Absolutely brilliant on all levels - I can't even confirm the slight drop in the bass range (keyword module) that has been described so often here; I haven't had to activate an external subwoofer yet. All sound areas were extremely clean to locate and for the first time I actually had the music in the room, not stuck to the speakers. I then put on Dire Straits Making Movies and was just delighted - luckily we live in our own house - I don't know whether the neighbors would have been pleased otherwise, but I think they would have been, because even outside the living room it still sounded very convincing. Incidentally, my acoustic room conditions are not exactly the best: about 35 square meters, rectangular cut and the listening area is only in one half of the room - I haven't tried any settings on the nulines themselves yet - that will come at the weekend in peace and quiet. I would also like to add that I am not related to Nuberts by blood or marriage and do not receive any other commissions - this is my honest opinion after my first day with the nuline 102. Thank you, nuberts!

Now it's here... the nuLine cs-42 in black multi-layer lacquer...
Question: Why "second choice"?
I haven't found anything on the part that would suggest that there is any damage to the paintwork, etc...
Anyway... Ordered on Friday... Saturday delivered... That's what I call service (even with DHL).

Unpacked, warmed up... And????? awesome!!! What else can you write about it?
It sounds simple - and it finally "gets across" what the no replacement nuBox 311 center couldn't do.

The only note of criticism: apparently Nubert no longer has any suitable speaker stands in its range for the centers.

What am I supposed to do with a pack of two stands for a center?

Otherwise... Really wonderful to enjoy music, movies, etc. with Nubert...

LG from Hamburg!

You often hear that you can only judge the quality of customer service when you have a complaint. And now my impression of Nubert is even more positive than it already was:
After three years of stereo enjoyment with my NuBox 381, I fulfilled my wish for a subwoofer. As always, delivery of the AW-441 was lightning fast. It arrived just in time for the weekend. The sound was overwhelming. I was all the more surprised when, after 30 minutes, the subwoofer could no longer produce any sound.
As a customer, you're already used to not being able to reach customer service at the weekend. Not so with Nubert! The hotline is also available on Saturdays. They listened to me calmly and patiently. They explained the extensive tests that every loudspeaker has to undergo and apologized for the inconvenience. Really soothing, where otherwise you only ever hear phrases like "It can happen." to hear. And the replacement also went smoothly. The replacement subwoofer was already with me on Tuesday and the defective one was collected. Great service!
Now I can enjoy the wonderful sounds of my speakers, which the AW-441 rounds off at the bottom (without being intrusive). A whole new sound experience thanks to Nubert.
It's great that both product quality and customer service are right. I can even get over the fact that the Nubi was missing from the replacement unit. Perhaps the dipoles that will inevitably be added to my system will include some? 😉

Really great! 😂 I spoke to Nubert on the phone shortly before the end of work on Tuesday. Many thanks at this point to the nice "head office" and Mr. Härer with his good advice. You have to allow DHL one day for the journey and the items actually arrived on Thursday lunchtime!!! It was really funny that the parcel man didn't complain at all about the total weight of 40 kg, but just wanted to know what was in there (it said Nubert on it)! I had the impression that the delivery man would have much rather helped with unpacking and testing! 😉 The AV components are really great and now I have to try out the NuVero...

Great! 😬

Hello dear audiophiles,

2 days ago I sent an inquiry to the Nubert team regarding a request.

I use the NuLine 30 as rear speakers in my home theater chain and have mounted them on "Vogel's" wall brackets. Now I wanted to mount the nice aluminum front grilles for the first time and found that the standard grille plugs were too short.

I contacted the Nubert team and asked if it was possible to get a longer version of the plugs.

A short time later, Mr. Härer (thank you very much at this point!!!) got back to me via email and simply asked for the color of the plugs and my current address. They would be sent to me by post FREE OF CHARGE! (The parts arrived today!!)

😱 😱

(Almost) every other manufacturer would have charged for the parts as well as the postage, not so with Nubert!

Please, please keep up this great service!

With best regards,

Robin

After about 7 years of J** (although I have to say that they weren't bad either) I ordered the NuLook LS2 last week after a lot of back and forth. At first only 1 LS as a center. I thought...well...whether it really sounds that much better, I'll test that first. The delivery was lightning fast. Kudos to Nubert. Ok...my wife was of course against it at first and said that the sound was so O.K...then the package arrived. I unpacked the speakers...wow...they look great 😂...took down the old center and put the new one on. Had the speakers re-calibrated...put in the DVD (Transformers, Terminator...etc...etc...)...and what I heard is hard to put into words. I haven't had such a big grin on my face for a long time...😬 😬 😬 How can you get so much out of a relatively small speaker ????. The hammer !!!! A completely new listening experience...Then the test with a music DVD The Eagles...I can't believe it...just great...And the best thing is...that the whole thing also sounds good despite the other LS from J**...a completely different world. Now I'm going to gradually replace all my speakers with Nubert...by the way...my wife is now also delighted...;-) even if it costs a few euros more...that's something 😉 Nubert...keep up the good work...
