Really... I am so "flattened":-))

Barely 12 hours after my criticism, they "took care of me"... First by e-mail... Then I got a phone call... And now a "310" is on its way to me - and it's looking forward to becoming my center speaker 😂

Hats off to so much customer proximity and service...

Thank you very much for your efforts!

It's telling why I highlighted Nubert in a positive light in my 2006 feature "Service desert Germany"...

Well then,

Praise (almost) all along the line....

But now I have to contradict that a little...

I saw some offers for the Nubox 310 in the bargain market.
Since I still need a center, I thought I'd call the "0800" number and simply order one of the boxes, which I can then use as a center...

Answer from the friendly lady at the other end of the line:
"We don't do that... What are we supposed to do with the second box... We only sell them in pairs..."

Well.... If I need a pack of cheese, I don't buy a box with 10 packs, I just buy the one pack...
I'm surprised that you "only" have to buy pairs from Nubert, when the forum is full of references to the "310" as a center speaker...

The tip in the forum that you could also look into the RS 300 as a center... I'll have to buy a pair later... Or maybe 4 of them, right away for the neighbor...

The nuber euphoria is already a little dampened...

In principle, it's never a problem to buy a single Nubert speaker. However, the two 310s are the last pair and there's a good chance that we'll be left with a single speaker. But we will look again - maybe we will find a solution for your wish after all!

Hello dear Nubert team!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the really good service and the even better speakers.
A good four weeks ago I enjoyed a very detailed (approx. one hour!) consultation with Mr. Bühler and a week later I ordered a nuWave 5.1 system with the large 125s. Two days later I received the goods and after three weeks of extensive testing I have to say that the high expectations I had of the equipment - some of which were fueled by Mr. Bühler - were easily exceeded! I am absolutely thrilled! Listening to music has become even more important in my life thanks to the new speakers than it already was, and when I think about how much more I can enjoy movies thanks to the rich sound, I know that every penny has been worth it!

So: A thousand thanks to the Nubert team (especially to Mr. Bühler)!!!

Hello dear Nubert team,

since the 38th Kallender week I have been able to enjoy 4 x nuBox 311 + 1 x nuBox CS-201 in surround mode. Due to a delivery bottleneck and sloppiness on the part of DHL, my nuBox 311 set 2 with the nuBox AW-441 is complete 2 weeks later. All the other parts, which were sent by UPS, arrived on my doorstep within a very short time.
The sound of the small 311s is really top class, and the dynamics in operation without a subwoofer are completely sufficient for "smaller" rooms. It's really amazing what comes out of such small boxes.
I was able to test the AW-441 in a 40 square meter room in comparison to a subwoofer with a 30 cm cone. Although it might look like its little brother, it certainly didn't have to hide.
In my living room of about 18 square meters, I unfortunately have to turn the subwoofer down to the lowest level, otherwise the windows in the next room start to vibrate at half the volume. I also have to be considerate of my neighbors 😉
Incidentally, the support from Nubert itself is just as fabulous as the speakers themselves.

A visit to Nubert - unfortunately we were disappointed :-(

Due to the high praise for quality and service as well as the various outstanding tests, we went to Nubert yesterday. The many consistently positive reports and also the nice video that was published in the past few days have admittedly raised our expectations of the consultation quite high and we were also looking forward to this day.

We were given a warm welcome, we were shown to one of the studios and I described our needs. The main application is home theater, stereo is a secondary matter.

We were recommended to use the stereo mode first to get to know the speakers. After a brief introduction, we were left alone to listen to the speakers in peace. I thought that was a good thing, as we were then able to listen to the speakers in peace. We were told to get in touch if we had any questions.

We did, but despite asking twice at the service desk, it took more than an hour for the consultant to reappear.

We asked to be shown the possibilities in the multi-channel area, but again no advice was given. Questions about which sub to use and for which purposes it was suitable were answered briefly and concisely. He then trotted over with a DVD, saying we could try out the different surround speakers. He would leave us alone for a moment.

We were both disappointed with the 5.1 set-up as it was presented to us. The consultant responsible did not show up to answer any more questions. After another half hour of waiting, we gave up.

Unfortunately, we were not convinced by the 5.1 configuration setup that was presented. As we already had a Nubert set at home, we knew that it could actually be better.

Conclusion: We spent over 2 hours at Nubert, during which time a consultant took about 10 minutes of our time. If you go to a dealer for advice and the configuration you're looking for costs around 3,000?, we would certainly have expected a lot more.

We were most annoyed because we had spent almost 5 hours in the car and had traveled 500 km for this.

What a shame, because I was actually almost a convinced "Nubi".

Of course, we would have preferred you (like many other customers) to have received "commendable" advice.
Of course, your experience hurts us. Nevertheless, THANK YOU for it. Only people work at Nubert too. Although we are convinced that our consultants do "their best" at all times, we cannot guarantee that it is always "the best" for every requirement...
Unfortunately, "your" consultant did not meet your expectations. We will have a discussion with the employee and will try to ensure that he meets our standards in future.
However, we should not give the impression that your experience was "normal".
Once again, we are very sorry.

In this context, we would like to make another request to our customers:
Make use of the morning and early afternoon hours from Monday to Friday! Especially on Saturdays, there may be situations where several customers want a comprehensive and lengthy consultation at the same time, which cannot be accomplished even with the best will in the world?
Or make a fixed appointment with one of our consultants!

Hello,

I have my Nubert speakers
2 x Nubox 681, 1 x CS-411, 2 x Nubox DS-301, 1 x AW-991
last Tuesday.

The speakers were dispatched by NSF on Monday, and by 10:45 on Tuesday I already had the speakers at home in Tyrol. An extremely short delivery time!
The ordering process was also very pleasant and I received excellent advice from Mr. Siegle.

The packaging and the quality of the speakers are really excellent. The enclosed operating instructions are also very informative.
I previously had a 7.1 system from another German manufacturer, which also sells the speakers directly.

Thanks to the Nubert speakers, I can really enjoy stereo for the first time! The sound of the two Nubox 681s is simply great! No matter what genre of music, the Nubert speakers are simply first class. And anyone who thinks that a subwoofer has to be labeled THX should test an AW-991. My "old" subwoofer already put a lot of pressure on me, but the 991 plays even deeper and a lot cleaner. I also wouldn't have thought that the 681s would harmonize so well with the 991.
The combination is also highly recommended for movies.

I would like to thank NSF for the great speakers and the smooth and fast processing!

Better service is not possible!!! Competent and knowledgeable advice when buying speakers! Friendly and courteous! Also something rare: I also needed original packaging to ship the speakers I sold. I got the box with all the packaging delivered to my home within 24 hours by UP'S! Super!

I don't normally write in forums and normally I would certainly have noticed something negative about a purchase of this size....

Can only agree with the many previous comments. Perfect customer service including loading assistance until an hour after closing time (Saturday!!), super advice with a great atmosphere in the store including pizza on the house as I was about to starve and had no cash with me..... and you really don't need to say anything more about the boxes. I haven't made any adjustments yet as I don't have the necessary week's vacation but I already can't get the grin off my face.

A big thank you to the Nubert team!!!
