@ jens!

you can also make it easy for yourself and just give flat generalities (see your water comparison)! if you have constructive opinions, then discuss them in the forum! maybe you should also have heard nubert speakers to be able to have a say!

:O

as far as \"listening\" to speakers is concerned, i think you always have to listen to the sound of the \"new\" speakers, regardless of whether they are from nubert or other manufacturers! one of the reasons for this is that you have listened to other speakers for years beforehand, and their sound characteristics often differ from the new speakers! anyone can find this out in a listening studio, and then everything sounds different again at home! my nubox 400 sound totally different from my previous speakers, and i had to "listen in", because the sound of my music that i was previously familiar with was now different! nevertheless, it was clear from the very first second that the nubox sounded significantly better than my already decent previous speakers! this has nothing to do with suggestion, sectarianism or voodoo, simply with your own ears!

best regards, and anything else in the forum!

Hello Jens,

which Nubert speakers have you had experience with so far, or which ones have you had to listen to?
Why don't you tell us about it in the forum, it's easier to
discuss.

Best regards
Lars

When I read through the posts here, I feel like I'm in a cult 😈 .

If you are disappointed at first and then enthusiastic after a play-in period - in my opinion this is a conspiracy and not credible.

I know what I'm talking about! Something similar can also be found in MLM / network marketing.

Warm-up time means that the ear has become accustomed to the circumstances.

The water does not flow from the bottom to the top 😉 .

With kind regards
Jens

Unbelievable that there are also people who don't think Nubert speakers are great and even just want to dismiss them as TV speakers. 😱

I'll give you a tip, with my Nuberts it was exactly the same unpacked, set up and disappointed.!!!! BUT !!! after a few weeks of playing in, the surprising moment, my speakers reproduce everything at any volume just as I want it. Please don't give up on the speakers, play them in a little more and maybe change the room acoustics, it took me months. Actually, with Nubert loudspeakers you can say that the fault almost always lies with the customer, without wanting to offend you.

Try running the bookshelf speakers horizontally (tweeter facing inwards), this has produced an extremely homogeneous sound for me.

Yours sincerely
Brian

I've only had the NULINE 100 since 18.8.05. But I'm completely thrilled. You can definitely hear \"more\". I could hardly imagine that this was possible before. My old speakers will soon end up on E-Bay. I previously had a THX system from Onkyo, which was really good. This system has two active subwoofers that really put the pressure on. I also have a passive THX subwoofer from Kenwood with an edge length of 50 cm each. The cone has a diameter of 30 cm. It is powered by a Marantz power amplifier with an output of 350 watts. Thanks to the NULINE 100 speakers, I no longer need a subwoofer. Unbelievable what these two speakers can do. 😬 Thanks again to the Nubert team for making this possible. Maybe I'll order a subwoofer after all. What might "come out" of it first 😈

Hello!

Well....how should I start...After hearing a lot about Nubert products and my work colleague already had Nubert speakers at home, I absolutely had to have some. I then ordered 2 NuWave 85s from my hospital bed. I was also very happy that they were already on my doorstep on the day I was discharged. Despite the splint on my leg, I unpacked them immediately and plugged them in straight away... Great! What a volume of sound. I've heard a lot of loudspeakers in different systems, but this really exceeded my high expectations! (Despite my DENEN AVC-A1, which is now getting on in years).
After I was so impressed, I wanted to complete the system with a center and 2 dipole rear speakers. But I wanted to buy them directly from Nubert in Schwäbisch-Gmünd. So I took a day off work and drove to Nubert. And here's the thing. As nice as the telephone contacts were beforehand, I was very disappointed with the service and the service on site!!!! And if I hadn't been so convinced by the product, I wouldn't have been allowed to buy anything there!!!! Apart from the waiting time until I finally found someone who took time for me, I was, as it turned out afterwards, served (very badly) by a trainee. He took away any desire to buy anything! The CS-65 was not available, so unfortunately I couldn't take it with me. That's not the issue. But if someone (trainee or not) tells me that I'll get it delivered to my home within a week, then I assume that the good man knows what he's saying. Empty promises. Took more than 3 weeks. If he had said from the start that it would take that long, I wouldn't have had a problem with it. But I expect that if someone is prepared to spend a relatively large amount of money, the expectation of good, proper advice should also be met. I wish I hadn't gone there. No trace of the listening experience.....Unfortunately!
Conclusion: Excellent products that are better bought over the phone before being disappointed on site!

Hello Mr. Bühler,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your expert advice on the purchase of my stereo receiver. As always, a great service, which has resulted in complete satisfaction. The NAD 720 BEE really is an excellent match for my Nuline 80.

I wish you all the best, also for your private future, and remain with best regards from Leipzig

To the article by \"loewe\":

There are, of course, many different opinions and perceptions of sound when it comes to evaluating loudspeakers.
Right from the start (when the company was founded in 1975), we have received a lot of feedback on the sound and build quality of our speakers and have been able to take some of it into account in our further development. This helps with the constant \"maturing process\" for our products, which can probably never be completed.
When starting out in the world of music reproduction, there are often particularly large differences in ideas about what is meant by \"good sound\".
With increasing experience, the listening experience usually develops in such a way that "the greatest possible freedom from coloration" becomes the most important point for speakers and other components.
Some of our customers "love" the speakers we built in the mid-1980s because of their warm and silky reproduction. But that is no reason to reissue these models. The new, \"technically better\" speakers can be adjusted (e.g. with the treble control of the ATM module) to a similarly gentle level, making them much more variable and definitely superior in all respects.

Countless listening comparisons and fine tuning corrections have repeatedly shown that the development goals for loudspeakers are practically the same as for camera lenses.

High light intensity, low optical distortion and the compensation of color errors make a good lens.
If the cleanliness of the design is partially sacrificed, this may flatter the one or other image, but it will not really satisfy most users.
It cannot make sense, for example, to incorporate a \"Hamilton-like\" blur in a lens to give photos a certain \"artistic effect\".
The vast majority of owners of our speakers appreciate their precise sound. There is often an intensive search and comparison phase before and during the decision for our speakers.
The enjoyment of the balance usually increases within the first few weeks, which some people attribute to the term \"break-in period\".

Most of the feedback we receive from our customers is similar to the description of the sound in the test of the nuLine 30 in the recently published HomeVision 9/05 magazine.

Here is an excerpt:

\"The Swabian gem showed no tonal weaknesses whatsoever: Vocals sounded free of slag and never grumpy, bass lines were cleanly structured and differentiated note for note. The presence range is nicely open without being annoying. This means that the voices never sounded strained or "top-heavy", but still clear and distinct. Bravo! Only very few speakers can achieve this ? even in significantly higher price ranges.\"

If the topic comes up in the forum, a lively and interesting discussion is sure to develop.

Greetings, G. Nubert

I've owned a pair of NuLine 30s for about a year now, so I think it's time to write a review. I already had the NuLine AW-550 subwoofer and was dreaming of buying a pair of matching compact speakers, also from Nubert. Shortly before my birthday, my wife gave the green light for the new purchase. So I quickly ordered them and just a few days later my two new treasures were in the house. The initial joy was really great. Super workmanship, great touch quality. And the chassis used were beyond reproach. A piece of solid German engineering, quality work. A frequency response as if drawn with a ruler. Then the first doubts during the listening test. Vacation time, not much at home. Well, they say loudspeakers have to be played in first. I also blamed it on the ABL module. I was kind enough to send it back again. Great service, really accommodating, nice people. Gradually, however, I became more and more disappointed. I now only listen to music on my second system. The Nubert speakers don't give me any real pleasure. Somehow it's an exhausting way of listening. There is a certain harshness to it. They can't convey any emotions. There is no goose bump effect. The music doesn't 'work'. What the artist wants to convey doesn't come across. I wouldn't say all this if I didn't know that it could be better. A pity, really. But just a loudspeaker for watching TV, part of a surround set.
P.S. I will also post the opinion that differs from the overwhelmingly positive response in the Nubert forum for discussion.
