Dear Sir or Madam, A very special word of praise and a big thank you for the exceptional service! I ordered an SACD player from your specialist store in Schwäbisch-Gmünd, which was delivered at very short notice. When I tried it out, it turned out to be defective. After I made a complaint by telephone, a replacement device was sent to me immediately and the defective device was taken back by the parcel service free of charge using a freeway ticket. It doesn't get any better than this! After a long search, we decided on the Nubert Box 380 set. We also ordered two NuBox 310s and a Denon DVD player. Shortly after the decisive order email, we received a call back with a brief query and the message that it would unfortunately take one (!) day longer because the DVD player still had to arrive. One day, but someone took the trouble to call us. The shipment must have gone out to us on time, because just FOUR days later the collected boxes were in our living room. It was as simple as it was reliable. All the components we ordered were there, everything was intact and fully met our expectations, which had risen quite high over time. We are very pleased with Nubert's friendly, prompt and accurate service. We will keep this tip from our colleagues in mind and will of course recommend the company to others. Many thanks again! 😂

I ordered an AW-440 on 07.05.04. Since there are reports everywhere about speedy deliveries, I took extra vacation for 10.05.04 and 11.05.04 in anticipation of the delivery. On 11.05.04 I received a letter saying that I would have to wait another 2 weeks for the loudspeaker! A short mail on Friday (07.05.) or Saturday would have been great, so I could at least have saved myself the vacation. I'm a bit disappointed! 😟😟😟😟 Peter Brauner

Dear Nubert team, first of all, many thanks for the excellent advice given by Mr. Bühler and Mr. Schäfer by phone and e-mail! All questions were answered kindly, competently, patiently and comprehensibly. So nothing stood in the way of the first order. The complete goods arrived less than a day later. Simply great. Unfortunately, the commissioning of the new dipoles etc. will still take some time, because the home theater is being rebuilt first... So, once again a 1*** rating for the Nuberten :-) ! Hello Nubert team, first of all many thanks for the quick delivery of the nubox 310 and the two speaker stands. I am totally delighted with the linear and natural sound. After a quick look at the website, an e-mail with a prompt reply and subsequent telephone advice (thanks again to Mr. Bühler at this point), I ordered a pair of nuWave 35 + ABL module without further ado. After everything was delivered in less than 24 hours, the first listening impression completely convinced me. Despite their more compact dimensions than my Infinity RS 3000, which still sound good, the nuWave deliver significantly more dynamics and transparency. And as far as the bass is concerned, the ABL module does a great job and really makes the speakers sound like full-blown floorstanding speakers. All in all, I am highly satisfied and can only recommend Nubert to everyone.

Hello Mr. Wallach, if the midrange location works so perfectly that you sometimes think the center is playing along, then the speakers are probably pretty perfect. Pure doctrine says that the squinting tweeter should point inwards. Oh, and congratulations on being so happy with your purchase. With best regards Gerald Vogt

Hello Mr. Hutter, after some time I would like to contact you to let you know that I am absolutely satisfied with the products from nubert. The order was delivered by UPS on the scheduled day as I had requested. Everything went without a hitch. When I visited you with my brother, I was interested in the nuWave 10 and the nuWave 85. I then ordered the nuWave 85 set - although I added an AW-880 for cost reasons. That's not too bad, because the subwoofer is almost invisible in a corner between the seats. As I explained during the listening test in Aalen, I was very satisfied with my two T+A Criterion 60s. Today, however, I can say that the nuWave 85 can compete with the T+A's at any time. However, I'm still wondering whether I've really set them up correctly? Does the speaker labeled right really belong in the right listening position (i.e. facing to the right of the amplifier), or is the label on the amplifier decisive? Have I not been paying attention somewhere? This question arises from the fact that I have often checked in stereo mode to see whether the center isn't also running. The reproduction is so room-filling - it's just great. Overall, the precision of the reproduction has increased considerably. I also have nothing but praise for the sound and precision, even at high volumes - my previous speakers were nowhere near as distortion-free. Some CDs are currently experiencing a rebirth in my home. For example, the title ETUDE (Killing Fields) by Mike Oldfield. Grace Jones Libertango - I've seen that Face before has also proved to be a very hot tip. This title would also fit well in her listening studio. As I said, so far I've been listening to stereo music practically without the AW-880. However, I've already tried the AW-880, but with Patti Smith Because the Night I thought of your idea with the beer in the fridge (for the neighbors) - it was gigantic - what a low bass! Almost terrifying. In surround mode, the presentation has also improved. Regardless of which DVD has been inserted - movie or music - it's just great. Everything sounds clearer and the applause from the audience on the Eagles DVD Hell freezes over makes you feel like you're there live. The RS-5s do a much better job than my previously used JBL Control 1s, and the bass produced by the AW-880s can't be compared with the rather weak performance of my previous subwoofer (Yamaha YST-SW 60). Now I really have enough pressure - but I still have to try it out a bit. As you can read, I have not regretted buying the products from your company. ordered a couple of nubox 380 a few days ago, which were promptly hauled into the house 24 hours later by my letter carrier (he didn't swear badly, due to the weight of the package). appeased the letter carrier with a few euros, i plugged in the boxes and what more can i say than that i'm simply thrilled. thanks to your boxes, i hear more out of nigel kennedy than i ever thought possible.

The NuBox 380 arrived 2 days ago. This speaker is awesome😂 I've never seen a speaker that deflects so precisely. rock on 😈
