Thank you very much for the very detailed and very satisfying answer to the data sheet change problem of the nuBox 380 from Mr. Nubert. The changed figures in the data sheet had (!) a slightly negative aftertaste for me. Although the sound impression of loudspeakers is very subjective for me, the nuBox 380 always sounded better than anything else I've ever heard. Even the specifications couldn't change that. In my opinion, I will never have to buy a new loudspeaker again, as potential improvements would no longer be within the audible range. Thank you again for this great product.

Change to the nuBox 380 data sheet I noticed a change to the data sheet for the nuBox 380 that I recently bought. Until recently the data sheet gave a frequency range of 58-20k Hz at +2-3dB and now this is given as +-3dB. Or do my memories deceive me? However, these better values were my decision criterion for the nuBox380 and against the nuBox360. Which values are true?

I bought nuwave 125 speakers and use them with a T&A system in two channels. I am very pleased with the effortlessness of the speakers - we have been listening to a lot of music again since we bought them. A longer comparison test with the nuline100 showed that the nuwave125 never leaves anything to be desired over a wider range of musical styles, while the nuline100 in comparison conveyed less presence and transparency with some musical styles - but also left another pair of speakers far behind at all times. The nuline100 is significantly quieter than the nuwave125: in a comparison, it is essential to compensate for this. Feedback to Nubert: In my opinion, the appearance of the nuwave125 is not well chosen: the combination of a black chassis with a stepped front makes the speaker appear larger, the surface structure of the cabinet is black plastic laminate foil and doesn't look very valuable. Here I am seriously considering a paint job on my own and would be much happier with a more neutral chassis color (e.g. silver, grey, etc.). So that the product lines remain coherent, my wish for nubert would lead to the production of a nuline125.... Keep up the good work! You have a new fan. (I have a lot of inquiries about my speakers).

Hello Mr. Hoppe, there will be a counterpart to the nuWave 125. It's called nuLine 120, just use the search function in the forum.

Hi, I've been looking for really good boxes for a long time, so I think I've found them now! But now WHICH???? Which speakers should I choose so that I can enjoy listening to my music? Above all, what kind of amplifier should I buy, as I have been told that there is a suitable amplifier for every speaker manufacturer (no Dolby). It would be great if someone could help me. Greetings Thomas:

Last week I ordered the Nubox400, which together with my YamahaRx740 now provides incredible sounds!!! Unbelievable what this speaker can do, even at very high DB levels this speaker plays without any problems... apparently untouchable 😬 ! Nubert, keep it up! 😎 Mfg Sven

I ordered a pair of nubox 380 a few days ago. I only did so because of this website and felt a little manipulated by all the positive comments and reports. I have now listened to them with a few musicians and have received very good feedback. But I'm still a little unsure myself, which probably has something to do with my living space. What makes me think that? The speakers came with a document describing listening impressions based on room conditions and it fits like a glove: the sound is very differentiated in the highs and mids and homogeneous in the bass range with plenty of reserves. But it sounds a little sterile, not so warm. I think it's because the room is relatively large, has parquet flooring, little furniture and no curtains in front of the windows. So there is a lot of reflection and nothing is absorbed or insulated. To be on the safe side, I have now ordered the recommended speaker stands (70 cm) and the corresponding ABL module 380. I'm curious to see what effect this decision will have on the sound. Otherwise, they definitely sound better than Genlec studio monitors! We have compared this extensively. I've had a lot to do with PA sound reinforcement in the past and have rediscovered my passion for good sound thanks to nubert. One reason why I won't be returning the nubox 380 is that I don't know of any alternatives. My respect to Mr. Nubert P.S.: While I was writing this article, the stands and the ABL module arrived: Delivery times are brilliant 🙂
