Hello, I recently got the nuWave 3JE with ABL module. Previously I had floorstanding speakers from A.R.E.S. (now ELAC) with Chitin loudspeakers and Air-Motion tweeters (Dr. Heil principle). I was extremely skeptical about what the nuWave could do compared to this speaker, especially since the floorstanding speaker can boast a huge volume (1.60m * 0.3m * 0.3m) and is lavishly equipped with 5 speakers (which was also reflected in the purchase price of 4000 euros at the time). Although I don't like to use superlatives, I have to say that the nuWave 3JE is simply magnificent! Ultra clear precision, with some CDs almost painful clarity and extreme detail! You can't say it sounds better. It sounds different. The floorstanding speaker spoils you with a warm, unobtrusive sound with well-dosed highs (oops, now I'm writing like various editors of various magazines) and pleasant bass. But the nuWave is simply clearer, guitar strings are reproduced super-precisely, you can hear more details. But ABL MUST be, without it you only have half the fun. My decision is clear: the floorstanding speakers have to go, especially as the 3JE is extremely attractive. And one more thing: don't let the various forums and magazines give you crap about the bass popping at high volumes and so on. I have already tested extreme levels (Pioneer VSA AX10i, 7 x 170 W (6 Ohm, DIN sine wave see http://www.areadvd.de/hardware/pioneervsaax10.shtm l (must be shtml)) and have NOT been able to reproduce this effect! But maybe I'm still not deaf enough from all the testing, who knows. Nubert is absolutely recommendable, even in the high-end class !!!
I recently became the proud and happy owner of a Nuwave 85 set. Despite my initial misgivings, the set has integrated fantastically into the living room landscape. It's impossible to describe the sound, which would have overruled all objections anyway. Even after the first test run, you're addicted to the perfect sound, so much so that you don't really want to waste any time laying cables and installing them. However, with a budget of 2500 euros, that's what I expected. What I didn't expect was the sensational advice from Mr. Reichelt in Schwäbisch Gmünd. He turned the box purchase into a superlative shopping experience, the likes of which I have never experienced before. With profound knowledge and entusiastic consulting skills, he informed me for !!! six !!!! hours non-stop and led me to a purchase decision without pressure. The listening pleasure - the Nuwave sound even better to me than in the listening studio - will always remind me of this. After the purchase, Mr. Reichelt asked me anxiously if I had a BMW 3 Series station wagon, because the set wouldn't fit in it. It occurred to me: as I still won't be buying a BMW, which loses 2500 euros in value through the initial registration alone, I actually got my Nuwave for nothing. Hello Nubert Team, I recently bought the Nuber Nuline30 and I have to say that the sound of these speakers is fantastic, especially with the ABL module. I don't know how you managed to get such thick bass from such small cones, but I definitely want to get the AW-1000 subwoofer and a center speaker and two rear speakers. I'm just wondering which rear speakers, another nuLine30 or rather the dipole speakers... maybe you can help me. Keep up the good work!
