I have been using the Nu Connect amp X for about 3 months now. I've connected a couple of nu Line 284s and I have to say it's a thoroughly honest combo. Nothing is falsified and nothing is added, i.e. bad recordings sound bad but good recordings are a real pleasure. One example is G. Nubert's CD "Fascination With Sound", which you should order when you buy a Nubert Combi. What the small amplifier gets out of the speakers is brilliant. The finest hi-fi is offered here at a low price. Nubert has once again completely convinced me. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I have been a satisfied customer of Nubert for many years.
I now enjoy stereo music via passive loudspeakers, pre and power amplifiers.

But now I come to the actual praise:
Shortly after the warranty period, the left master speaker of the nuPro A-200 series gave up the ghost.

Nuvero 170 in combination with Nuvero AW17 subwoofer

I bought the Nuvero 170 last year.
First of all. I am absolutely thrilled with the sound, especially when it comes to vocals!
The highs and mids are perfect!

The Nuvero 170s are in a large room.
Floor plan 10.50m x 7.80m and 4.80 high.

The wall in front of the Nuveros is a double plasterboard wall with a gap of approx. 15 cm to the brick wall behind it.
All installations such as electrics, network, air conditioning etc. are located in the space in between.
There are no room modes anywhere in the room that significantly increase the bass range. There is no booming bass anywhere in the room. The bass is nice and dry everywhere.
I was able to get an initially too long reverberation time under control with carpets and
I got to grips with it very well.

However, the acoustics of the room are somewhat problematic.
The plasterboard wall in front of the speakers acts like a huge panel absorber and swallows up the bass.
Considering the huge Nuvero 170, the whole thing should actually sound much fatter.
The opposite gable wall with an open staircase is massive. The sloping roofs and the shelves on the left and right, which are approx. 50 cm high, are also made of plasterboard.

In order to turn a great sound into an excellent one, I contacted Mr. Siegle again for this reason.

My idea was to support the Nuvero 170 in the lower frequency range with the Nuvero AW17 subwoofer.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Siegle once again for the pleasant conversation, the very competent advice and the fast delivery of the AW17.

Now to my experience of the Nuvero 170 / Nuvero AW17 combination
What more can I say!
I am completely thrilled!
The subwoofer stands at the same height as the Nuvero 170. 1.40m away from the rear wall.
The Nuvero 170s are 3m apart.
The sub is simply the icing on the cake for perfect sound in my large, high room.
The bass is now rich and dry right down to the lowest frequencies without affecting the sound of quieter songs.
You can feel the bass with your whole body! I've only ever experienced something like this at concerts.
Nevertheless, there is no booming bass in the whole room. It somehow sounds very pleasant and balanced everywhere.
Of course, the music experience is best in the stereo triangle on my couch.

With Stevie Ray Vaughan, Tin Pan Alley, you really feel like you're at a live concert. Simply great!
I've never heard the Blues Company, Ain Givin Up like this before.
And Alan Jackson and George Strait from the country section sound even better now.
I could go on raving endlessly. Spent the last two evenings just listening and enjoying.

The room is also my study during the day and I listen to quiet music practically all day long.
And even quietly with the right preset on the AW17 (similar to loudness), the sound improvement is excellent.

The optimum settings for my large room are
Crossover frequency 48 Hz
Volume 15
Phase 180°

The Nuvero AW17 in combination with the Nuvero 170 is an absolute enrichment and recommendation in stereo mode, at least in large rooms!

In any case, I have arrived in terms of sound.

Ordered on Tuesday at 11:36 am, delivered on Wednesday at 11:01 am, the first components were connected at 12 noon and the listening test really impressed me. I actually only wanted to use the super small nuBox A-125 to make the TV sound "audible", but they can do much more. Although they are placed on a shelf directly under the TV at a distance of only one meter, they produce a room-filling sound, especially when the "music" or "movie" button is pressed. When my wife was shown the speakers, the first thing she looked at was where the subwoofer was - but we don't have one. So, congratulations to the developers and many thanks also to the logistics company, including DHL.

Upgrade to a 5.1.2 home theater / concert stage
A huge thank you to the whole Nubert team! Thanks to your speakers, I can finally enjoy rich sound, whether it's music in stereo mode or movies in Dolby Atmos. I had to think long and hard about whether to buy floorstanding speakers or stick with bookshelf speakers, as my living room furniture doesn't offer enough space for massive floorstanding speakers. But thanks to the slim and only 90 cm high (with castors) nuLine 244, it was clear. Add to that the nuLine CS-64, the flattest of all center speakers, on which my TV now stands, and I have found the optimal solution for how and where I place the speakers. And the sound is gigantic! The voluminous bass that comes out of the dainty, 15 cm narrow speakers makes the subwoofer superfluous when listening to music. I use the nuLine 24 for front highs and a pair of nuBox 303s and the nuBox AW-443, which I've owned for 5 years, for rear sound.
Also a big compliment to the service at Nubert! The order went out last year between Christmas and New Year and the first delivery was made on January 4th, 2020, which I hadn't expected at all. Good work, great speakers, I'm more than thrilled! This makes shopping fun.

I bought the ampx integrated amplifier with the NuJubilee 45. This little stereo combination has really impressed me. What can I say, brilliant sound, sensational processing of both components and great sound adjustments.
Absolutely recommendable.

Many entries on the quality of the speakers, but especially if they have a lot of electronics, they can sometimes break. Here are my experiences with them:

My AW-1100 subwoofer gave up the ghost after 4 years. After contacting Nubert, they made me an accommodating offer with a fixed price for transportation, materials and work. The transportation was the biggest problem for me. It's not easy to move a 40 kg subwoofer, especially if you have to climb a few stairs.

It is now back and works perfectly. Where can you get a device repaired after 4 years? For me, the conclusion is that buying directly in Germany pays off in the long term.

The sound of the planned new TV was to be upgraded. Somehow I came across the Nubert website. Objective, clear and informative.
On closer inspection, I discovered the nuPro XS-7500 and ordered a newsletter.
That's how we found out about the HIFI Days in Leipzig in November 2019. Well then, let's go. Even my wife came along, but she didn't know why I wanted to go to Leipzig.
The 7500 was standing in the Nubert showroom, and my first thought was, "What a lump!
You'll never convince your wife.
You could tell from the colleagues who gave the demonstrations that they were fully behind the project and put their heart and soul into it. Our trust in Nubert grew.
Then it was the turn of "our" 7500. WOW!!!
My wife then sang: That's the one!
There was also the Nubi, the little advertising man.
Service: Questions before the purchase and now during commissioning by phone or email were answered quickly and competently.
We ordered the item at the beginning of December, although we knew that it would remain unused for some time.
We had a lowboard made to match the size and color of the 7500 and TV. Matt black lacquered fronts. Delivery time 5 weeks.
The decision to order the soundbar early was also the right one. The 7500 in black is currently sold out.
Now everything is in place and we are delighted with the look of our new acquisitions,
I'll try to upload another picture.
Of course, we mainly bought the soundbar because of the sound.
After a few days, I can say without reservation that we made the right decision for us (requirements are certainly very different).
When we were completing the formalities of buying the TV, a soundbar from a well-known manufacturer was playing right next to it. With the distorted sound (wrong setting?) nobody needs a soundbar, I thought. The size was estimated at 80 x 10 x 10 cm.
We don't call ourselves music freaks, but we now have a rich, clear and balanced sound, although we certainly haven't explored all the 7500's reserves yet (app). That was exactly what we wanted!
The HDMI ARC connection to the TV is a positive feature. The soundbar is controlled via the TV remote control.
Thanks to the great NUBIS!!!!!!

After years of satisfied home cinema with the older Nuwave, I recently rediscovered my love of stereo. After listening to various brands at friends' and dealers' premises, the desire for a change arose. Of course, the Nuveros, as the legitimate successor to the Nuwave series, should also get their chance and now the Nuvero 60s are in my living room:

The dynamics of the reproduction are significantly better, the liveliness as hoped for. I find the transparency and detail reproduction fantastic! It's so striking that it takes a little getting used to, but I'm happy to give in to the temptation :-)

Now, on paper, the Nuvero 60 is not quite as powerful as the older Nuwave CS-65, 3 of which I used in a homogeneous front in my home theater. However, the front is naturally cut off at the bottom of the frequency response in movie theater operation and supported by several subwoofers, so this lower power handling is not significant - but the much clearer reproduction is. Much more small details are brought out - fascinating. And a Nuvero70 joins the 60s as a center. This is exactly the quality you need in the middle of the action!

The competent and patient advice provided by Nubert deserves special mention. Here, even old treasures (Nuwave) are provided with ideas for DIY projects such as ceiling brackets with specific information (drilling depths in the cabinet).

Thanks to the whole team and please keep up the good work!

XW-700 subwoofer

Hello everyone,

I have been looking for a suitable subwoofer for my nuVero 60 for a year now.
Don't get me wrong, the nuVeros are TOP.

My idea was that the subwoofer should support the nuVero 60 at an extremely low volume. Only a few can do this, as the input sensitivity and the quality of the subwoofer are crucial.
Furthermore, it should be a downfire design.
The chassis / cones should not be visible.
It should look like a piece of furniture.

It's good that Nubert have launched the XW-700 and XW-900.

To achieve my solution, I bought 2 XW-700s.

I would like to say:
Goal achieved.
They are TOP and work perfectly with the nuVero 60.

Positive:
- The sound is excellent.
The bass is fantastic.
These subwoofers harmonize very well with my nuVero60s.
I even have to "slow them down" a bit
- Type of remote control - cell phone
- Good setting options via cell phone (with I-Phone). Especially the calibration procedure
- Workmanship
- Packaging

- Your advice was once again TOP, THANK YOU !!!

Negative:
-

Neutral:
- My user manual is from 07_2019 and with first issue error (Maybe this will be valuable one day)
- Nubi not included in the scope of delivery

Clear purchase recommendation, because these nuSub's come down damn low in their frequency - everything super.

Greetings

On the subject of "Nubi": Following the insolvency of our Nubi manufacturer, we have unfortunately been unable to supply Nubi figures for some time. We are currently discussing whether we can produce them elsewhere and have them included again in the future.
