The wait was worth it.
I bought the nuLines 284, nuLines 24, nuLine Cs-174 in 2015 and the nuLine AW-1100 in 2016. But the woofer was definitely too big, couldn't fulfill the WAF factor at all and was also difficult to position. Unfortunately, its optimal sound position did not fit into the living room picture at all. We then looked at other suppliers, but the workmanship, design and price-performance ratio were not right. So we waited, as we know that Nubert does not rest on its laurels and is constantly developing new products.
Now I've bought the nuSub XW-900. A smash hit! Perfect size. It can be placed discreetly in several positions (advantage of the Downfire system?). Anyway, it works now. The thing sounds great, has a lot of boom and all without calibration via app etc. I can't wait to see how the system will sound once it's finally positioned and calibrated (when the Christmas tree is finally gone), not to mention the convenient control via app and optional wireless integration. I'm completely thrilled and can hardly get out of the living room. Neither can my visitor. 😬

Wow, it's been four years with my Nuline 284 and it's a pleasure every day.

It was also a good idea to treat myself to the Yamaha RN 803 last year.
It's nice to be able to say: Everything done right! Please keep up the good work, dear Nubert.
I just think it's a shame that Nubert no longer offers the platinum color that I have.

On Friday, January 3rd, I happened to be in the Ruhr area and visited Nubert.
Since I had been there before, I asked Mr. Simon Hinsenhofen if he had a couple of Nupro x 3000 or 4000 in the store as a bargain.
Both speakers were available.
Packed the X 3000 in the car, back to Münsterland, wired them up at home and listened to them, heard....
As expected, the loudspeakers sound brilliant, with a nice, grippy basic tone, finely resolved highs that don't come across as loud and allow for long listening. Overall, the speakers have a very good-natured character.
A video from a smartphone via Bluetooth sounds unexpectedly good, I had never heard the small microphones record in this quality before.

I really liked the sound of my previous nupro A200s, I could hardly tell the difference when I first listened to them without a direct comparison.

At higher volumes, however, they are clearly superior to the nupro A200.

A loudspeaker with the features and sound quality at a bargain price can only be found at nubert and not at the m...market.

Hello dear Nubert team,

I can only say "top/ super" about the products, service team and what Nubert is all about, but there is one small point that I would like to mention here.

Why doesn't Nubert fulfill customers' small wishes, even if they would pay extra for them?

Example: I wanted to reorder two small Nubox 101 in silver/ ash (I had upgraded my system from 7.1 to 9.2), but due to a change of color/model, they were no longer available.

And here comes my question, why not?

There should be a small joinery somewhere near Nubert that is able to realize one or the other color request for an additional charge.

I would be delighted if Nubert would simply take up the subject.

Answer from the Nubert-Team

Dear Mr. Veit! We would be happy to fulfill the one or other special request - but as we have often explained in the nuForum, it is not possible to have small quantities of cabinets made by our sound furniture manufacturers, who are designed for large quantities. A "small joinery" would be able to do this, but would have to completely "rebuild" such a pair of cabinets, which would "cost" tens of hours of work. He wouldn't even be able to get the ash decorative foil in a small quantity... Ultimately, you wouldn't end up with a "surcharge", but with several times the price of a pair of boxes.
We are sorry that we cannot fulfill such a wish. Please ask a carpenter in your area what he would have to charge for a pair of cabinets...

Unfortunately, I still haven't received my order. It's already been at the shipping company for 2 days.
It probably won't be today. If it is to be delivered on Monday, it will take 15 days, which is too long. Even on public holidays.

Answer from the Nubert-Team

Dear Mr. Malischke,

We regret with you the very long delivery time over the holidays this year.
During our conversation and your order on 23.12.19, we had informed you, as well as all our customers on our website and in the shopping cart, about the particularly difficult delivery situation this year with forwarding deliveries:

Due to this year's public holidays in the middle of the week, there are noticeable delivery delays, especially for very large parcels.
Due to very limited or unavailable long-distance routes, our deliveries will also be affected. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to guarantee the usual delivery times of 3-5 working days for large consignments. Nevertheless, we are doing everything we can to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible. Our logistics partner DHL is also doing everything humanly possible to cope with the massive increase in the number of shipments. We ask for your understanding that we will not be able to offer our usual fast delivery service in full again until January 7.

We took your order on 23.12.19 in the afternoon and your shipment was handed over to our carrier on the next possible working day, 27.12.19. Despite the following weekend (28./29.12) of the holidays (31.12./01.01.20), your shipment is now stored at the delivering forwarding partner in Itzehohe, almost 800 kilometers away.
They will certainly contact you on Monday (not a public holiday in your federal state!) to notify you of the delivery.

We ask for your understanding and remain with kind regards

Your nubert team

Hello dear Nubert team,
I recently ordered a pair of NuPro X-4000s.
Actually, they were only intended for the proper sound reinforcement of my office with my music collection stored on my PC.
After a really very short delivery time (despite the festive and public holidays at the turn of the year), they were connected on the first day of the new year with a certain amount of anticipation and Nubert-specific expectations.
But the very first song (Lara Fabian: Caruso) put an end to my otherwise rather technical/objective frame of mind. What came out of the loudspeakers triggered pure emotion! The X-4000s simply stood there and played the most challenging voices and instruments with the greatest precision and incredible dynamics. I have never experienced anything like it before. Although I am also the owner of an 'official' music system. music system with NuVero 170, NuVero 70, NuVero 50 and NuVero AW 17. I don't want to criticize the musicality of this system in the slightest. Quite the opposite.
But what the X-4000 gets out of this actually very compact housing is simply breathtaking. And it's fun. Lots of fun!
I've been sitting in front of these speakers for hours now, listening to and rediscovering my music collection.
For this reason, I would like to thank the entire Nubert team.
Being able to listen to music at this level is a 'real luxury' that is addictive.
This will definitely not be my last investment in Nubert technology!

Dear Nubert Team,

I sent an e-mail today with an unusual question. I wanted a nuVero 10 with a nuVero 110 look. In other words, a smaller speaker in a newer design as a custom-made product. I thought it would cost nothing to ask, but knew that it would certainly remain a wish. But what followed was a great example of how Nubert treats its customers. I was called within a very short time and they explained to me personally why this was not feasible. In a very nice conversation with Mr. Siegle, I was given reasons, experiences from previous nuVero 10 times were explained, etc.
Thank you for always showing me in this way why I should remain loyal to this great brand. In terms of price/performance, there are hardly any alternatives anyway. But the customer support, even after the purchase, is unique.
Best wishes from Pforzheim and a happy anniversary year 2020 🙂

I decided at short notice to swap my beloved A-100, purchased in 2014, for X-3000, just wanted to know if it could be even better. The speakers are used for sound reinforcement at my desk, where I also love the good sound, sometimes even louder. So, it's clearly getting better - it would be bad if there was no progress. I'm absolutely thrilled with the X-3000, very, very much better than my old A-100. And: I ordered the X-3000 on December 23rd in the morning and it arrived on December 24th! How does Nubert do that? 😬

Dear Nubert team,

I am still enthusiastic about the nuLine 334 and enjoy getting to know my CD collection every day.

BUT: I really did just assume that they were good speakers 😬. What surprised me even more positively is the excellent and direct service when things go wrong. I posted something in the forum on Sunday, whereupon a nubert employee got in touch on Sunday (!!) with some initial information. The problem was solved by Monday morning. And it was absolutely transparent and traceable at all times.
I actually can't remember the last time I saw such excellent service (if I've ever seen it before).

Merry Christmas to the entire nubert team and keep up the good work!

I have to write something here about the real "test winners" at Nubert.

The people

Without them, our loudspeakers, which we love and appreciate so much at home, would not be with us.

First of all, I would like to wish the entire Nubert team a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team? (small selection in direct contact)

Mr. Steidle, who answers my questions in the forum with words and deeds

Mr. Hennig, who made me very happy with my new A100 on NuDay via a small official channel

Mr. Reichelt, who answers technical problems and questions so competently and quickly

Mr. Kellner, who transformed the listening room into my living room in a matter of seconds

Mr. Botticella, who obligingly made it possible for me to switch from CS44 to CS174 on site and played the Nuvero 60 in my head

Mr. XYZ?? young man goods issue? brought me my 174 and also recognized me.

Mrs. Baur, who is always cool on the hot wire and knows what men want ?

Mr. Pedal... who brings technology across like an exciting story (NuHörbuch)

Mr. Siegle... who made a pin ring

Mr. Bien... who always remains linear despite fashions and acoustic short circuits

Mr. Nubert... who is like the nice uncle in the neighborhood

and everyone else at Nubert (from A-Z)

to say THANK YOU.

Last but not least, to you Mr. Bühler. Thank you.

YOU ALL LIVE THE NUBERT COMPANY WITH BODY AND SOUL

Answer from the Nubert-Team

Dear Mr. Schmadel,
Many thanks for your words of appreciation, especially on behalf of the team.
Without the hard work and muscle power of the warehouse staff and employees in logistics and technical service, the fast and flexible staff in the hotline and accounts department, the creative people in marketing, all the consultants - including those in the stores - who even in hectic times manage to provide sound in complex room situations with appropriate solutions and to assess and usually even exceed listening requirements and expectations, and of course the development department and our suppliers and external helpers -
without all these hard-working sound, music and hi-fi maniacs it would not work out like this
