The sound of the planned new TV was to be upgraded. Somehow I came across the Nubert website. Objective, clear and informative.
On closer inspection, I discovered the nuPro XS-7500 and ordered a newsletter.
That's how we found out about the HIFI Days in Leipzig in November 2019. Well then, let's go. Even my wife came along, but she didn't know why I wanted to go to Leipzig.
The 7500 was standing in the Nubert showroom, and my first thought was, "What a lump!
You'll never convince your wife.
You could tell from the colleagues who gave the demonstrations that they were fully behind the project and put their heart and soul into it. Our trust in Nubert grew.
Then it was the turn of "our" 7500. WOW!!!
My wife then sang: That's the one!
There was also the Nubi, the little advertising man.
Service: Questions before the purchase and now during commissioning by phone or email were answered quickly and competently.
We ordered the item at the beginning of December, although we knew that it would remain unused for some time.
We had a lowboard made to match the size and color of the 7500 and TV. Matt black lacquered fronts. Delivery time 5 weeks.
The decision to order the soundbar early was also the right one. The 7500 in black is currently sold out.
Now everything is in place and we are delighted with the look of our new acquisitions,
I'll try to upload another picture.
Of course, we mainly bought the soundbar because of the sound.
After a few days, I can say without reservation that we made the right decision for us (requirements are certainly very different).
When we were completing the formalities of buying the TV, a soundbar from a well-known manufacturer was playing right next to it. With the distorted sound (wrong setting?) nobody needs a soundbar, I thought. The size was estimated at 80 x 10 x 10 cm.
We don't call ourselves music freaks, but we now have a rich, clear and balanced sound, although we certainly haven't explored all the 7500's reserves yet (app). That was exactly what we wanted!
The HDMI ARC connection to the TV is a positive feature. The soundbar is controlled via the TV remote control.
Thanks to the great NUBIS!!!!!!

After years of satisfied home cinema with the older Nuwave, I recently rediscovered my love of stereo. After listening to various brands at friends' and dealers' premises, the desire for a change arose. Of course, the Nuveros, as the legitimate successor to the Nuwave series, should also get their chance and now the Nuvero 60s are in my living room:

The dynamics of the reproduction are significantly better, the liveliness as hoped for. I find the transparency and detail reproduction fantastic! It's so striking that it takes a little getting used to, but I'm happy to give in to the temptation :-)

Now, on paper, the Nuvero 60 is not quite as powerful as the older Nuwave CS-65, 3 of which I used in a homogeneous front in my home theater. However, the front is naturally cut off at the bottom of the frequency response in movie theater operation and supported by several subwoofers, so this lower power handling is not significant - but the much clearer reproduction is. Much more small details are brought out - fascinating. And a Nuvero70 joins the 60s as a center. This is exactly the quality you need in the middle of the action!

The competent and patient advice provided by Nubert deserves special mention. Here, even old treasures (Nuwave) are provided with ideas for DIY projects such as ceiling brackets with specific information (drilling depths in the cabinet).

Thanks to the whole team and please keep up the good work!

XW-700 subwoofer

Hello everyone,

I have been looking for a suitable subwoofer for my nuVero 60 for a year now.
Don't get me wrong, the nuVeros are TOP.

My idea was that the subwoofer should support the nuVero 60 at an extremely low volume. Only a few can do this, as the input sensitivity and the quality of the subwoofer are crucial.
Furthermore, it should be a downfire design.
The chassis / cones should not be visible.
It should look like a piece of furniture.

It's good that Nubert have launched the XW-700 and XW-900.

To achieve my solution, I bought 2 XW-700s.

I would like to say:
Goal achieved.
They are TOP and work perfectly with the nuVero 60.

Positive:
- The sound is excellent.
The bass is fantastic.
These subwoofers harmonize very well with my nuVero60s.
I even have to "slow them down" a bit
- Type of remote control - cell phone
- Good setting options via cell phone (with I-Phone). Especially the calibration procedure
- Workmanship
- Packaging

- Your advice was once again TOP, THANK YOU !!!

Negative:
-

Neutral:
- My user manual is from 07_2019 and with first issue error (Maybe this will be valuable one day)
- Nubi not included in the scope of delivery

Clear purchase recommendation, because these nuSub's come down damn low in their frequency - everything super.

Greetings

On the subject of "Nubi": Following the insolvency of our Nubi manufacturer, we have unfortunately been unable to supply Nubi figures for some time. We are currently discussing whether we can produce them elsewhere and have them included again in the future.

I treated myself to the combination of nuBox 483 and nuConnect ampX for a second room and am more than thrilled. The sound is incredibly good. The options on the ampX are fantastic. You can really adjust a lot here and set up the sound the way you want it. The combo is operated in a 15 square meter room. What the 483s achieve here is brilliant. The sound is convincing in both stereo and movies. If you like it, you can feel the bass. I'm already thinking about ordering a second ampX for my living room and using it to power my nuBox 683. As I've recently switched back to stereo, I'm retiring the Yamaha RX-A 3010. 😬

The ruby red NuVero45s are a design and color hit and make me want to have them - if the whole store wasn't already full of Nubis!
How about considering replacing the "golden brown" 😈 of the Nuveros with the ruby red as standard? After all, the 70s with their brown tiles and wallpaper should be over for good...
A great box for the anniversary, with many more years to come!

I bought a pair of NuPro 125 speakers, which are compact and affordable speakers with all the necessary connections. When I listen to a piano concert in my rather large living room, they are more than enough for my needs and the sound exceeds my expectations.

However, I also want to play back the TV sound via the external speakers. The reproduction of dialog in particular is often not very good with the built-in speakers; you hear too much background music, too much ambient noise and too many sound effects in feature films. The sound mix is not always optimal. With the external speakers, everything is even worse, the bass is overemphasized and the dialog is even more difficult to understand. I miss an electronic boost of the mid and high frequencies and/or an equalizer. I would also be happy to pay more for this.

The speakers are going back, I'm now going to try an SxxxxBxxx (alternative product).

Hello Mr. William,

Yes, you are addressing a major and difficult issue of sound mixing for movies. Our latest high-end soundbar, the nuPro XS-7500, has an equalizer and preset (memory locations) specially implemented for this purpose, which can be used to alleviate this problem to the maximum and generate the cleanest and best possible speech reproduction for films!

I've known Günther since the 70s of the last century when his factory was still in his parents' garage. We've been friends ever since. My last purchase was two pairs of NuPro A300s, one for my apartment in Holland for my bedroom and one for my home in the Philippines. The NuPros are great. I usually listen through my man-sized Magnepans which are bi-amped with 200W EAR mono tube amplifiers and 300W monos for bass. The Maggies can do things that the NuPros can't at a distance, but I don't miss anything in the hotspot, the resolution is top. And in the Philippines I have the best system by far. Here the guys turn up the volume, karaoke and Frank Sinatra. But if I turn up the volume I have no problems. When the limit display appears, my Philipina says turn it down, otherwise I continue to enjoy ... Dear Günther, take it easy and leave the development to your boys. We are now 70+ and have earned our retirement. Ride your bike as much as I do and eat without sugar. best regards, Jórg.

The nuLine 264 floorstanding speakers arrived yesterday after only 6 days. The workmanship and the sound are 1A. I can only recommend the speakers and have read many tests and reports in advance and am more than satisfied. I would/will do it again. I have already decided to upgrade the Marantz 5014 to a home theater.

You have really good speakers in your range
I am very satisfied with my Nuline home theater! 😬
it's really fun to watch a good movie with dolby Atmos or DTSX 😉

what I have to criticize, however, is the very limited swivel angle
with the wall brackets for the WS-14 wall speakers why don't you just make the sides of the brackets a few cm longer? then there would be enough space to turn the speakers a full 360 degrees.
This would be particularly advantageous for ceiling mounting as height speakers or on sloping ceilings.

Mfg

Answer from the Nubert-Team

Thank you for your suggestion regarding the brackets. You could make the side panels longer, but that would also mean that the speakers would stand (unsightly) further away from the wall if they are not angled. However, we will discuss the issue again - perhaps there is a better solution...
