Jo, I had already imagined something similar but the AW-880 is already the crowning glory!!! Full, powerful and simply crazy, what runs, flies, runs, drives or whatever through my living room.in connection with the T&A Criterion 130 not quite easy to adjust but I think I have it now. Super woofer and my neighbors I on the other hand and that's a good thing

hello dear Nubert-team! i've had my system running for 3 months now.(2 x 460s,2 x rs3,1 x cs3,and last but not least my baby, the aw-880.plus the receiver from kenwood-krf-8060-d)i have to say,my system is addictive, all my friends and acquaintances think the sound is just brilliant.unfortunately i'm currently renovating my living room and had to take it down. and had to dismantle the system.but in 2 weeks it'll be back in action.(i got starwars episode 2 and can't watch or listen to it)so you see,i'm suffering.ps:anyone who badmouths your speakers either has no idea about good speakers,or he hasn't looked at the price-performance ratio!on that note, keep up the good work! greetings, ralf geiger

Hello everyone, I just wanted to tell you about my experiences with this Nubert speaker, as I believe that criticism is censored in the Nubert forum. So how did I test it? I had Quadral Taurin MKIII floorstanding loudspeakers before and I used a Musical Fidelity B1 amplifier. Since I wanted to test Nubert subs anyway, I ordered the whole set. After much probing, the hotline told me that Dynaudio sounded most like Nubert. I thought that was good, as I really liked the A120 in the surround set. So I unpacked it and plugged it in - and was disappointed. To me, the speaker sounds more like Monitor Audio than Dynaudio. There are 2 switches on the back. One gives a slight bass boost, the other a treble boost and not a treble cut as I was told on the phone. And that's where my problem with the speaker lies. Trumpets sound a bit tinny, guitars also sound very metallic. Some s and sibilants are too sharp for me and that on a soft and warm sounding Musical Fidelity. If you're switching from the Quadral, that's a lot, but as there wasn't enough detail in the Quadral, a little more treble isn't generally a bad thing. But I don't like the way the Nubert plays. That may be a matter of getting used to, but my second point of criticism is even more serious for me: male voices sound very thin, they lack volume. Regardless of whether the switch is set to bass boost or not. Of course, this could also be due to the fact that the speaker has not been used for long, but it has already been used for about 15 hours, even with a lot of bass sine tones. I also noticed this with cellos and other instruments. For me, the sound is simply too thin. And before anyone says it's just my taste: I have a live CD from a band I know very well, from a concert I was at. The low male voice is definitely reproduced too thinly by the speaker. Another disadvantage: my Quadral stood 20 cm next to the TV without any problems. The Nubert floorstanding speaker has to be at least 40 cm away from the TV otherwise I have discoloration. After the negatives, which for me outweigh the negatives, there are also positives: a lot of details are reproduced - especially for this price range. The sound is quite spacious for this price range. The dynamics are good. The switch for the bass boost is quite nice, so the speaker can be adjusted to personal taste. The leaflet gives lots of tips for positioning and room acoustics - but you can also find them on the homepage. My conclusion: Nubert can't work magic either, the price-performance ratio is only slightly better than in specialist shops. If so, I would only recommend this speaker with a warm amplifier - perhaps it sounds even better with a Denon (3802, for example) than with my amplifier, as the Denon's reproduce voices quite voluminously. I would not recommend Yamaha. If you like the sound of Monitor Audio, you should order this speaker - for my part, I will probably look around in a different price range - perhaps second-hand. But I'll wait until the speaker has played for another 20 hours before sending it back, maybe something will change. But I don't think so... Just my personal experience with it.

Hello Mr. Spiegler This exact text was recently published 1:1 in the forum. This was followed by a lengthy discussion. So no censorship! Besides, you now know who is behind the truth. Really silly... Happy St. Nicholas Day and good sales, Marcus D.

Hm, there's no question of censorship. If you search for the article by Wahrheit (e.g. keywords Dynaudio and Monitor Audio), you will find the whole article and nothing has been censored. So just stick to the 'truth' ...... otherwise, as always, tastes differ!

Hello Truth (??!!) What a pity that you are making your statement anonymously. Your accusation that the forum is censored hits us hard. There is no censorship! But it can happen that you get a lot of criticism there! Unfortunately, you forgot to write which set or which speaker you were testing because of all the nagging. Never mind. In contrast to buying from a dealer, you have a 4-week right of return with us. Nobody is forcing you to keep our speakers. That's a fair deal, isn't it? Incidentally, my experience is that the truth is often a very subjective matter!

Hello everyone, I've been the proud owner of a CS 4, two RS5s and two NU-line 80s for about 4 weeks, so what else can I say, for the price there is nothing better in my opinion, so keep it up NUBERT TEAM, ps, by the way, I also had other speakers to test.

Sooo ... now that my 310s have been returned after a slight delay and a pair of 380s have taken their place, I'm completely satisfied: The NuBox 380, like the 310s, has a high-resolution and very balanced sound. Even without using the loudness function or the sound controls on the system, the bass is pleasantly full-bodied and differentiated even at low volumes. It is much more intense, but not quite as high-resolution and dry as the smaller 310. The NuBox 380 has no audible weaknesses (for us normal consumers) and is ideal as a solo speaker. All in all, a very good choice: you get the proud feeling that there are speakers on your dresser that could easily cost three times as much.

Now it's time for me to add my two cents, but I don't know what to write, everything has already been said or written several times. I can only praise Mr. Bühler and his team at the order desk, they are always competent and very friendly on the phone - you never get the feeling that they are trying to talk you into something, they really weigh things up and adapt them to your needs. On Saturday I went to Schwäbisch Gmünd with friends and had Mr. Kohler show us various speakers. Although the store was very busy, Mr. Kohler took a lot of time and explained everything in detail. Despite the hustle and bustle in the store, we were able to listen to the speakers at our leisure. Anyone who has this opportunity should definitely give it a try. Even my friend (skeptic - everything sounds the same anyway) was 100% convinced and will also become a Nuberian for Christmas. I now have the CS-150 center (brand new) and the DS-50 rear speakers incl. as surround back. The sound is simply brilliant. I'm now going to get the Nuline 100 and the AW 1000 sub. If all retailers in Germany were only half as competent and friendly as the staff at Nubert, we would all find ourselves in a shopping paradise in Germany. Now enough with the praise, just keep up the good work and you will continue to increase your customer base and fan base.

Dear Mr. Arendt-Maiwald! We are occasionally criticized for not offering Nubert products in an appropriate manner. If you have followed our brochures and advertisements over the last few years, you will also see that we have learned. But the critics always forget something: we are a direct sales company and have to actively sell with our inserts and advertisements. It's not enough to create attractive advertising that doesn't get across the fact that our products are only available directly from us. That is why our marketing should not be compared with the usual manufacturer advertising, but rather with trade advertising. We had our most unsuccessful advertising phase when one of these great agencies persuaded us to do better advertising for ourselves... You can argue endlessly about advertising. But at least our ads were voted Ads of the Year twice by Stereoplay readers. Not because they are beautifully designed, but because they scored maximum points for credibility, information content and comprehensibility!
