Thanks to the excellent HDMI ARC Cinch adapter from nubert, I was able to connect existing speakers and hi-fi amplifiers to my TV/BD set without any problems. A reliable and sustainable solution, the uncomplicated and friendly advice before the purchase rounds off the positive impression.

Dear Nubert team,

Normally I don't participate much in guest books. But in this case I can't help myself.

After a long break, I have returned to my hi-fi interests and am delighted with Nubert's products and advice. I would particularly like to emphasize the advice from Lothar Schneider. After I wanted to "spice up" my old world with new or better products, more questions arose. These were solved excellently by Lothar Schneider's very competent advice, which was always provided very quickly. Even when there were delays due to Corona, I was actively informed and kept up to date. I would like to express my sincere thanks for this.

Of course, the Nubert products are also excellent, starting with the Nubert amplifiers, the Nu Control or the Nu Connect, right through to cables etc.

I can therefore only say that Nubert has absolutely convinced me in hi-fi matters and it was certainly not my last purchase.

Topic: Noise (hissing, crackling) in the tweeters when playing piano and in the upper octaves

Problem solved: Yes

For some time now, I have been experiencing the above-mentioned noise in the tweeters.
Since I only use my X-8000 via streaming services (mainly iTunes) and AirPlay2, I was unable to pinpoint the cause of the problem.
Now Apple finally offers 'High-Res Lossless? streaming - and so today I went troubleshooting together with Nubert's technical support.
After several phone calls with the technician Andre assigned to me, we were able to identify the AirPlay2 module 'AirLino' as the cause.

Andre called me back three times within one day to discuss my concerns and solve the problem. AND THAT IS REFERENCE CLASS. Many thanks for that!


About the speakers:

I have owned speakers from a well-known company for 35 years and still use them
(but they have now had to take their place as rear speakers).
The project was to find hi-fi speakers that could take hi-fi music enjoyment and home cinema evenings to a new level.
Neutrality, no exaggeration in the bass range, clarity and expression in the mid and treble range. I started with the CS-174 center speaker to see whether the quality standards could really be achieved in my home. This was achieved 100 percent. Clear speech, clean, perfect separation of speech frequencies. Impressive. In the second step, I wanted to continue with the NuLine-284 or NuLine-334 speakers. Unfortunately, I had to realize that the projector could not reduce the image to a size that would allow me to use these speakers. But I didn't want to convert the whole room again. After contacting the competent hotline, the employee said: "Yes, we have speakers with a height of less than 75 cm, just use the CS-174 twice more". I was puzzled, but yes, that could work. So I ordered two more center speakers. "It sounds like the guitar players are in front of us, wow". Since then I have been very satisfied and would like to thank the Nubert team. Please keep up the good work!

Hello dear Nubert team!

I received my Nubox A-125 two days ago. It's already a great pleasure
They are, as always, perfectly packaged!
At this point, a big compliment to all the employees who are responsible for the development of the packaging.
packaging, you simply can't do any better!!!
Now to the Nubox A-125, I bought it for my desk because I was tired of listening to my music
I was tired of listening to my music only from the screen (loudspeaker).
The sound is simply amazing, you wouldn't expect that from these speakers in this size.
not at all. There is real volume behind them, even at higher volumes.
Simply unbeatable for this price.
Many thanks to the whole Nubert family for this brilliant loudspeaker!!!

I think it's time I said a few nice words to the entire Nubert company, its suppliers and everyone who makes the company what it is.
I'm super surprised that there is still such friendly and willing customer service at all, given the quality of the products, where some other manufacturers like to rest on their laurels.
Order placed, arrives promptly in the shortest possible time and securely packaged.A question via WhatsApp, answer comes quickly and to the point, a call to Nubert, no long waiting time, free advice and individual problem solutions, even an unusual request, which I don't want to go into any further, but which should not go unmentioned, Nubert has made fully possible for me, for the request I would have received from many other companies only a \"Sorry\"...

So here is a very big praise and thank you to the Nubert team...

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to thank you for your service and good advice. I ordered the nuBox 483, but had to change the delivery date again. This went very well. Thank you!!! The packaging of the boxes is very good. So I unpacked the speakers, set them up and connected them (Marantz Melody x). Great sound. I experimented with the bass setting and now the nuBox is set so that everyone is happy. I can only recommend Nubert. Keep up the good work.
