Many thanks for the very good service for me and my nuPro AS-250. The necessary repair to the electronics was carried out quickly and successfully and the use in combination with my home system puts a satisfied smile on my face again. Nubert is always worth a recommendation all along the line!

Many thanks for the excellent advice. I received very professional advice when making my purchase decision and I was advised to switch from more expensive speakers to the cheaper ones that suited me. As I am not an expert, I was dependent on support. I always had the feeling that I was being treated at eye level and there was always enough time available.
The boxes arrived very quickly. Great logistics! After assembly, I still had questions about the configuration, especially Athmos. A quick email was all it took and I was called and the very knowledgeable salesman gave me great help with the configuration of my existing amplifier.
I am very happy with the speakers, the sound and the effects for TV and music.
You rarely get this kind of service these days. I no longer paid attention to negotiating the last €.
Good employees should also be well paid!

Hello Nubert,

Thank you for the great support! My speakers simply didn't turn on after my vacation, even though I had disconnected them from the power supply.
Unfortunately, the return shipment ran into problems -> transportation damage by DHL. You repaired the speakers and gave me new (unbranded) housings.
Absolutely professional and friendly & customer-oriented. It's really nice to see that a company really cares. I can now enjoy the sound even more than before.

My nuPro X-6000 had fallen over and the TT and MT were defective. The service was exemplary:
Call (without a relevant waiting loop), description of the problem, competent and prompt call-out, guaranteed flat-rate repair fee, sending of the shipping package, dispatched and received the box again today: works again with the best sound quality.
For me, this is perfect and nowadays exclusive service at a high level. Just like the outstanding quality of the speakers. Highly recommended. I don't normally write reviews. Here I think it is appropriate.

A big thank you to the service from Nubert.
On 23.12 I brought my NupowerD to its knees and sent a call for help to Nubert on the same day.
This was answered on 29.12 and on 11.02 I had my power amplifier repaired and back at home.
It's great that older devices are still being repaired and therefore don't become electronic scrap.

After a lot of research, I decided on the nuCable Exklusiv loudspeaker cables as they ultimately met my expectations exactly. I wasn't expecting any miracles, but I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt delivery and the elegant packaging. But even the first few sounds dispelled all my doubts: A clear and clearly audible improvement in sound! Thank you very much for this great product.

I visited the Nubert store in Schwäbisch Gmünd and received advice on surround sound systems. In an entertaining 1.5 hours, I was shown what is important and impressively demonstrated; a real listening pleasure!

It was an empathetic and technically outstanding consultation about the performance of the Nubert speaker systems; I can highly recommend it - benchmark, 5 stars

Many thanks for the wonderful nuPro AS-3500 soundplate. Very fast delivery, top packaging, very easy to connect and a sound that is totally convincing. The easy-to-use settings for the sound modes on the remote control are also very good. The crystal-clear voice output and rich bass should also be emphasized. Congratulations on this product, which I would also recommend without reservation in terms of price/performance.

Over 20 years ago, I ordered a 5.1 speaker system from your store that I put together myself.
Now it was time to order another 5.1 speaker system that I had put together myself.
Not to replace the "old" system, which still sounds as good as on the first day, but to equip a new room with it.
After the installation, calibration and fine-tuning, I couldn't stop the corners of my mouth from turning upwards. It is simply a moving moment to hear the first sound from one of your products.

What should I list...
From the order, to the shipping, the forwarding agent, the packaging, the workmanship of the speakers, to the sound, everything is simply TOP. But the absolute highlight is the app to configure the subwoofer, you can even use it to switch off the LED, which is absolutely important in a bedroom.
I can only express my heartfelt thanks to all the employees from the warehouse to the development department.

After more than 20 years, still a fan, you do everything right.

I bought the Nupro A300 active speakers in the Duisburg showroom 9 years ago. From the super competent technical advice to the sound results at home, I am always amazed at the sound experience these speakers produce. Now, after all this time, the plug of the speaker connection cable has broken and has probably caused a speaker to retire due to some kind of short circuit. An uncomplicated call to Nubert, a very friendly top remote consultation and analysis of the problem! Solution, for 179.- Euro repair service including all shipping costs, an original box was sent to me for shipment to Nubert and within 2 weeks the speaker was back in my living room and running like ever. In the meantime, I received a confirmation of receipt, order completed and return shipment etc. by e-mail. I have never experienced such a service with a really fair and affordable overall performance, in addition to a world-class price-performance ratio in purchasing the boxes!!! And I am not related or related to Nuber!

Many thanks to the entire Nubert team, no matter when and where I can recommend you or need a new system myself, in me you have gained a regular customer who will be happy to advertise wherever he can!!!
