Many thanks for the wonderful nuPro AS-3500 soundplate. Very fast delivery, top packaging, very easy to connect and a sound that is totally convincing. The easy-to-use settings for the sound modes on the remote control are also very good. The crystal-clear voice output and rich bass should also be emphasized. Congratulations on this product, which I would also recommend without reservation in terms of price/performance.

Over 20 years ago, I ordered a 5.1 speaker system from your store that I put together myself.
Now it was time to order another 5.1 speaker system that I had put together myself.
Not to replace the "old" system, which still sounds as good as on the first day, but to equip a new room with it.
After the installation, calibration and fine-tuning, I couldn't stop the corners of my mouth from turning upwards. It is simply a moving moment to hear the first sound from one of your products.
What should I list...
From the order, to the shipping, the forwarding agent, the packaging, the workmanship of the speakers, to the sound, everything is simply TOP. But the absolute highlight is the app to configure the subwoofer, you can even use it to switch off the LED, which is absolutely important in a bedroom.
I can only express my heartfelt thanks to all the employees from the warehouse to the development department.
After more than 20 years, still a fan, you do everything right.

I bought the Nupro A300 active speakers in the Duisburg showroom 9 years ago. From the super competent technical advice to the sound results at home, I am always amazed at the sound experience these speakers produce. Now, after all this time, the plug of the speaker connection cable has broken and has probably caused a speaker to retire due to some kind of short circuit. An uncomplicated call to Nubert, a very friendly top remote consultation and analysis of the problem! Solution, for 179.- Euro repair service including all shipping costs, an original box was sent to me for shipment to Nubert and within 2 weeks the speaker was back in my living room and running like ever. In the meantime, I received a confirmation of receipt, order completed and return shipment etc. by e-mail. I have never experienced such a service with a really fair and affordable overall performance, in addition to a world-class price-performance ratio in purchasing the boxes!!! And I am not related or related to Nuber!
Many thanks to the entire Nubert team, no matter when and where I can recommend you or need a new system myself, in me you have gained a regular customer who will be happy to advertise wherever he can!!!

I had already smiled in advance: As always, when I drive past Nubert "just to have a look" because it's only a short detour from the Hockenheim route to Lake Constance, I could guess what was going to happen again. And of course, when I drove away from there, there was something in the trunk again. The XS 4000 RC, which I just wanted to have a look at and perhaps test ride, was in the trunk. In addition to the A600 (a great piece!), also a fantastic speaker and the fourth pair of speakers I have bought from Nubert. As always, I am also delighted with the service on site, the two advisors I used were excellent and competent. As always a great thing...

I purchased a NuPower a power amplifier from Nubert in July 2023. Runs great and is worth every penny. The problem over the past few
months, however, was that the corresponding fuse in the house frequently blew when I switched it on. Now I have called the company
Nubert again and was immediately told that I should install a starting current limiter upstream of the power amplifier. First I bought one from Unitec,
which is recommended in the test, but didn't help me. Then I dug deeper into my pocket and bought the Schabus ASB 120 from Amazon. After receipt
connected immediately and works great, eliminating all problems. So if you have the same problem, you now know how to remedy it.

Good communication with the service. Oh wonder, there are still companies where they speak proper German - a good feeling! Fast processing of shipping and repair at acceptable costs. There still seem to be experts at work here. That gives me hope.

It's amazing! First I was lucky and won the nuPro AS-3500 soundbar. Then gradually (not on day 1) a background noise became noticeable. As if something was vibrating. I quickly determined for myself that it must be a woofer. A defect in a device is not 100% avoidable. Especially one that is not obvious.
I wrote to Nubert Service over the Christmas period. 27.12. I was called back directly. After a brief exchange, they said: All right, we'll send you the woofer and you can replace it yourself (I had tried to keep the effort on nubert's part as low as possible and offered to replace the woofer myself).
Today 29.12., just 2 days later, the woofer had already arrived super packed by parcel delivery service.
Perfect! Replaced and now the sound is 1A again! Many, many thanks for this quick and uncomplicated solution and the nice conversation!
I'll keep the woofer as a decoration and to remind me of how well (!) the service handles it and how pragmatically it is implemented.

Bought the 8500 Soindbar in March 2023 and in December 2023 a pair of the new
nuZeo 11 with a nuXinema preAV purchased.
I would not have been able to cope with the nuZeos with the nuXinema without the technical support!!!! I had already considered returning the whole set, but then turned to the technical support. After two telephone conversations the set was up and running!
A big compliment to the two Nubert employees, friendly, competent and really trying to solve the customer's problems!!!
I have rarely received such good advice and service!!!
Give 10 out of 5 possible stars!!!
The products described above are also great!
