I would like to say thank you to the whole Nubert team. I had ordered the
Yamaha a8a also because of the good test reports. Delivery was relatively quick ,
even with prepayment. I was disappointed with the device, for whatever reason. I actually wanted the Denon 8500ha in black, but it was not available at the time.
Nubert still had a 2nd choice. I didn't really care and in exchange for my
Yamaha perfect. I sent the Yamaha back, unpacked the Denon and discovered that the cover for the battery compartment was missing. Perhaps that was the only flaw, because the Denon is great and sounds excellent. I called Nubert, a very friendly member of staff on the phone and a week later I had the remote control.

During a move, I had lost one of the four rubber pads of our legendary nuVero AW-17 subwoofer. I sent an e-mail to the Nubert contact address and they replied immediately and sent me a replacement part without any fuss. You can't get better customer service than that. No better sub either! ;)

Hello dear Nubert team,
The nuXinema preAV was delivered today, the delivery via Amazon was very fast and reliable. Since I wanted to realize a combination of stereo and multi-channel in the living room, I was missing a device that can combine conventional wired speakers and active wireless speakers into a multi-channel system. Now it is possible, so thank you for this great product with its numerous configuration options. A clear recommendation to buy. The pre AV is now connected to the two AVM Ovation 8.3 mono power amplifiers, which drive the Dali Kore as front LS. The Nubert nuPro XS-6000 RC I bought today now act as surround rear speakers. This makes home theater really fun without having to install countless speakers in the living room. And if necessary, I can also roll the XS-6000 RC out of the living room, as I'm going to modify it so that it can be rolled out. That way, the technical look in the WZ won't get out of hand. I have owned a Nupro AS-3500 and a NuGo for a few weeks now.
Let me put it this way " Art comes from skills ".
You guys are guys.
What a relief - this sound.
Thank you.
Sometimes I can't believe what comes out of these devices with my eyes closed.
Then I open my eyes and am still amazed at how small the sounds are at the beginning.

Anyone thinking about investing in nubert loudspeakers should know that they will benefit from an exhilarating listening experience every day. Installation is simple, so it's not worth mentioning. The design is pleasing to the eye. And if a question should ever arise, the fast and professional nubert service is a pleasure. Anyone who thinks this is a sponsored article is mistaken. No - we bought everything regularly from nubert. Namely: two nuPro X-4000 RC
active hi-fi/studio loudspeakers with matching elegant stands and a nubert nuSub XW-900 premium active subwoofer. We listen to music almost every day and have also connected the system to our TV. A single remote control is all we need. And the speakers can also be easily configured via the app on your cell phone. A real feast for the eyes and ears.

Top customer service. My speakers were making strange cracking noises. Mr. Steeb from Nubert very patiently tried to solve the problem by emailing me several times. When this failed, I was offered the opportunity to send in the speakers.
The repair and processing was quick and accommodating.
This is my idea of customer service.

Hello dear Nubert team,

I would like to thank you once again. I ordered the nuLine RS-54 on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday. Insanely fast shipping. Absolutely top. Now to the nuLines. I wanted to add the Atmos LS to my current nuLine setup. What can I say. The speakers are amazing, the sheer size alone when you unpack them, uff. The 284s are a whole lot bigger. The sound extension is awesome. The already gigantic sound of the 284 becomes even bigger and for movies this is an absolute dream. Thank you very much for these great LS. Hello Support Team, it took me a long time to decide on the Nuvero 60 in blue. The speed of delivery is unprecedented ordered today delivered tomorrow, top. Full of anticipation, I unpacked the parcels and what can I say about the quality of workmanship, the look of the Nuvero in blue is just great. After connecting and testing my favorite numbers for the first time, I am simply speechless at what comes out of the bookshelf speakers, despite my not very powerful amplifier. The replacement will take place soon ;-)) The sound image can be adjusted quite easily to the ambient conditions using the toggle switches. In short, a decision that I have absolutely no regrets about - quite the opposite. Many thanks Jürgen H.

Perfect service from Mr. Steeb.
I had a technical problem with my Nubert loudspeakers.
After several emails and a very patient employee, the speakers were repaired very obligingly.
This is how I imagine good service.
I can only recommend the Nubert company.
