About two weeks ago I ordered an AW-880 (2nd choice - barely visible dent), which arrived on my doorstep within two working days.
Unfortunately, the device didn't work properly, but as the packaging looked a bit battered, the defect could be due to the rough handling by the parcel service. => I called Nubert and was immediately put through to an extremely competent member of staff who was able to quickly identify and explain the fault based on my description and specific questions.

In addition to the free return and immediate repair, I was also offered a complete replacement of the device. Two days later I received the UPS ticket and after a further four working days the subwoofer was delivered with the replaced power amplifier.

Conclusion:
Exemplary service!

PS: I don't need to say anything more about the sound of the AW-880... 😉

About six weeks ago I ordered an AW-550 subwoofer from Nubert after extensive telephone consultation and I have to say that I am not only impressed by the service, but also and above all by the device!

This beautiful speaker does exactly what I had imagined - to complement the sound of my B&W 705 \"unnerum\" compact loudspeakers, which I love, no, to substantiate it with all\' the low-frequency information that I know from the concert hall, the jazz club, the church, but could not find at home. The music seems bigger, richer, warmer and more credible, precisely because I managed (after a few helpful phone calls with the Nubert experts) to set up and adjust the sub in such a way that you can't actually hear it yourself. It sounds paradoxical, but that's exactly how it is: when the AW-550 is switched on, you think \"well, the bass extension isn't that spectacular\", but when you switch it off, the sound appears weak-chested and thinned out. So quickly switch it on again! And my family is happy too: while dad can now enjoy classical music and jazz much more authentically, the little ones turn the AW-550's frequency and volume control to the right and then really let rock and hip-hop rip... A great purchase that I can recommend to every lover of good monitor speakers, because it gives you a universal playback system for relatively little money.

Plus the perfect support on the phone: the Nubert experts are never in a hurry, they are always patient and understanding. I would particularly like to mention that they don't dumb you down with high-end voodoo, as is unfortunately the case in many specialist stores: no profound lectures on cable, plug and power line sound, no disgust or at least pitying smiles at the customer's other equipment, in short: no off-putting snobbery! Instead, credible advice, genuine enthusiasm, a personal approach. Thanks to everyone!

If I ever need speakers again, I will go straight to the Nubert homepage.

Until then, best regards

Your highly satisfied customer

After my studies (4 semesters Surround/Audiophiles; only for redesigning a very special rooftop studio - before that already more than 20 years audiophile ....and more):
The result!

Less is more!
This is not a tip - but the optimum for all those who do not want to invest more than 2500 ? and want to be happy with Burmester and Co. investors:

Panasonic SA-XR70
Panasonic DVD-S97
connected via HDMI -
then:
2 x nubox 310 (very good)
1 x nubox cs 330 (good)
2 x nubox rs- 300 (underrated - really great!)
1 x nubox aw-880 (extremely important and properly used, one horizon more))

The cinema continuation....dasProjekt has been stopped for the time being...

Listening to music has priority! Old Stereoplay highlights suddenly make sense! Don't be afraid of the bass button - Panasonic has obviously also considered old records. and the nuboxes also understand it.... a completely new dimension! Digital throughout without losses - right up to the socket. Nubert has an excellent command of the conversion to analog - that extends to this interface.
I love my analog ears and don't want to be networked the rest of the way. I don't have a digital connection in my head either - how could I - without an HDMI socket in my neck...

... and then:

Do you really want more?

Unfortunately - dear Nubert team - I can no longer recommend... Sorry - the rest is a question of marketing and taste, intermediate solutions right up to the high-end speakers - really! You're too good - I mean already with the nubox! The rest are nuances - admittedly - also very important for many analog/audiophile ears - but:
Even in a 90 square meter room, the meter speakers are no longer so audiophile - quite simply - the analog connection via luff and ear becomes very long - and goes many ways. If the volume increases, this is of course relative. For \"quiet and want to hear everything\" this is an argument for setting up an acoustic cozy corner - alla: see above.
Think of the cable discussion - it's completely superfluous here - there are many more influences in the room than just the power through cables. And entire articles are written about this in magazines....
Live at one stage it blows our minds - but can we get it all home? Not quite - but almost - when I think of my living room installation...only the people are missing - and the bad sound is better than in the stadium - or live - wasn't it better...?

The electronics: Oh yes - the bolides alla DENON; Onkyo, Yamaha - they are also only good - in a large environment.....->s.o. even if the fans protest here - of course they are also great at low volume - but the air has to be moved across the track - or within the acoustic 20 m2 cozy corner - but do you want a bolides for that.....

To all fans: ...a Posche can also just drive - but it differs significantly from the Golf in this way ...unfortunately this effect no longer occurs so vehemently when enjoying audiophile music - because you can already get the kick below the Golf class ...

I'm sticking with it:

Less is more -

I'll start listening to music now!
...finally the way I've always imagined it....

Thank you Nubert team!

Greetings Ralf

Hello, I've had the ATM module for my Nuline 30 for 2 weeks now and I have to say: it really knocks your socks off!!! Even without the module, the \"small\" is already very good, but with it, it's unbelievable what comes out of it! I've heard a lot of speakers and systems, but this speaker with the module is by far the best I've heard, up to about 6 times the price(!!!). It is simply unbelievable how this combination performs, musical, never annoying, high-resolution and absolutely coherent. Of course, the vast majority of dealers try to denigrate the incredible capabilities of your speakers, but that's quite obvious, because then they won't be able to sell their, in contrast to your speakers, excessively overpriced boxes; except to absolutely incorrigible people who believe that only expensive is good! But you are proving the exact opposite! With the very best regards

UNBELIEVABLE!!!... how is such a thing possible - and at this price - ... I'm a real HIFI fanatic, musician and .... from CANTON Karat to B&W... Now I've found the perfect speakers. My brother ordered them straight away.
Such transparency... I've only ever heard something so balanced in the studio.
Many thanks to the developer of these more than ingenious speakers-a marvel....
The NUBI must be crazy!!!

We've had our AW 1000 for a few days now and we love it. But I think the neighbors hate us now because we listen to even more music than usual - and occasionally a bit louder ... 😬 You have to test out what you have.

We didn't have a Kruscht before, but a home-made subwoofer, which was bigger than our fridge and a bit old after 20 years. Science has also made progress in the last two decades, so it was time for something new. And if you tinker with the devices yourself, you just can't get it as perfect as a professional who specializes in such things and is equipped accordingly.

Hubby says that as soon as our bank account has recovered from the shock - something clever costs money - we\'ll be back for more. The neighbors are already shaking ...

Hello, the second one.

Yesterday I connected the AW-1000 and after ten minutes I realized that I was going to keep it.
An absolutely brilliant subwoofer. The woofer is fast, precise and dry. Hormonizes very well with the horns.
So keep up the good work.

Greetings

Hello NSF team,

I am delighted with the speed of delivery and the service provided by the hotline. Thank you for the AW-1000.
When I get home I'll plug it in and see how it copes with my Jericho horns.
More on this in the next post.

Best regards

Dear Nubert team, only GOOD things from me too, except for two points.
It took just 28 hours from placing the order on Monday, May 9, 2005 to the arrival of the nuLine30 in Bochum on Tuesday (order in my partner's name). World record????
I am very satisfied with the workmanship of the speakers. The sound of the speakers is simply great for me. I have listened to several speakers from other manufacturers and can say that it is difficult, almost impossible, to find anything comparable in this price range. If at all, you have to invest a lot more. Even my high-end colleague was surprised at the sound quality of the speakers, and that's saying something. (Old grumbler)
On the point mentioned above, why is there no branch of yours in the Ruhr area? I would also like to hear other products from you. A one-way trip to you is about 480 km. Simply too far for a day trip. The other point, why are your speakers supplied with "sheet metal bridges" and not with cable bridges, when you can read in almost every trade journal that these are better suited for additional sound enhancement.
That's enough, I would be grateful for an answer regarding the cable bridges.
Kind regards from the Ruhr area, Heinz.
Ps. The speakers will stay where they are, in Bochum
