I recommended the XS-7500 to my neighbors. However, they didn't want to wait until delivery started and ordered the AS-450. We put it into operation today.
The players are a record player, a TV and a Bluesou. Vault.
I have to say, apart from the usual really great sound of a nuPro when playing music, the AS-450 is a monster. It looks so harmless. Far from it.
A quick listen to Ice Age. The whole floor shook. Bom-bass-tastic!

NuVero 70

Hello dear community of music listeners, now I'm sick too.... the Nubert virus has caught me "full". Two nuVero70s in stereo mode have done it to me and at least as well the customer service, which has been mentioned over and over again. It doesn't really exist these days.... unless you come into direct contact with this disease-prone company ;-).... then you really are hopelessly lost. Even if something goes wrong (which unfortunately happened with my order), it is still turned into something positive. On the advice of the very, very friendly and competent Nubert employee, I had pointed out when ordering that the tweeter and midrange drivers of a 70 must be turned before shipping (away. Stereo mode/vertical mode .... the 70 is otherwise also designed as a center). When I unpacked the loudspeakers on Friday (which was a pleasure just because of the way they were packaged), I was delighted with the quality. Here, too, the quality was unprecedented), I was a little disappointed: Nubert had sent me two speakers with the same tweeter/midrange arrangement for stereo operation. I then called Nubert at noon on Friday.... and - I'm still completely speechless - the next day (!), on Saturday afternoon, I had the speakers with the correctly rotated tweeters/midrange drivers on my doorstep..... Mr. R., just give me a big hug! Then I calibrated and adjusted the speakers / AVR receiver until late at night.... and went to bed a little disillusioned and completely exhausted, contrary to my expectations. Despite hours of trying, the listening result was well below my expectations. Next day, the hearing maniac can't sleep in anyway. I tried again and re-calibrated the receiver with a microphone. The result: UNBELIEVABLE. Actually, I still have no words for what I hear (and see). I really had more than just a lump in my throat. Nu(bert) but enough. It was an error of judgment on my part.
I simply say THANK YOU for this wonderful time that I can now look forward to!!! .... that YOU have made possible. Stay healthy everyone and keep doing this great job..... Your sick, future permanent patient Frank O.

If customer friendliness, service philosophy, price/performance and quality had a common name, it would be NUBERT:

I am the proud owner of 5 nuLine WS-14 speakers and a nuLine AW-600 subwoofer and would buy this set again in a heartbeat, even after 6 years of use. Because when such small speakers deliver such a bombastic sound at any volume and for any genre of music, it's really something special. I can't even think about how the larger speakers would sound.

However, this entry is not about the speakers, but about one of the best services I have ever had: my subwoofer was damaged by a voltage fluctuation in the power supply. Even after replacing the blown fine-wire fuse, the device could no longer be put back into operation.

So I phoned Nubert Service to find out whether it was still worth repairing. After a few questions from the competent contact person, the answer was yes. I was recommended a flat rate repair for around EUR 210. This flat rate includes an empty transport box to Switzerland with all the documents needed to send the defective device back to Nubert by courier. As soon as I have paid the amount, the device will be repaired and then sent back to me.

As I wanted to make further clarifications beforehand, I did not start the order immediately. After 2 weeks, I called again and wanted to explain that I had a defective subwoofer, which I wanted to have repaired at a flat rate? I didn't have to finish explaining, the case was already pending at Nubert, I just had to activate the order!

The next day!!! the empty box was already delivered! As promised, it came with a return label, the shipping/customs documents and a detailed explanation of how to proceed. So I was able to have the courier service pick up the subwoofer a day later for transportation to Nubert!

Due to this super-fast service, I had to expect that the repaired device would be delivered back exactly during my vacation absence. I therefore informed Nubert that if possible and in the event that the subwoofer had already been repaired by then - there was no rush - it should be delivered the day after my return.

This also worked to Nubert perfection: the repaired unit was delivered by courier the day after my vacation!!! By the way, we are talking about a delivery across the border. Awesome! (probably also from the courier service.)

The subwoofer is like new again. Thanks to the subsequent repair report, I also know that the standby power supply was defective and has been replaced.

Such top performance and competence is very rare these days. For these and other reasons, I recommend Nubert to anyone who mentions (new) loudspeakers.

My nuLine set has recently been completed: Front nuLine 264, Center nuLine CS 174, Rear RS 54, and (here without rating) my nuBox 991 subwoofer, which is already a few years old.
At first I didn't want to write anything in the guestbook, as Nubert customers express remarkably little criticism. But there will be good reasons if everyone is satisfied, and I am.

The switch to nuLine was made from English speakers, first with center and rears, then, because I was enthusiastic, also with the front speakers. You can't tell that the nuLine 264s have less than half (!) the volume of my previous front speakers. Simply incredible! Tonally very harmonious with the CS 174, whose bass switch is set to 'lowered' because it has a bass volume that is enormously surprising, even given its considerable size. The CS 174 and 264 go very well together in terms of sound. The front and center in particular have a high acoustic resolution, a very precise and direct sound and a strong punch. Initial concerns as to whether the size of the center speaker would be acceptable were quickly resolved. Only 15 cm high and not too deep in a horizontal position, it hides its dimensions discreetly under the TV. It was the decision to go for the CS 174 that made the biggest difference to the home cinema.

The RS 54s are also tonally in tune with accepted compromises to large base speakers. Thanks to their size and angled baffle, they solve the previous problem of hardly being able to use any rear speakers in the room in question. They don't offer a bass foundation, but clear highs, good vocal reproduction and a good sound panorama, even if the placement is not optimal. Thanks to their stylish design, they look good and unobtrusive when wall-mounted. An aspect that should not be underestimated!

The same applies to all my nuLines: Paint application and craftsmanship quality * perfect * , top design, very suitable for living rooms. Fast shipping, very good packaging - be careful not to reach into the corrugations when lifting out! The overall investment was not a small one, but well worth it. And even if it's not always just about the money, you can't get anything better for the price. The rest is down to personal taste, which fortunately is different for everyone.

More color options would be desirable, such as the previously available cherry wood, or combination options for the front grille (free choice of white or black). Unfortunately, this is not available on request. However, I like the speakers as they are now and won't be giving them away any time soon.

We have often explained in the nuForum why we can no longer fulfill requests for more color variations and grille replacements. In the end, even we have to think and act economically...

A pair of NuPro X-4000 and a pair of AW-1100 with which I form a 2.2 system. Music and movies - simply fantastic! I really enjoy the sound. Sounds incredibly good. It was definitely not a mistake to go for 2.2 instead of the X-8000 directly 🙂 They would have been more critical in my setup.

The 2nd subwoofer has given a much bigger improvement than expected. Now I even separate the X-4000s at 80 or 100 hertz and have even more pleasant mid-range tones.

The A-300 and A-600 from my parents are also great.

I finally bought the Center CS-44 in walnut. The workmanship is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the sound. What really impressed me was the bass. It's not intrusive and doesn't hum when you turn up the volume. I didn't know that a center was so important for voices. There's no comparison at all with my 20-year-old center.

The fact that you only sell your products directly, i.e. without intermediaries, is what makes it possible for you to offer top-quality loudspeakers at very fair prices. In this way, you also enable customers with smaller wallets to listen to music at the highest level. Your products and your service are absolutely outstanding, but your corporate philosophy is also anything but self-evident and I would simply like to say THANK YOU for that.
If there was an "Oscar" in consumer electronics - you would have deserved it!
I just had to get that off my chest...

Dear Nubert Team,
My order arrived yesterday (Marantz Melody X and 2 Nuline 244). Speakers and amplifier set up and connected. I am simply thrilled with the dynamics and volume produced by the Nuline244 in combination with the amplifier.
Thanks again for the great advice over the phone and especially for the test listening in the Duisburg studio.

After my 'small' X3000 NuPros had convinced me in the kitchen, I treated myself to a couple of 8000s for the living room. What can I say? Both speaker types are a dream (resolution, impulsiveness, haptics!, freedom from noise + bass). With the 8000s, the big storm comes when you let them off the leash. Wow, they have presence, unbelievable. AWESOME. Never again subwoofers ;-)
Even after weeks of listening, the enthusiasm is always present.

Dear Nubert Team,

Today I would like to leave my feedback in the guestbook.
Since [xxx] and [xxx] never really convinced me, I was looking for a better alternative and came across the Nubert brand on YouTube. Some time later, I was already in the store in Schwäbisch Gmünd and was able to convince myself personally of the sound wonders from Nubert. And so I had my first pair of speakers from the NuBox series in my living room. And they have completely convinced me and since a few days my series is complete.
