Hello dear music lovers and Nubis,
As an old Nubert customer for 35 years (Pyramid 707D !), I picked up my nuPyramide 717 omnidirectional speaker in person on June 22, 2018.
I already had the chance to listen to them at the nudays last fall.
It was "love" at first sight, or rather after the first note.
I "only" had to convince my lovely wife, but she shows a lot of understanding for my expensive hobby.
So now the circle is complete.
Placed in my music room at home after a music friend had picked up my nuvero 14 the day before, I was left open-mouthed after a mere 2 seconds when I played my reference track ("Beat" by the Tingvall Trio).

I'm used to a lot (e.g. from the HighEnd in Munich), but I hadn't expected this.
I've never heard the low-frequency musical impulse at the start of the piece like this before.
Everything else is self-evident.
This unbelievable power, dynamics and composure, with a simultaneous
filigree fine detail and extreme spatiality in depth and width, can perhaps only be found in very few super-expensive luxury speakers!
I have already listened to some of my favorite or reference pieces of music (e.g. "Natsukashii" by the Helge Lien Trio or music titles by e.s.t ) and can only underline my impressions once again.
Everything sounds natural, especially vocals and acoustic pieces of music.

Nubert has done it again, made me happy and given me a bit of quality of life.

Hello dear Nubert colleagues,

I'll keep it short...
I've had my Nupro A 300 for 2 years now. I use it for PC and at my desk 🙂
I can't describe it but the sound is out of this world...........
I've also listened to studio speakers a lot (really because my colleague needs something like this for work) but even he was amazed at how clear and lifelike they come across.
ps. For people who say the bass is totally exaggerated or inaccurate, this is called the lower bass frequency, which sounds like this, you noobs 😉 the louder a bass sounds but at the same time you don't feel anything on your body, the cheaper or higher the frequency is...

Dear Nubert people. I have been the proud owner of the Nuvero 110 (previously NuBox 511) since June 12, 2018. After installation and connection and the first test listening, I can only say that the sun has risen in my living room. Deep bass combined with a high degree of neutrality blew me away. (My equipment: Vincent SA-T7 and Vincent SP-20, Advance Acoustic CD player, Pro-ject turntable). I suddenly hear details from my vinyl records that I didn't hear before. I am completely thrilled. 😂 😂

The last time I went to one of the two stores for a listening test was in 2006, when I received excellent advice from Mr. Hutter, which ultimately led to the purchase of two nuLine 120s, a nuLine AW-1500 and two DS 50s, which are still performing to this day.
Last year I was once again at the Highend in Munich and was amazed at the performance of the nuVero 170s on display. After hearing the nuVero 170s again this year at the Highend, I decided to travel to Aalen and compare them with the other Nubert speakers in the listening studio. Thanks to Mr. Schneider's excellent advice, it quickly became clear that it should and had to be the nuVero 170.
Paid for, packed into the car (the car should have a 2m long loading area), set up at home on my own (this is possible with a little technology), connected up and enjoyed the quality of the speakers.
What a sound experience? albeit with a little input from the Yamaha RX-A3070.

Many thanks once again to Mr. Schneider for the great support in making the decision. The 2nd listening studio, in which the 3 different nuVero pairs were placed, made the difference in the sound quality of the speakers obvious.

Field report nuPro A-700

The nuPros A-700 have been with me for almost six weeks now. Delivery and commissioning went smoothly. Then I switched them on and was quietly disappointed. The treble was far too harsh and over-present. So I lowered the treble by 2Db. Better!
I then left the speakers running non-stop for two full days just on the TV. I also set the treble back to normal. In any case, the speakers sounded very good on the TV.
The treble became much more pleasant, the Hires recording 'There's a Time' by Doug MacLeod, played with Roon via the Bluesound Node 2. Fantastic! As if they had just dropped by to play for me in my living room. Change of fingering, the plucking of the strings, the voice, pure goose bumps!
Then some classical music, the Quartetto di Cremona has recorded all of Beethoven's string quartets on eight CDs in fantastic quality, which are also available as hiresfiles from Audite. I selected the third movement of the String Quartet in A minor Op. 132 No. 15 from Part V and listened to it. Here too, with my eyes closed, I couldn't shake off the feeling of being in the same room as the quartet.
The instruments are reproduced in all respects as naturally, vividly, crystal clear and in the right dimensions and timbres as if you were listening to a live concert rather than a recording.
I could give many more examples here, but what the speakers deliver on the digital side is sensational!
But there is also the analog input of the speakers - does it meet my requirements? This is particularly important for me. Because I don't want to digitize my record collection (approx. 1700 LPs and counting). With records, I can celebrate listening to music and I want to keep it that way. I connected my Kuzma Dreher with Benz Glider L via the Lehmann Black Cube SE right from the start.
First records that I know inside out. The Grumiaux ? Trio recorded all of Mozart's string quintets, of which record 3 with the String Quintet No. 5 in D major KV 593 is on the turntable. From the very first bar, the cello on the front right gives me goose bumps! Brilliant!
The live atmosphere is also here, and yet something is missing, difficult to describe, but I had the feeling that I was sitting a little further away from the action and missed some of the clarity that I heard in the digital recordings. The localization sharpness was also not quite as good in comparison. But on the whole I was very satisfied. I then listened to it again and again for over two weeks, compared with digital, but I was disappointed.
There's still more to it! Could it be that the Lehmann didn't quite do the speakers justice?
So I bought the Goldnote PH10, plugged it in and played it in.
Then I played the String Quartet in A minor Op. 132 No. 15 again, but this time on the 2nd side of the LP from DG with the Lasalle Quartet.
WOW! Bingo! Yes, analog works! And how!
As if PH10 and A-700 belong together! Like one piece!
When I then set up the Lyra Delos pickup, my audiophile analog Elysion was perfect!
Tone colors, naturalness, clarity, live-like quality, bass foundation, stage representation, localization sharpness, simply everything and across all styles, simply incredible! Violins show body, violas too, but are not blown up into cellos, big orchestras sound like big orchestras.
Electropop by Yello, terrific! From the bass from the deepest cellar to the highest heights, everything is clear as a bell.
Jazz, blues, be it Norah Jones, Helge Lien, Kari Bremnes or the fantastic LP 'Monty Alexander solo' by Jeton. It's as if you've made yourself comfortable on the stool right next to Monty at the grand piano.
Or ?Nightbird? by Eva Cassidy. As if you were right in the middle of the live recording and Eva?s voice sings straight into your heart. Or John Lee Hooker?s ? it serve you right to suffer? in the 45rpm edition of Impulse! I have so much more to write!
No, I don?t miss my good old speakers, which served me very well for many years.
The fact that with the nuPro A-700 you don't just get 'loudspeakers' but also superb pre and power amplifiers makes the price even more incredible.
I listened to a lot of speakers, active and passive, beforehand. I couldn't find anything under 10K Euros that could hold a candle to the A-700.
To summarize, I can say that the A-700 speaker is a paragon of neutrality. What comes in goes out, without make-up and without filters. Bad in = bad out, brilliant in = brilliant out! This is independent of style. But this doesn't just mean the software but

Hello to the Nubert team,

I have been using the Nuline 32 for 5 years now - mainly for music but also partly for TV - and the sound is still good.
The Nuline 264 has now become the "acoustic extension" of the living/dining area. I've had the speakers for a good week now and can only say:
Everything is very convincing: service, shipping, packaging, workmanship, appearance and especially the balanced sound!

It was the right decision and we are really enjoying it.

My greatest compliments to your branch in Aalen and explicitly to Mr. Schatz. The advice was great. I had come here with the idea of buying a 5.1 system, but it turned out to be a top stereo system. Ultimately for the same salary, but now with far better components. Mr. Schatz instinctively knew how to advise me and give me the right things. The Cambridge CXA80 in combination with the NuLine 334 are a real delight in my living room. I wonder how I was able to listen to music at all before, because it's definitely on a different level now. Whether I'm listening to "La Traviata" (I think I'm sitting in a concert hall!!!! Wonderful), or my son turns on his "Gangsta Rap" (the bass goes through my stomach!!!)..... I am equipped for everything!
I have never received such good advice and will continue to turn to you with confidence.

At some point, all of us hi-fi fans have reached the point where we have the time and money to buy a system "for life".

At my young age of 26, as is so often the case with young people, I first bought small, cheap 2.1 speakers from one of the big electronics stores. Then later perhaps an "expensive" Logitech in the double-digit range. Then, when you think you want to go upmarket, many probably went to Teufel. In fact, my savings were ready to go back to Teufel.

Until I came across Nubert in some forums - a manufacturer I had never heard of. Direct sales and the much-mentioned "honest" and "neutral" rang all my bells. A short time later I had various speakers from different Nubert series at home (apologies again to the logistics team for all the returns!). The crowning glory was to be the NuVero 60, which integrated perfectly into my room both acoustically and visually as a 4.0 system. With two AW-600 subwoofers, they are also perfectly rounded off at the bottom and offer me every detail on a platter (4.2). Movies, music and even gaming are now a new, almost eerily immersive experience. And there's never a moment when you feel like you've made a compromise. I think a lot of technical effort is required to justify an upgrade from this system to a "better" system. And I doubt that this could happen at a competitive price.

All in all, a huge compliment to the entire Nubert team. You have a new fan.

P.S. I haven't yet been able to turn the level up so high that the internal fuses blow without destroying my ears 🙂 .

Hello to all infected and interested parties!

In April, I went to the Duisburg show and hearing studio with my brother. It's a very important location for us, as it's just over 1 hour away.

The reason was to compare the nuLine 284, which my brother had already selected in advance, with various other floorstanding loudspeakers.

When it comes to HIFI and the like, I'm very happy to help and advise him (I've been doing this for a good 35 years). It's a lot of fun for me, it's as if
putting together a new system myself.

I myself have owned a nuBox set since 2011, which I operate with tuning measures such as ATM module, acoustic optimization of the listening room and the like and I wouldn't want to do without it anymore.

During the test, the nuLine 284 clearly proved to be very convincing for us. Even in direct comparison with the nuVero 110, which also impressed with its
sound, the high level at which the nuLine 284 performs with its very own
nuLine 284 plays with its very own charm. So the choice was clear for my brother.

I was so happy for my brother that at first I didn't even realize what was going on in my head.

It wasn't until two days later that I realized I was constantly thinking about the nuVero 110. The initial realization "GREAT SPEAKER" turned into a "WANT TO HAVE", which then ended in an unbearable "HAVE TO HAVE".

I wasn't looking for anything new at all, that's never happened to me before. I thought back and forth for a long time, but the little man in my ear won out in the end.

Yes, and now here they are, "DIE WAHRHAFTIGEN", not only delighting me with their discreetly proportioned aura, but also spoiling me with their incredibly confident performance. A dream!!!

I just spontaneously ordered a pair of the high-end line for testing and was immediately amazed at the sound that can be heard from such small speakers, the bass struck me first and then over time the crystal clear sound.
I'm talking about the nuvero 30, of course.
Close to the wall, powerful bass, in stereo as I like it.
You are literally "blasted" by the speakers (wow effect).
Well, if you want beautiful pieces of furniture, I think Nubert is the right choice.
I ended up with the 110s.
To say something about the sound is actually always individual and difficult, I personally find the Nuveros have an EXTREMELY controlled crisp but soft (you have to like it) bass with "contour", by which I mean that spatial information is also reproduced in the lowest frequencies. That's my experience.
I now confidently leave out a subwoofer and don't miss anything, even in home theater.

and the customer service at Nubert, it's just fun.
There are also enthusiastic hi-fi enthusiasts on the phone who can give you very professional advice.
