I have to mention that again. No matter what I ordered from
Nubis, it was delivered promptly. And in case of
delays, I was informed by e-mail. So from my side there have never been any problems with information,
delivery and payment. The service is simply 1A and almost incomparable. And such individual cases are just part of it. These can certainly be counted on 1 hand.
Best regards

Dear Mr. Gypser!
We really try to offer the best customer service. However, if something goes wrong with UPS or Swiss Post, unfortunately we cannot change that. In your case, delivery is probably particularly difficult. However, I don't know of any parcel service that calls in advance. And sending the parcels by courier would be unaffordable. Maybe you should put a note on the door: \"Please ring long / please ring at neighbor Meier's / please call, shout....
I hope it works out after all...
And have fun with the boxes...

hi guys,

I would love to join the previous speakers and praise nubert's customer service, which is certainly very good, to the skies. that would mean that i would be sitting at home listening to my music, completely enraptured by the quality of the nubert speakers.
unfortunately this is not the case...
as delivery is not that easy where i live (there is no intercom system), i pointed out several times when i placed my order that i should be informed somehow so that i could get in touch with ups to arrange the whole thing. well, as the whole thing is taking quite a long time now, i called nubert today to find out why i hadn't been informed yet. it turns out that the speakers were with me today at 10.45 today. of course the man couldn't come in. if i had been informed beforehand, as discussed, it wouldn't have been a problem. now i have to organize someone to wait for the speakers tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, as i don't have the time. so enough of my ramblings. i'm pretty disappointed. everything is slowly becoming very tedious and cumbersome. i must have made a mistake at the cash desk, as the only one...

i hope my next entry is characterized by raving about your boxes...!

greetings, sebastian.

Dear NSF

I can only agree with the previous speaker, Mr. Warnecke.
This is first-class service and customer proximity.

Thank you very much for this opportunity to experience it!!!

Greetings

Customer service at nubert?
Exemplary!
A number of customers were also invited to the company's 30th anniversary (nuFeschd).
Among other things, they were given an insight into the nuFactory, a kind of "factory tour", and new product presentations.
Extensive testing and questions were allowed and encouraged.
The requests were registered very attentively.
The subsequent party had a very informal atmosphere - you were simply included.
For me, this is a form of customer care and loyalty that is exemplary!
Thank you!

Hello Nubert team,

I received my ordered 380 speaker set including the 440 sub in a very short time (unfortunately without the 310 rear speakers - delivery problems).
delivered. However, the speakers are already an absolute stunner in stereo mode with a DENON 2105. My admiration and thanks to the team for the TOP quality!
Best regards

I was also in Aalen on 06.01.05 (Three Kings). I come from Thuringia:
The next day I had more luck. Many thanks to Nubert\'s employees. The AW 1000 / AW 7 demonstration was great. I'll take the big one.

Hello Nubertteam,
I've been thinking about buying a new set of speakers for my home theater and stereo for a while now, so I decided to start looking. Here at Lake Constance, you only have the choice between discounters and expensive hi-fi studios. The set had to sound good in stereo and home cinema, with the emphasis on stereo. The current set consisted of a pair of Lua 3/3D, a Canton AV 700 center and two Heco plastic Rears130. It should sound as good in stereo as the Luas (price 1992 DM 3500,-) even if they were already older (we are already spoiled). They should no longer be floorstanding speakers, but all compact speakers, look nice and and and... The target price was around 1200 euros. After a lengthy tour of various stores, Infinity, Canton and Wharfedale were among my favorites. Teufel and Nubert were also among my favorites, although I only had previous experience with Teufel. Since Teufel was unable to deliver, the only other option was you. So I ordered the 380 Set1 on Sunday lunchtime. An inquiry on Monday lunchtime revealed that the 310 rears might not be delivered at the same time due to delivery problems. No matter, the main thing was stereo. Tuesday at 2.30 p.m. UPS was at the door with the complete set and helped carry it in. Respect!
So, old speakers in the corner, new ones on the stands, on the TV and on the wall. Everything wired together (Harman AVR2000, now Denon AV 1804). I had already obtained the installation and connection instructions from the Internet.
Well, I was a bit disappointed with stereo right away :. After a few attempts with sub positions and speaker placement, the whole thing sounded better. After a few days of trial listening, it got even better. But you shouldn't compare apples with oranges. When I compare the price of my floorstanding speakers from 1992 with the price of this system today, I have to say that it sounds great. Very precise, very clear, very deep, very spacious, maybe I had to get used to the new sound. Even without the sub, the two 380s now sound really mature. I think they're on a par with the Luas. In surround mode, however, I was blown away. No comparison with my mixed set. What was going on in the living room was sensational! All the DVDs from The Matrix to Lord of the Rings finally sounded just as I had imagined. The sound is simply the way it should be. Of course, this extremely good subwoofer deserves special mention. Now that I've treated myself to a new receiver (see above), it's even better. Everything is even more precise, even more spacious and even more powerful, even at volumes that are "only" slightly above room volume. The set stays in the house (thank God it's free-standing!). The other favorites unfortunately outside. Almost all visitors had to listen to the new sound experience and were also very impressed (even the sound grouches). So dear Nuberts, even a spoiled Lua listener can be won over.
Best wishes and congratulations on such great products.

Dear Nubert team!
I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks for the unprecedented level of customer service. A special thank you to Mr. Siegle. True to the meaning of \"hifi\", I can now enjoy music at the highest level. The advice during the decision-making phase, the unbureaucratic handling of the order, the fair price, the delivery within 24 hours and above all the quality of the speakers and hi-fi components is unprecedented for me. I can recommend you without reservation. Thank you very much!
