Hello nubert team, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Siegle and Mr. Bühler for their professional and patient advice. The described characteristics of the nuBox 400 in terms of sound behavior and workmanship even exceeded my expectations. Compared to my previous loudspeakers (same price range), doors really opened. The speakers were delivered within a few days as promised. You have one more happy and satisfied customer. Greetings Patrick Ehrich 😂
Hello Nubert team, I would like to take this opportunity to thank your entire team once again. I recently ordered an AW-880. After it made clicking noises after a short period of use, the subwoofer was quickly replaced with a new one. This is what you call excellent customer service. I think many companies could take a leaf out of their book here. Nubert is a very special company, not only when it comes to building loudspeakers, but also when it comes to service.😬
Hello Nubert team, a few weeks ago I bought two nuBox 380 and the Center CS 330. At this point I would first like to emphasize the very friendly and competent advice, especially because I wanted to integrate my old stereo speakers. At no time did they try to talk me into anything, instead they explained to me openly and honestly which combination made the most sense. Although I certainly don't have the perfect speaker combination, I'm absolutely delighted 😂 The speakers have a very detailed and clear sound - super class. I will recommend Nubert without reservation. As soon as I have the space, I will come to Nubert and get the rest of the large speaker set.
Sorry about the wrong platform. The complaint is off the table. Points to the Nubert team for their competent and quick response.
Dear Mr. Schepper and Mr. Barfus, following consultation with our cabinet supplier, we can make the following statement regarding the complaints mentioned above: It is indeed possible that in the course of the conversion of a painting line, or a not quite perfectly cleaned surface of a cabinet, isolated paint adhesion problems could occur in the finish of the nuWave cabinets (this explains, for example, the black particles of Mr. Arnold), but here a lot has been improved in recent months in terms of smooth process and precision! It is hard for us to imagine that the extensive damage, which looks as if the surface has been completely rubbed through to the wood, was also caused by this and arose entirely by itself. Nevertheless, we will of course contact the customers concerned and find a clean and acceptable solution for both sides. Yours sincerely, Martin Bühler
Hello, if you have any complaints, please contact our hotline on 0800-6823780 or by e-mail, who will be happy to help you. For further discussions, I recommend opening a new topic in our forum, which is a much more suitable platform than the guestbook :i: A. Görtler Nubert Speaker Factory Webmaster
Dear Sir or Madam, The coating on the top of my AW7 (purchased in 12/02) is also peeling off! (Exactly as described in pictures 1-3 of the e-mail dated 22.07.03 from Mr. Schepper) Only a cloth moistened with lukewarm water was used for cleaning. My RS5s were also cleaned in the same way, but there are (so far) no signs of detachment. Note: when moving/lifting the AW7 (the new Bolide shock absorbers had to be fitted after all), black particles stuck to my hands, after which I was able to detect these detachments... I am sure that Nubert will find a solution that is acceptable to us customers and I remain Kind regards R.Barfus
Hi Robert, that's exactly what happened to me. After I had assembled and disassembled my RS5 several times, black particles stuck to my fingers. See also my post in the forum at the time (author: Donld, subject: RS5) Greetings Marc
Dear Mr. Schepper, as I already told you yesterday in my reply, such damage to the plastic surface is probably caused by contact with a corrosive or solvent-containing liquid. It is not possible to repair the plastic surface. It is also not possible to replace this film as the underlying MDF wood layer is also damaged when the film is removed. As I described in my request, the surface of the AW-7, with the exception of the NEXTEL-coated baffle, is not a painted surface but a plastic film surface. This film, which has been tried and tested thousands of times, is extremely robust and resistant. We are not aware of any household cleaners, glass cleaners or similar that could cause damage in this form. We cannot see any material or processing defects in the pictures you have sent us. If this were the case, we would of course have replaced this subwoofer immediately, without any ifs or buts, under our 5-year guarantee! We hope for your understanding. Yours sincerely, nubert speaker factory A. Siegle
